Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as being fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood by those skilled in the art as appropriate.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, a floor cleaning machine mainly includes a main body 1, a collision plate 2, a housing 3, a cover 4, a reservoir 5, and an elastic member 6. The main machine 1 is used for forcing the floor-scrubbing machine to walk and performing floor-scrubbing operation; the collision plate 2 and the main body 1 are floatably connected together, and specifically, the collision plate 2 and the main body 1 are connected together by an elastic member 6 for buffering the impact received by the main body 1 and preventing the electric components on the main body 1 from being damaged when receiving a large impact force. The top at host computer 1 is established to the cover of casing 3, not only can hide and protect host computer 1, but also can hold stock solution box 5. The cover 4 is pivotally connected to the housing 3 to conceal the liquid storage cartridge 5 mounted to the housing 3. After the liquid storage box 5 is mounted on the housing 3, it can be connected to the water inlet connector 17 of the main body 1, so that the floor cleaning machine can perform a spraying operation.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the main body 1 includes a mounting frame 11, a floor wiping member 12, a driving wheel 13, a camera 14, a projection structure 15, a delivery pump 16, a water inlet joint 17, a battery mounting cavity 18, and a weight member 19. Wherein the floor wiping component 12 is arranged at the front side of the bottom of the mounting frame 11, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the floor wiping component 12 can be made of any feasible material, such as sponge, cotton cloth, etc., in the case of absorbing moisture and wiping the floor. The driving wheel 13 is disposed at the bottom of the mounting frame 11 and at the rear side of the floor wiping member 12. Although not shown in the drawings, the main body 1 is provided with a motor drivingly connected to the driving wheels 13, and the driving wheels 13 are capable of floating up and down with respect to the mounting frame 11. Since the means for floating the driving wheel 13 up and down with respect to the mounting frame 11 is conventional in the art, it will not be described in detail herein.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the camera 14 is disposed at the rear of the mounting bracket 11 and captures images toward the front upper side of the mounting bracket 11. As can be seen from fig. 5, a projection member (not marked in the figure) is provided at a middle position of the rear portion of the mounting frame 11, and the camera 14 is provided at a front side of a top portion of the projection member. Further, although not shown in the drawings, a reverse guide device for guiding the floor cleaning machine to be docked to a charging stand of the floor cleaning machine in a reverse manner is further provided at the boss member. Specifically, the reverse guide is provided at the rear of the boss member. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the reverse guidance device may be any other feasible device such as an infrared transmitting device, an infrared receiving device, an ultrasonic transmitting device, an ultrasonic receiving device, etc., provided that it is capable of guiding the docking of the mopping machine to the charging stand of the mopping machine.
As shown in fig. 5, the boss structure 15 is provided on the front side of the mounting bracket 11 and can abut against a cushion pad 23 (shown in fig. 8) provided on the collision plate 2. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the provision of the projection structure 15 and the cushion pad 23 can serve to slow down the impact of an external force on the main body 1 while restricting the displacement of the collision plate 2 relative to the main body 1 in the front-rear direction of the floor wiping machine, thereby preventing the collision plate 2 from being excessively close to the main body 1.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the delivery pump 16 is disposed at the front of the main body 1, and specifically, the delivery pump 16 is fixedly mounted at the right front of the mounting frame 11, or, if necessary, the skilled person may fixedly mount the delivery pump 16 at the left front of the mounting frame 11. The water inlet joint 17 is provided at a middle portion of the main body 1 and is located on the front side of the axis of the driving wheel 13. Although not shown in the drawings, an inlet of the transfer pump 16 communicates with the water inlet joint 17 through a water pipe (specifically, a flexible pipe), and an outlet of the transfer pump 16 communicates with a shower member 22 (shown in fig. 7) provided on the collision plate 2 through a flexible pipe. When the delivery pump 16 works, the cleaning solution in the liquid storage box 5 can be sucked to the water inlet joint 17, and then the cleaning solution is delivered to the spraying component 22 through the flexible pipe, so that the spraying component 22 sprays the cleaning solution to the ground in front of the floor cleaning machine. The cleaning solution sprayed onto the floor surface is absorbed onto the scrubbing member 12 and wets the scrubbing member 12 as the scrubbing machine travels forward.
With further reference to fig. 5 and 6, a sealing member 171 is disposed on an outer side of the water inlet connector 17, and the sealing member 171 is used for achieving the sealing connection between the water inlet connector 17 and the liquid storage box 5. Further, the sealing member 171 includes a plurality of sealing rings having diameters gradually decreasing toward the reservoir 5, that is, diameters decreasing in order from bottom to top. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the sealing member 171 of this form can also serve as a guide for the insertion of the water inlet 17 into the reservoir 5 while ensuring the sealing property between the water inlet 17 and the reservoir 5. In addition, the sealing member 171 may be provided in any other feasible structure, such as a tapered sealing ring, as desired by those skilled in the art. Still further, a top pillar 172 is provided inside the water inlet connector 17, and the top pillar 172 can abut against a check valve 52 (shown in fig. 13 to 15) provided on the reservoir 5, and cause the check valve 52 to open a water outlet hole 511 (shown in fig. 13 and 14) of the reservoir 5, thereby allowing the washing liquid of the reservoir 5 to flow to the water inlet connector 17.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, a battery mounting cavity 18 is provided at the rear left of the main body 1, the battery mounting cavity 18 being for receiving and mounting a battery (not shown).
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the weight member 19 includes a first weight member 191 and a second weight member 192. Wherein the first weight member 191 is disposed below the rear of the reservoir 5, i.e., behind the water inlet joint 17. The second weight member 192 is disposed laterally rearward of the first weight member 191, specifically, right rearward of the main body 1, so that the second weight member 192 can balance the weight of the battery in the right-left direction of the floor cleaning machine. Alternatively, one skilled in the art may dispose the second weight member 192 at the left rear of the main body 1 and the battery mounting cavity 18 at the right rear of the main body 1 as needed; alternatively, one skilled in the art could omit the second weight member 192 and provide a battery mounting cavity 18 at the location of the second weight member 192, as desired, so that the mopping machine can mount two batteries, increasing the working time of the mopping machine.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the battery mounting cavity 18 and the weight member 19 are located at the rear of the main body 1 to avoid a situation where the center of gravity of the overall floor scrubbing machine is too far forward, and where too much force is applied to the floor scrubbing member 12 when the center of gravity of the floor scrubbing machine is too far forward, causing scratching of the floor and failure to absorb sufficient cleaning solution. In other words, when the pressure applied to the floor scrubbing member 12 is too high, the floor scrubbing member 12 will be pressed together with the floor surface to squeeze out a portion of the cleaning solution on the floor scrubbing member 12, and thus an effective wetting effect cannot be obtained.
As shown in fig. 1, 7 and 8, the collision plate 2 has a U-shaped or C-shaped structure as a whole, and the collision plate 2 wraps the front side, the front portion on the left side and the front portion on the right side of the mounting bracket 11 in the circumferential direction of the mounting bracket 11. The elastic member 6 is a columnar member made of an elastic material, one end of which is fixedly connected to the main unit 1, and the other end of which is fixedly connected to the collision plate 2. Specifically, the two ends of the elastic member 6 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 61, the mounting frame 11 and the collision plate 2 are respectively provided with a clamping ring (specifically, a C-shaped clamping ring), and the clamping rings on the mounting frame 11 and the collision plate 2 are respectively clamped into the clamping grooves 61, so that the connection of the elastic member 6 with the mounting frame 11 and the collision plate 2 is realized, and therefore, the mounting frame 11 and the collision plate 2 are flexibly connected together.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, in the operating state of the floor cleaning machine, the axis of the elastic member 6 is parallel or almost parallel to the vertical direction (up-down direction in the coordinate), so that when the impact plate 2 is close to or away from the mounting bracket 11 in the horizontal direction, there is a slight float of the impact plate 2 in the vertical direction with respect to the mounting bracket 11.
Preferably, the elastic member 6 is made of rubber or silicone so that the elastic member 6 has sufficient elasticity.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the collision plate 2 includes a suspension sensor 21, a shower member 22, a cushion pad 23, an obstacle detection device 24, and an arc-shaped rib 25. The suspension sensors 21 are two and are respectively arranged at two corners of the collision plate 2 to detect whether the floor wiping machine is suspended or not and prevent the floor wiping machine from falling from a high place to a low place. The spray member 22 is disposed on the top of the collision plate 2 so that the spray member 22 sprays the washing liquid far enough; the spray member 22 is preferably positioned on the center axis of the impact plate to allow the cleaning solution sprayed onto the floor to be evenly distributed on both sides of the center axis of the floor cleaning machine. Further, the spray member 22 is provided with an upper spray port (not shown) and a lower spray port (not shown) which are distributed up and down, and both of the spray ports are of a flat structure so that the width of the cleaning liquid sprayed onto the floor surface is greater than or equal to the width of the floor wiping member 12 in the left-right direction. Further, the width of the upper ejection port is smaller than that of the lower ejection port so that the upper ejection port can eject the cleaning liquid farther under the same pressure, so that the cleaning liquid ejected from the upper ejection port and the lower ejection port can have a certain depth when falling on the floor, thereby sufficiently wetting the floor-wiping member 12. The cushion pad 23 is disposed on the side of the collision plate 2 facing the host computer 1, corresponding to the protrusion structure 15 on the host computer 1. That is, the cushion pad 23 is provided inside the collision plate 2.
Further, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to dispose the cushion pad 23 on the mounting frame 11 of the main body 1 and the projection structure 15 on the collision plate 2 as necessary.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, an obstacle detecting device 24 is provided on the front side of the collision plate 2, and the obstacle detecting device 24 is used to detect whether there is an obstacle in front of the floor cleaning machine. Illustratively, the obstacle-detecting device 24 is a camera, such as an infrared camera, that inhibits the operation of the pump 16 when it detects an obstacle within a certain distance in front of the floor-scrubbing machine, preventing the floor-scrubbing machine from spraying the washing liquid onto the indoor wall surface, damaging the wall surface. It should be noted that the "certain distance" is larger than the maximum injection stroke of the spray member 22, and a specific value thereof can be obtained through a plurality of experiments. In addition, since the technical means for determining the distance to the front obstacle by the camera is a conventional technical means in the art, the description thereof will not be made herein.
Further, the obstacle detecting device 24 may be provided as an ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving device as needed by those skilled in the art.
Further, it is also possible for those skilled in the art to provide the obstacle detecting device 24 as one of a magnet and a hall switch, and then to provide the other of the magnet and the hall switch on the main unit 1 correspondingly, as necessary. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, when the collision plate 2 collides with an obstacle, it moves toward the main body 1, thereby bringing the magnet and the hall switch close to each other and thus causing the magnet to trigger the hall switch. When the controller of the floor-scrubbing machine receives the Hall switch being triggered, the operation of the delivery pump 16 is inhibited.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, two corners of the collision plate 2 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped rib 25 extending downward, and the arc-shaped rib 25 can protect the suspension sensor 21, so as to prevent a protrusion on the ground from colliding with the suspension sensor 21 and damaging the suspension sensor 21; the arc-shaped rib 25 can also prevent the bulge on the ground from abutting against the front edge of the floor wiping component 12, thereby preventing the bulge on the ground from hooking the front edge of the floor wiping component 12 and preventing the edge curling phenomenon of the floor wiping component 12.
As shown in fig. 9, the housing 3 is provided with a cartridge mounting cavity 31, a sink groove 32, a handle cavity 33, a camera hole 34, and an escape groove 35. Wherein, the bottom of the liquid storage box installation cavity 31 is provided with a through hole for allowing the water inlet joint 17 on the host 1 to pass through, so that after the shell 3 is installed on the main body 1, the water inlet joint 17 can enter the inside of the liquid storage box installation cavity 31. The sinking groove 32 is arranged at the top of the liquid storage box mounting cavity 31 and is communicated with the liquid storage box mounting cavity 31 into a whole. As can be seen from fig. 9, a transition region (not shown) is formed between the sink 32 and the cartridge mounting chamber 31, and the lid 4 abuts against the transition region in a state where the cartridge mounting chamber 31 is closed by the lid 4 (as shown in fig. 4).
As shown in fig. 4 and 9, the handle chamber 33 is located at the front side of the cartridge mounting chamber 31 and communicates with the sink 32 as a whole, or one skilled in the art may dispose the handle chamber 33 at other positions of the cartridge mounting chamber 31, such as the left side, the right side, or the rear side, as needed. As can be seen from fig. 4, the handle cavity 33 is gradually sunk away from the sink 32, so that the handle cavity 33 can provide enough space for the user to insert the user's fingers into the handle cavity 33 and hook the edge of the handle cavity 33 engaged with the sink 32.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 9, the camera hole 34 and the escape groove 35 are located vertically inside the counter sink 32 so that the camera hole 34 and the escape groove 35 are vertically hidden by the housing 3. As can be seen from the figure, the camera hole 34 and the escape groove 35 are both provided behind the sink groove 32, corresponding to the camera 14 on the main unit 1.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, a cover mounting bracket is provided on the inner side of the housing 3, and is fixedly coupled to the housing 3 by screws, and is pivotally coupled to the cover 4 by pins. In the state that the cover 4 is opened, the cover 4 abuts against the top end of the side wall of the avoiding groove 35, and a small part of the cover 4 in the vertical direction enters the avoiding groove 35 without abutting against the camera 14, so that the situation that the cover 4 collides against the camera 14 is avoided.
Still further, although not shown in the drawings, a torsion spring is provided between the cover mounting bracket and the cover 3 for providing an opening force to the cover 4 so that the cover 4 can be automatically rotated from the closed position to the open position.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, a magnet is provided on one of the case 3 and the cover 4, and a hall sensor capable of aligning with the magnet is provided on the other of the case 3 and the cover 4. Under the state that the cover body 4 seals the liquid storage box installation cavity 31, the magnet triggers the Hall sensor, so that the floor cleaning machine judges that the cover body 4 is buckled in place, and the floor cleaning operation can be started.
As shown in fig. 10, the cover 4 includes a light-transmissive main board 41 (made of a light-transmissive material), a light-opaque outer board 42, a light-opaque inner board 43, a plurality of indicator lights 44, an integrated circuit board 45, and a rotating arm 46. As shown in fig. 11 to 14, the reservoir 5 includes a cartridge body 51, a check valve 52, and a stopper 53. Wherein, the box body 51 is provided with a water inlet (not marked in the figure) and a water outlet 511, and the one-way valve 52 is arranged at the water outlet 511, which can automatically close the water outlet 511 and can be driven by the water inlet joint 17 to open the water outlet 511. A plug 53 is detachably mounted to the water inlet hole for closing the water inlet hole.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the box body 21 is provided with a water inlet (not marked in the drawings), a water outlet 511, an installation cavity 512, a columnar structure 513 and an annular groove 514. Wherein, the water inlet and outlet 511 are respectively located at the top and bottom of the box body 21. The mounting cavity 512 is used for accommodating the water inlet joint 17, the mounting cavity 512 is communicated with the water outlet hole 511 and is positioned below the water outlet hole 511, and the mounting cavity 512 and the water outlet hole 511 are formed into a whole body, or the mounting cavity 512 is a part of the water outlet hole 511. The columnar structure 513 extends from the bottom of the box body 51 to the top of the box body 51, and is formed with a mounting cavity 512 and a water outlet hole 511 therein. In other words, the columnar structure 513 is a pipe-shaped structure, and the space inside the columnar structure is divided into the installation cavity 512 and the water outlet hole 511. An annular groove 514 is formed on the bottom plate of the box body 51 and surrounds the columnar structure 513.
As can be seen in fig. 13 and 14, a bracket (not marked in the figures) is also provided around the columnar structure 513 to radially fix the check valve 52, in particular the tie rod 522 of the check valve 52.
As shown in fig. 12-14, the check valve 52 includes a bowl 521, a pull rod 522 and an end cap 523 that are fixedly connected or integrally formed. Wherein the bowl 521 snaps back over the pillar 513 and can abut against the top edge of the pillar 513 and thereby close off the outlet aperture 511. One end of the pull rod 522 is connected to the bowl 521, and the other end of the pull rod 522 extends through the water outlet hole 511 into the mounting chamber 512 to be connected to the end cap 523.
As can be seen in fig. 13 and 14, with the bowl 521 against the top edge of the cylindrical structure 513, the annular edge of the bottom of the bowl 521 extends into the annular groove 514; and the end cap 523 is located inside the mounting chamber 512 in the vertical direction.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, the check valve 52 further includes an elastic member. The resilient member is adapted to cause the one-way valve 52 to automatically close the outlet aperture 511 during removal of the cartridge 5 from the housing 3. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the elastic member may be an elastic sheet, a rubber bellows, a coil spring, etc. Preferably, the elastic member is a coil spring. Illustratively, the coil spring is sleeved outside the pull rod 522, one end of the coil spring abuts against the end cap 523, and the other end of the coil spring abuts against the box 51 (specifically, the bracket in the columnar structure 513).
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, to ensure a sealing effect between the bowl 521 and the pillar 513, the bowl 521 is made of an elastic material, which may be rubber, silicone or plastic.
The dynamic relationship between the liquid cartridge 5 and the water inlet connector 17 during the process of mounting the liquid cartridge 5 into the housing 3 will be briefly described with reference to fig. 13 to 16.
It should be noted that, in order to make it easier for those skilled in the art to understand the sealing between the sealing member 171 and the mounting chamber 512, fig. 15 and 16 are drawn in an interference manner, that is, a part of the structure of the sealing member 171 and a part of the structure of the columnar structure 513 formed with the mounting chamber 512 overlap each other.
As shown in fig. 15, in the process of mounting the liquid storage cartridge 5 into the housing 3, there is a timing shown in fig. 15 at which the seal member 171 on the water inlet joint 17 has been inserted into the mounting cavity 512 and has abutted against the side wall of the mounting cavity 512; however, the top column 172 of the water inlet connector 17 does not abut against the end cap 523 of the check valve 52, and the check valve 52 is not driven to move. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that at this point in time, the water inlet connector 17 has achieved a sealed connection with the cartridge body 51 through the sealing member 171, but the one-way valve 52 is not actuated.
As the reservoir 5 of fig. 15 continues to move downward, the top column 172 of the water inlet connector 17 gradually approaches the end cap 523 until it abuts against the end cap 523, and drives the one-way valve 52 to move upward against the elastic force of the coil spring, so that the bowl-shaped structure 521 of the one-way valve 52 is separated from the column-shaped structure 513 of the box body 51, and thus the water outlet 511 of the dust box 51 is opened (as shown in fig. 16). To this end, the cleaning solution in the box body 51 can enter the water inlet connector 17 through the water outlet hole 511 as shown by arrows in fig. 13, 14 and 16.
As shown in fig. 15, in order to achieve the above-described effect, the height of the top pillar 172 is smaller than the height of the water inlet joint 17 in the up-down direction in fig. 15, that is, the top pillar 172 is located inside the water inlet joint 17; end cap 523 is also located inside mounting cavity 512. Of course, in the case that the above technical effects can be achieved, a person skilled in the art may also make only the top pillar 172 vertically inside the water inlet joint 17 or only the end cap 523 vertically inside the mounting cavity 512, as required.
Further, in order to enable the liquid in the cartridge body 51 to be drained, an annular groove 514 is provided at the lowest position of the cartridge body 51. In addition, in the state that the one-way valve 52 is opened, the annular edge of the bottom of the bowl-shaped structure 521 extends into the annular groove 514, so that under the action of negative pressure, the conveying pump 16 can pump the washing liquid in the annular groove 514 as clean as possible, thereby achieving the effect of emptying the box body 51.
Finally, although not shown in the figures, in a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the floor scrubbing machine further comprises a spray system comprising the aforementioned water inlet fitting 17, the aforementioned reservoir 5, the aforementioned delivery pump 16, the aforementioned spray member 22, and the aforementioned obstacle detecting device. Since the aforementioned water inlet connector 17, the aforementioned liquid storage case 5, the aforementioned transfer pump 16, the aforementioned shower member 22, and the aforementioned obstacle detecting device have already been described in detail above, they will not be described in detail herein.
So far, the technical solutions of the present disclosure have been described in connection with the foregoing embodiments, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to only these specific embodiments. The technical solutions in the above embodiments can be split and combined, and equivalent changes or substitutions can be made on related technical features by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical principles of the present disclosure, and any changes, equivalents, improvements, and the like made within the technical concept and/or technical principles of the present disclosure will fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
