本实用新型提出一种防污裤与其防漏结构，其中防漏结构包括一防水层以及至少一吸收层。该至少一吸收层覆盖于该防水层上方。该防水层的一部分与该至少一吸收层通过一车缝线结合在一起。

防污裤与其防漏结构
技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种防漏结构，尤指一种女性于生理期使用的防漏结构与使用该防漏结构的防污裤。
背景技术
一般来说，在女性生理期时，会在内裤底部放置有卫生棉来吸收生理期所产生经血，在经血量较多的时期或夜晚睡眠时，也会将内裤替换成具防水功能的生理裤来阻挡经血超出卫生棉渗漏到衣物。但一般卫生棉为一次性使用，用过即须抛弃，长期下来难免制造过多的垃圾对环境造成负担。而生理裤仅具有防水功能仍需搭配卫生棉使用，且经血仍可能从缝线处因虹吸现象发生渗漏，无法真正防漏。
另外，由于生理裤与一般裤型差别主要在于防漏结构，因此若能将防漏结构独立使用于各裤型，且兼具重复利用的特性，则可更方便使用。
因此需要提出一种改良的结构以解决上述问题同时增加便利性。
实用新型内容
为达到上述目的，本实用新型提出一种防漏结构，其包括一防水层以及至少一吸收层。该至少一吸收层覆盖于该防水层上方。该防水层的一部分与该至少一吸收层通过一车缝线结合在一起。
根据本实用新型一实施例，该防水层向内反折并包覆该至少一吸收层。
根据本实用新型一实施例，该防漏结构还包括至少一侧边，该至少一侧边具有一固定结构。
根据本实用新型一实施例，该连接部包含至少一防漏条。
根据本实用新型一实施例，该防漏结构还包括位于该防水层表面上的至少一接合区，该至少一防漏条分别对应地固定于该至少一接合区上，且该防漏条面积略大于该接合区。
根据本实用新型一实施例，该防漏结构，还包括覆盖于该至少一吸收层上方的一亲肤层。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型还提出一种防污裤，其包括一裤体与一防漏结构。该防漏结构包含一防水层以及至少一吸收层。该至少一吸收层覆盖于该防水层上方。该防水层的一部分与该至少一吸收层通过一车缝线结合在一起。
通过使用本实用新型的防污裤与防漏结构，可通过防水层的阻挡达到避免体液渗透，且防水层的边缘向上反折的设计，更可加强效果，另外由于该防漏结构可以穿戴在各种裤型，使用上更为弹性便利。

具体实施方式
请参照图1A与图1B，本实用新型的一实施例提出一种防漏结构10，其包括一防水层100以及一吸收层105，需要注意在其他实施例中，可以有一层以上的吸收层105。该吸收层105覆盖于该防水层100上方。在其他实施例中可还包含覆盖于该吸收层105上方的一亲肤层，该亲肤层由具抗污抑菌的材质所制成。该防水层100只有一部分与该吸收层105通过一车缝线104结合在一起，如此可进一步避免传统设计中沿着车缝线产生的渗漏，这样的结构主要用于当人体分泌体液(包括但不仅限于经血或分泌物)时，先通过吸收层105来吸收体液，该防水层100是用于避免吸收层105在吸收体液后渗出或溢出。另外，如图1B所示，除了通过吸收层105来吸收体液以及防水层100来避免渗出或溢出外，该防水层100向内反折并包覆该吸收层105，通过防水层100的边缘包覆住吸收层105，即可避免吸收层105所吸收的体液渗出或溢出。需要注意的是，由于该防水层100只有一部分与该吸收层105通过车缝线104结合，如此可进一步避免传统设计中沿着车缝线产生的渗漏。需要注意的是，当吸收层105较厚时，图1B中的车缝线104无须穿过整层吸收层105，可仅穿过该吸收层105的表层附近，足够与该防水层100固定的部分即可。如图1A所示，该防漏结构10还包括两侧边102，该两侧边102均具有一固定结构103，在此实施例中的形状与数量只是用于举例，而非用于限制本实用新型。
请参照图2A与图2B，本实用新型的另一实施例提出另一种防漏结构20，不同于图1A与图1B的实施例，像是此处的防漏结构10还包括两防漏条200，同样地，在此的形状与数量皆只是用于举例，而非用于限制本实用新型。需要注意的是，图2B为图2A实施例的防漏结构背面示意图，也就是贴近衣物的面，而图2A是接近人体的面。另外，图2C为图2A实施例的防漏结构的部分剖视图，如图2C所示，防水层100会通过车缝线结合，但防漏条200不会由车缝线固定，如此可更进一步防止传统设计中的渗漏。需要注意的是，在此实施例中，如图2D所示，该防漏结构(包含但不限于防水层)为了更贴合人体而以一片以上的布体拼接而成，因此会产生接合区，两防漏条200是通过黏贴方式固定且包覆于该接合区106上。
请参照图3A与图3B，本实用新型又一实施例提出一种防污裤3，其包括一裤体31与一防漏结构30。该防漏结构30包含一防水层100以及一吸收层105，需要注意在其他实施例中，可以有一层以上的吸收层105。该吸收层105覆盖于该防水层100上方。在其他实施例中可还包含覆盖于该吸收层105上方的一亲肤层。该亲肤层由具抗污抑菌的材质所制成。如图3B所示，该防水层100只有靠近人体的一部分与该吸收层105通过一车缝线104结合在一起，主要用于当人体分泌体液(包括但不仅限于经血或分泌物)时，先通过吸收层105来吸收体液，该防水层100是用于避免吸收层105在吸收体液后渗出或溢出。需要注意的是，当吸收层105较厚时，该车缝线104无须穿过整层吸收层105，可仅穿过该吸收层105的表层附近，足够与该防水层100固定的部分即可。另外，在一些实施例中，本实用新型结构适用于男女漏尿时的防漏。如图3B所示，除了通过吸收层105来吸收体液以及防水层100来避免渗出或溢出外，该防水层100向内反折并包覆该吸收层105，通过防水层100的边缘包覆住吸收层105，即可避免吸收层105所吸收的体液渗出或溢出。需要注意的是，由于该防水层100只有一部分与该吸收层105通过车缝线104结合，如此可进一步避免传统设计中沿着车缝线产生的渗漏。
在另一些实施例中，如图3C所示，该防污裤还包括上述的两防漏条200，如上述实施例，该防漏结构30还包含位于该防水层100表面上的两接合区106，该两防漏条200分别对应地固定于该两接合区106上，且该防漏条200面积略大于该接合区106。同样地，在此的形状与数量皆只是用于举例，而非用于限制本实用新型。如图2A～2D所示，防水层100会通过车缝线结合，但防漏条200不会由车缝线固定，如此可更进一步防止传统设计中的渗漏。需要注意的是，在此实施例中，该防污裤(包含但不限于防水层)为了更贴合人体而以一片以上的布体拼接而成，因此会产生接合区，两防漏条200，是通过黏贴方式固定且包覆于该接合区106上。
通过使用本实用新型的防污裤与防漏结构，可通过防水层的阻挡达到避免体液渗透，且防水层的边缘向上反折的设计，更可加强效果，另外由于该防漏结构可以穿戴在各种裤型，使用上更为弹性便利。

Claims (11)

1.一种防漏结构，其特征在于，包括：
一防水层；以及
至少一吸收层，其覆盖于该防水层上方；
其中，该防水层的一部分与该至少一吸收层通过一车缝线结合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防漏结构，其特征在于，该防水层向内反折并包覆该至少一吸收层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防漏结构，其特征在于，该防漏结构还包括至少一侧边，该至少一侧边具有一固定结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防漏结构，其特征在于，该防漏结构还包括至少一防漏条。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防漏结构，其特征在于，该防漏结构还包括位于该防水层表面上的至少一接合区，该至少一防漏条分别对应地固定于该至少一接合区上，且该防漏条面积略大于该接合区。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防漏结构，其特征在于，该防漏结构还包括覆盖于该至少一吸收层上方的一亲肤层。
7.一种防污裤，其特征在于，包括：
一裤体；
一防漏结构，其包含：
一防水层；以及
至少一吸收层，其覆盖于该防水层上方；
其中，该防水层的一部分与该至少一吸收层通过一车缝线结合在一起。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防污裤，其特征在于，该防水层向内反折并包覆该至少一吸收层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防污裤，其特征在于，该防污裤还包括至少一防漏条。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防污裤，其特征在于，该防漏结构还包含位于该防水层表面上的至少一接合区，该至少一防漏条分别对应地固定于该至少一接合区上，且该防漏条面积略大于该接合区。
11.根据权利要求7所述的防污裤，其特征在于，该防漏结构还包含覆盖于该至少一吸收层上方的一亲肤层。
