Discharge orifice 5302 is provided with a plurality of discharge holes through which fluid in base 530 may be discharged when primary filter assembly 53 is removed from the interior of the collection chamber. The drainage apertures may be circular or non-circular through holes, each of which may have a size in the range of 0.5mm to 6mm in diameter, and optionally 3mm to 4mm in diameter.
Larger particles, debris, and hair filtered out of the discharge orifice plate 5302 can be received by the raised rim 5301, which is connected to the discharge orifice plate 5302 and surrounds the outside of the discharge orifice plate 5302.
Wherein, an opening 5303 is further provided on the discharge orifice plate 5302, and the base 530 can be sleeved outside the stand pipe 52 through the opening 5303.
A boss 520 is provided on the outer wall surface of the stand pipe 52. When the opening 5303 is fitted over the outside of the standpipe 52, the bottom of the discharge orifice plate 5302 is brought into abutment with the top of the boss 520 to maintain the base 530 in position above the bottom wall 59 of the recovery tank. Since longitudinal portion 5311 is substantially parallel to the axis of stand pipe 52, primary filter assembly 53 can be fitted around the outside of stand pipe 52 in a direction parallel to the axis of stand pipe 52 or removed from the outside of stand pipe 52.
A liquid level sensor 54 is also provided inside the recovery tank 50. When the fluid level in the collection chamber contacts level sensor 54, level sensor 54 will generate an interrupt signal and send it to the main control board, thereby causing the floor cleaning apparatus to stop working, and at the same time, send a prompt to remind the user to clean the recovery tank 50.
In the present embodiment, the liquid level sensors 54 are two in number and correspond in position. Both level sensors 54 are level sensors 54 in the form of probes. The outside at two level sensor 54 all is established the cover and is equipped with sleeve pipe 57, and the bottom outside of sleeve pipe 57 is placed in to level sensor 54's sense terminal, and the top and the recycling bin upper cover 58 of sleeve pipe 57 are connected for two level sensor 54 place in the inside of collecting the room.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention, which is intended to be illustrative and not limiting of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that many variations, modifications, and equivalents may be made within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
