Description
本实用新型涉及一种变压器，属电器领域。
现有的变压器构造采用单相壳式，上端出线处采用胶木，由接线端子和隔板组成接线座，下端用铁件将变压器压紧并作为固定之用的底座，其铁芯部分大多裸露在外，这种设计零部件种数多，工艺繁杂，且组装麻烦，造形差。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术存在的缺陷，提供一种工艺简化、装配简单、安全可靠的变压器。
本实用新型设有铁芯、线圈、由接线端子和隔板组成的接线座及底座，接线座和底座之间的铁芯正面设有压紧片、侧面设有保护片、接线座、底座、压紧片和保护片构成一体。

本实施例设有铁芯（3）、线圈（10）、由接线端子（11）和隔板（8）组成的接线座（1）及底座（2），接线座（1）和底座（2）之间的铁芯（3）的两个正面设有压紧片（4）、两侧面设有保护片（5），接线座（1）、底座（2）、压紧片（4）和保护片（5）构成一体，形成盒式状，将铁芯（3）封闭围拢，上述结构可设计成左右对称的两半，在两面压紧片（4）部位用螺钉固定住。保护片（5）开设散热槽（6），所述的接线座（1）上设置活动护盖（7），护盖（7）上设有与隔板（8）衔接的挡片（9），使接线端子（11）相互之间安全隔开。
本实用新型较适于采用注塑成形，结构简单，装配简便，简化了工艺，产品防潮耐腐，安全可靠，提高了使用寿命。

1、一种具有铁芯、线圈、由接线端子和隔板组成的接线座及底座的变压器，其特征在于：接线座(1)和底座(2)之间的铁芯(3)正面设有压紧片(4)、侧面设有保护片(5)，接线座(1)、底座(2)、压紧片(4)和保护片(5)构成一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的变压器，其特征在于：所述的保护片（5）开设散热槽（6）。
3、根据权利要求1所述的变压器，其特征在于：所述的接线座（1）上设置活动护盖（7），护盖（7）上设有与隔板（8）衔接的挡片（9）。
