In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 9-10, the display screen 10 and the display support 20 are sealingly connected by a seal 40 to prevent water or vapor from entering the display assembly 50.
Specifically, the rear surface of the display screen 10 is provided with a sealing groove 611, the sealing ring 40 is adhered in the sealing groove 611, and the sealing ring 40 is pressed against the display bracket 20 and the display screen 10 to realize sealing connection.
In the current embodiment, the sealing groove 611 is formed by two protruding concentric ribs on the display screen 10. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the sealing groove 611 may also be formed by the display screen 10 being depressed inward; in addition, the sealing groove 611 may be disposed on the display bracket 20.
The display lamp assembly 30 is located inside the sealing ring 40, so that the sealing ring 40 has a function of preventing water and dust as well as a function of preventing light from escaping.
Because the sealing ring 40 needs to be squeezed between the display screen 10 and the display bracket 20 for sealing, the connection between the display screen 10 and the display bracket 20 is tight, if the form of clamping and connecting the buckle is adopted, the buckle is easy to deform under stress, so that the looseness appears between the display screen 10 and the display 52, and the sealing effect is weakened.
Thus, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the display screen 10 and the display stand 20 are fixed together by a combination of snap and screw connections. Two buckles 612 extend from the display screen 10 to the display bracket 20, and the display bracket 20 is clamped between the back surface of the display screen 10 and the buckles 612; the display screen 10 is further provided with threaded holes 613, the display bracket 20 is provided with mounting holes 202, the display bracket 20 and the display screen 10 are fixedly connected through the mounting holes 202 and the threaded holes 613 by screws, and the threaded holes 613 and the mounting holes 202 are also provided with two groups; wherein, the connecting line of the two clamping points is crossed with the connecting line of the two groups of screw points. Therefore, the connection firmness between the display screen 10 and the display bracket 20 can be ensured, the number of screws is small, the display screen 10 and the display bracket 20 can be conveniently disassembled, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the display assembly 50 can be improved.
In other embodiments, the display screen 10 and the display bracket 20 are assembled by ultrasonic welding, so that the display screen 10 and the display bracket 20 can be connected in a sealing manner, and the sealing ring 40 and the structure related to the sealing ring 40 can be omitted.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the display screen 10 may include a display shell 6 and a display membrane 7, wherein the display shell 6 is provided with a forward protruding appearance portion 62, and the appearance portion 62 is inserted into the through hole 43 of the enclosure frame 4 in a substantially cylindrical shape; the display membrane 7 is integrally injection-molded with the exterior portion 62.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in order to make the display effect of the display screen 10 more striking and beautiful, the lights are set to display on the display screen 10 in a circular ring.
The display diaphragm 7 is an electroplating semi-permeable membrane, electroplating is firstly carried out, then deplating is carried out, silk screen is carried out after deplating, an electroplating aperture 711 is further formed on the display diaphragm 7, a silk screen area 712 (black area is coated in the figure) is arranged in the electroplating aperture 711, the electroplating aperture 711 is positioned at the edge position of the front surface of the appearance part 62 after the display screen 10 is formed, and therefore the electroplating aperture 711 illuminates in an annular shape when the display lamp set 30 illuminates.
With reference to fig. 9 and 11, the display bracket 20 is provided with the light holes 201 distributed in a ring shape, the light holes 201 are located behind the plating aperture 711, and the display lamp assembly 30 is installed in the light holes 201, so that the light emitted from the display lamp assembly 30 in the light holes 201 can directly illuminate the plating aperture 711 of the display screen 10.
The silk-screen area 712 may be provided with a light-transmitting pattern, which is illustrated as two circular rings in fig. 14 and 16, but the pattern may be in any other shape, such as logo.
In order to make the pattern brighten and display and further improve the uniqueness of the display effect of the display assembly 50, a convex ring 204 may be disposed on the display bracket 20, and the convex ring 204 is connected to the front end of the display bracket 20, extends towards the display screen 10 and abuts against the display screen 10; the protruding ring 204 is located in the ring of the annular light hole 201, and the display lamp set 30 is also installed in the protruding ring 204, so that the display lamp set 30 in the protruding ring 204 can directly illuminate the pattern when emitting light.
