A stone-plastic flooring comprising: the waterproof coating comprises a bottom layer formed by mixing polyvinyl chloride resin and marble stone powder, a glue layer adhered to the top surface of the bottom layer, a solid wood veneer layer adhered to one surface of the glue layer, which is far away from the bottom layer, and an epoxy resin layer adhered to one surface of the solid wood veneer layer, which is far away from the glue layer; the bottom layer is provided with a plurality of lightening holes, strength members, anti-skidding convex ribs and anti-skidding grooves, the strength members are located in the lightening holes and connected with the inner walls of the lightening holes, and the anti-skidding convex ribs and the anti-skidding grooves are located on the bottom surface of the bottom layer.

Referring to fig. 1, a stone-plastic floor 100 of the present invention includes: the wood-plastic floor comprises a bottom layer 20 made of polyvinyl chloride resin and marble stone powder, a glue layer 30 adhered to the top surface of the bottom layer 20, a solid wood veneer layer 40 adhered to one surface of the glue layer 30, which is far away from the bottom layer 20, and an epoxy resin layer 50 adhered to one surface of the solid wood veneer layer 40, which is far away from the glue layer 30. Wherein the weight percentage of the polyvinyl chloride resin and the marble stone powder is 20%: 80 percent, thereby not only having compact texture, but also having light weight and good impact resistance. In other embodiments, the weight percentage of the polyvinyl chloride resin and the marble stone powder can be 30%: 70 percent. The stone-plastic floor 100 made of the two materials has a good sound absorption effect and a good noise reduction effect.
The glue layer 30 can well adhere the solid wood veneer layer 40 and the bottom layer 20 together, so that the service life of the whole body is prolonged, and the glue layer is very durable. The surface of the solid wood skin layer 40 is provided with artificial wood grains, so that the solid wood skin layer has certain elasticity and flexibility, is comfortable in foot feeling, and has the decoration function of the wood floor. The epoxy resin layer 50 is adhered to the solid wood veneer layer 40, so that the solid wood veneer layer 40 can be prevented from directly contacting with the outside, the effects of skid resistance, moisture resistance, sealing and the like are achieved, and the safety and the use comfort are improved.
Furthermore, a plurality of lightening holes 21, strength members 22, anti-skid ribs 23 and anti-skid grooves 24 are arranged on the bottom layer 20, wherein the strength members 22 are positioned in the lightening holes 21 and connected with the inner walls of the lightening holes 21, and the anti-skid ribs 23 and the anti-skid grooves 24 are positioned on the bottom surface of the bottom layer 20. Due to the arrangement of the lightening holes 21, the weight of the bottom layer 20 can be further lightened, the strength members 22 can form supporting force in the lightening holes 21, the supporting strength is guaranteed, the problem that the structural strength is not enough due to the lightening holes 21 is solved, and the anti-skid convex ribs 23 and the anti-skid grooves 24 can enable the stone-plastic floor 100 to be fixed more easily during installation.
Further, the lightening holes 21 extend along the length direction of the bottom layer 20, and the lightening holes 21 are rectangular holes. The strength members 22 extend along the length direction of the bottom layer 20 and are arranged in an X shape, and four supporting ends of the strength members 22 are connected with the corners of the rectangular holes, so that the supporting strength is good and balanced, and the stress center of the support is at the intersection point of the strength members 22. The anti-skidding convex ribs 23 and the anti-skidding grooves 24 are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the bottom layer 20, the anti-skidding convex ribs 23 and the anti-skidding grooves 24 are arranged adjacently, the anti-skidding convex ribs 23 and the anti-skidding grooves 24 which are arranged adjacently can form an anti-skidding step position, the anti-skidding effect is better, and the installation is stable and reliable.
