In addition, the upper cable guide roller 904, the lower cable guide roller 906, the horizontal guide roller 103, the vertical guide roller 104 and the end guide roller 106 are all made of nylon, so that the cable can be further prevented from being damaged by the cable conveyor in the conveying process.

The speed at which the cable drum 12 rotates, the speed at which the cable conveyor conveys and the speed at which the carriage 11 travels need to be matched by the console assembly 18.
Compared with the traditional manual paying-off, the cable laying work vehicle has a plurality of advantages, taking the cable laying of a 1000-meter road section as an example, the traditional manual paying-off needs 30-40 persons, and the laying can be finished in about 2 days; the cable laying work vehicle only needs 1 hour, and the required manpower is 3 people, including a driver, a cable arranging person and a person for fixing the cable. Compared with manual paying-off, the cable laying operation vehicle not only saves a large amount of labor force, reduces labor cost, but also greatly shortens construction time and improves working efficiency. In addition, the cable laying operation vehicle also solves the problems that the cable is difficult to pay off in the process of up-down slope and the friction damage to the surface of the cable in the process of cable pulling in the manual cable laying process, reduces the potential safety hazard and ensures the safety of construction.
