If the first and second are described for the purpose of distinguishing technical features, they are not to be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated or implicitly indicating the precedence of the technical features indicated.
In the description of the present invention, unless there is an explicit limitation, the words such as setting, installation, connection, etc. should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above words in combination with the specific contents of the technical solution.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-virus head cover, including:
a hood main body 100 for wearing on the head and covering the whole head, a light-transmitting mirror 110 being provided at a position corresponding to the eyes of a wearer at the front end of the hood main body 100; the front end of the hood main body 100 is provided with an air outlet 120 corresponding to the mouth and nose of the wearer, and a virus filter 130 is detachably connected in the air outlet 120; the lower end of the hood main body 100 is provided with an opening 140, and the opening 140 is provided with a skirt part 150 which can be opened and tightened; the main body 100 of the head cover is provided with an air inlet hole 160;
the air filter 200, the outside of the air filter 200 has ventilating nets 210, there is the first filter layer 211 under the ventilating net 210, the inside of the air filter 200 has blower 230 and anti-virus air filter element 220 connected with blower 230;
a connection pipe 300, the connection pipe 300 connecting the air filter 200 and the air intake hole 160.
In this embodiment, after the user puts the main hood body 100 on the head, the skirt 150 is tightened to achieve a tight protection effect. The user can see objects through the transparent mirror 110 on the main body 100 of the hood, and the transparent mirror 110 also plays a role in protection; since the light-transmitting mirror 110 is mounted on the head cover main body 100, the anti-virus head cover is more convenient to use than a combination of a mask and protective glasses. The air filter 200 supplies the outside air into the hood main body 100 by the blower 230, and the air is filtered by the first filter layer 211 and the anti-virus air filter element 220 in the air supply process, so that the air filter is safer and more reliable. Since the air pressure inside the hood main body 100 is higher than the air pressure outside the hood main body 100 due to the air filter 200, the air outside the hood main body 100 is hard to enter into the hood main body 100 from the outlet holes 120. The air exhaled by the user will flow out through the air outlet holes 120. the air outlet holes 120 are provided with the virus filter 130, which also serves as an isolation filter between the interior and exterior of the hood body 100. In addition, the virus filtering member 130 is detachably connected to the air outlet 120, so that when the virus filtering member 130 needs to be replaced, the virus filtering member 130 is completely removed and replaced.
Specifically, the light-transmitting mirror 110 adopts an anti-fog light-transmitting mirror, which can effectively prevent fog from condensing in front of the light-transmitting mirror 110 to affect the visual field.
Specifically, the anti-virus air filter 220 may be an N95 air filter. The blower 230 may be an air pump or a fan having fan blades.
In addition, the air filter 200 has the characteristics of simple structure and miniaturization. When the anti-virus head cover is used, the air filter 200 can be placed at the waist of a user.
Further, the mouths of the connection pipes 300 connected to the air intake holes 160 face toward and near the center position of the head cap body 100. The air intake holes 160 are located at the front end of the hood body 100. When the user wears the anti-virus head cover, the gas sent out from the connection pipe 300 is blown to the vicinity of the mouth-nose portion of the user.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the skirt portion 150 is provided with a contraction string 152 and a string clasp 151, the contraction string 152 passes through the skirt portion 150 and surrounds the opening 140, and the contraction string 152 passes through the string clasp 151. The skirt hem 150 can be opened and closed by sliding the cord fastener 151, and the tightening opening 140 can be opened and closed
Further, the skirt portion 150 is provided with a plurality of wrinkles; this further facilitates the user tightening the skirt 150.
Referring to fig. 2, further, the virus filter 130 includes a first fixing member 131, a second filter layer 132, and a second fixing member 133, the second fixing member 133 being mounted on the first fixing member 131, the second filter layer 132 being located between the first fixing member 131 and the second fixing member 133. The first fixing member 131 and the second fixing member 133 function to fix the second filter layer 132. The first fixing member 131 has a bracket structure, and the second fixing member 133 has fine holes, all of which allow air to pass therethrough. While the second fixing member 133 plays a role of dust-proof to the second filter layer 132.
Further, the first fixing member 131 is detachably connected to the air outlet 120. Specifically, the first fixing member 131 is screwed to the air outlet 120, so that the virus filter 130 can be easily installed and removed.
Further, both the first filter layer 211 and the second filter layer 132 are of SMS nonwoven construction, i.e., having two spunbond layers and one meltblown layer between the two spunbond layers.
Referring to fig. 4, the air filter 200 is further provided with a switch button 242, and the switch button 242 is electrically connected to the blower 230. The switch button 242 is used to control the blower 230 to be turned on and off.
Further, the air filter 200 is provided with a shift button 241, and the shift button 241 is electrically connected to the blower 230. The gear button 241 is used for controlling the speed of the blower 230 for delivering air.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the technical effects of the present invention can be achieved by the same means, which all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
