The fuel filtering system 1 of the present application further includes a drain valve 110 and a waste fuel tank 100, wherein the waste fuel tank 100 is connected to the second storage outlet 220 through a fuel pipe 150, and the drain valve 110 is disposed between the waste fuel tank 100 and the second storage outlet 220.

wherein, the fuel filter comprises a fuel coarse filter and a fuel fine filter.
2. The fuel filtration system of claim 1, wherein the fuel filter comprises a fuel strainer having a strainer oil inlet and a strainer oil outlet, the strainer oil inlet connected with the oil-water separation oil outlet by the fuel line.
3. The fuel filtration system of claim 2, wherein the fuel filter comprises a fuel fine filter having a fine filter oil inlet and a fine filter oil outlet, the fine filter oil inlet connected to the coarse filter oil outlet by the fuel line.
4. The fuel filtration system of claim 1, further comprising:
