After the vaporization of the hydrogen peroxide is stopped, the hydrogen peroxide concentration probe 36 continuously monitors the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide in the mask disinfection tube bin 3, if the concentration is less than 480mmp, the hydrogen peroxide steam generation unit and the central control unit 1 continuously spray the VHP into the tube bin until the concentration reaches 480mmp, and then the work is stopped.
After the hydrogen peroxide concentration is kept at the lower limit of the specified concentration (480mmp) for 20 minutes, the hydrogen peroxide concentration monitoring and exhaust unit central processor 38 sends an instruction to the electric control valve 33 to open, and simultaneously the motor 35 is started to discharge the disinfection waste gas in the pipe bin, so that the hydrogen peroxide gas is discharged to the outside through the disinfection waste gas pipe bin 4, simultaneously the air pump 24 continuously works, the electric control valve 28 is kept open, and the circulating fresh air continuously circulates in the disinfection pipe bin, thereby realizing the rapid decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide.
When the hydrogen peroxide concentration probe 36 detects that the hydrogen peroxide concentration nearby reaches below 0mmp, the motor 35 stops working, the air exhaust is finished, and simultaneously, the report printer 29 automatically prints the data report of the disinfection.
