The embodiment discloses a fresh air conditioner, includes: the fresh air system comprises a fresh air pipeline system 1 and an air filtering device 2, the air conditioning system comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit (not shown in the attached drawing), and the fresh air system, the air conditioning system and the air outlet box 4 are sequentially connected in series; the fresh air pipeline system 1 is communicated with the outdoor and the air conditioning system and is used for sucking outdoor fresh air and discharging the fresh air to the air conditioning system as fresh air; the air conditioning system is configured to be capable of discharging the first air out of the air box 4 after being capable of sucking the first air and adjusting the temperature and/or humidity of the first air; the first air is indoor air or fresh air, and the first air can also comprise mixed gas of the indoor air and the fresh air in different proportions in certain embodiments of the utility model; the air outlet box is used for adjusting the air flow speed and direction of first air discharged by the air conditioning system and then discharging the first air into a room according to a certain direction, angle and air speed.
Indoor in this application means a limited space surrounded by walls and the like in which human activities can be performed, indoor bottom means an area near the ground in a room, and indoor air means air existing in the room; outdoor is the space communicated with the atmosphere outside the room, outdoor air is the air existing outdoors, fresh air is the air exhausted after the fresh air system sucks the outdoor air, and the old indoor air is the original indoor air relative to the fresh air.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the indoor unit of the air conditioning system is an indoor cabinet 3, the indoor cabinet 3 includes a second air outlet and a second air inlet, the air outlet box 4 is cabinet-type, the air outlet box 4 includes a first air inlet 42 and a first air outlet 41, the first air outlet 41 is disposed at the lower portion of the front side of the air outlet box 4, and the first air inlet 42 is disposed at the upper portion of the rear side of the air outlet box 4; the indoor cabinet machine 3 and the air outlet box 4 are both arranged on the indoor ground 6, and the air outlet box 4 is arranged in front of the indoor cabinet machine 3, so that the first air inlet 42 is sleeved on the periphery of the second air outlet, and all the first air exhausted from the second air outlet is guided into the air outlet box 4; the air outlet box 4 changes the indoor middle air outlet mode of the indoor cabinet machine into indoor bottom air outlet mode by reasonably arranging the positions of the first air inlet 42 and the first air outlet 41.
In the present application, the floor 6 refers to the indoor floor where the first outlet 41 is located, the rear side refers to the surface facing the wall, the front side refers to the surface facing away from the wall, the lower side refers to the lower end surface, the upper end refers to the upper end surface, the upper end refers to the area of the surface close to the upper side, and the lower end refers to the area of the surface close to the lower side.
The indoor cabinet 3 is communicated with the fresh air system and the indoor space through a second air inlet, and first air is sucked according to needs, wherein the first air can be fresh air transmitted by the fresh air system, or indoor air directly sucked by the indoor cabinet 3 in the indoor space, or mixed air of the fresh air and the indoor air; the indoor cabinet 3 adjusts the temperature and/or humidity of the first air according to the indoor target temperature and/or humidity, and then discharges the first air through the second air outlet.
Fresh air pipe-line system 1 communicates outdoor, air filter 2 and second air intake in proper order, and air filter 2 is configured to can filter the outdoor air that flows through fresh air pipe-line system 1, and air filter 2 comprises various filter screens, can filter the air through it, improves the air quality of new trend. The fresh air pipeline system 1 forms a fresh air communication channel from the outdoor to the indoor.
In order to better control the combination proportion of the fresh air and the indoor air in the first air, in some preferred embodiments, the air conditioner further comprises a first air valve and a second air valve, wherein the first air valve is arranged on a communication passage between the second air inlet and the indoor, and the first air valve is configured to be capable of realizing communication, disconnection or required opening and closing degree communication between the second air inlet and the indoor; the second air valve is arranged on a communication passage of the second air inlet and the air outlet of the fresh air duct system 1, and the second air valve is configured to be capable of realizing communication, disconnection or required opening and closing degree communication of the second air inlet and the air outlet of the fresh air duct system 1.
In the embodiment, the two passages are respectively provided with the independent air valves, so that the switching of different communication states is realized, the control is simple, and the reliability is high.
In other preferred embodiments, the air valve is a single air valve, the air valve is arranged at the second air inlet, and the air valve is configured to realize one of the following states: the second air inlet is communicated with the indoor and is disconnected with the air outlet of the fresh air duct system 1, the second air inlet is communicated with the air outlet of the fresh air duct system 1 and is disconnected with the indoor or the second air inlet is communicated with the air outlet of the fresh air duct system 1 and the indoor and the degree of opening of the communication can be adjusted as required.
In the embodiment, by arranging the air valve, the indoor unit can only suck indoor air, only suck fresh air or simultaneously suck indoor air and fresh air according to needs; the blast gate can set up in the second income wind gap respectively with indoor and fresh air duct system 1 air outlet's tee bend department, through the state of control blast gate, realizes the switching of different connected state, and just can realize as long as set up a blast gate, simple structure, easy to maintain.
As shown in fig. 2, the air outlet box 4 further includes a porous plate 5, the porous plate 5 is disposed at the first air outlet 41, the porous plate 5 is provided with a plurality of through holes 51, the height H of the through hole 51 at the top end of the porous plate 5 from the ground 6 is less than or equal to 40 cm, and the width L of the array of the through holes 51 of the porous plate 5 may need to be set as large as possible within the range allowed by the front geometric dimension of the air outlet box 4.

The shape of the array of through-holes 51 on the perforated plate 5 may be rectangular, circular, rhombic, or oval, and the present embodiment is preferably rectangular.
In the above embodiment, the first air outlet 41 is arranged at the lower part of the air outlet box 4, so that the air outlet at the bottom of the room is realized, the replacement efficiency of the fresh air for replacing the indoor air is improved, especially in winter, the temperature of the indoor air is lower, the first air outlet 41 of the air outlet box 4 is arranged at the bottom, the high-temperature fresh air blown out of the air outlet box 4 is facilitated to be close to the ground 6, the region where people often move is kept between comfortable temperature regions, and the comfort is improved.
The inventor finds that when the height of the upper edge of the first air outlet 41 from the ground 6 is less than or equal to 40 cm, particularly less than or equal to 30 cm, a fresh air layer close to the ground 6 is more easily formed in a room, and a layered distribution state of low-layer fresh air and upper-layer old air of indoor mixed air is formed; the high-efficiency air flow organization effect of gradual transition from old air to new air, which achieves micro-positive pressure, ensures that the replacement efficiency of the indoor air is very high.
In the above embodiment, the provision of the perforated plate 5 can prevent foreign matters from entering the air outlet box 4 and foreign matters from outside the room to protect the air outlet box 4, and can homogenize the air flow blown out through the perforated plate 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the air outlet box 4 further includes an air flow control device and a first air duct, the first air duct is disposed inside the air outlet box 4, the first air duct is communicated with the first air inlet 42 and the first air outlet 41, the air flow control device is disposed in the first air duct, the air flow control device is configured to be capable of adjusting the speed and direction of the air flow flowing through the first air duct, and the setting of the air flow control device improves the capability of the air outlet box 4 in adjusting the speed and direction of the air outlet.
In some preferred embodiments, the airflow control device is a baffle plate 9, the baffle plate 9 is obliquely arranged in the first air duct, and the number of the baffle plates 9 is greater than or equal to 3.
In some preferred embodiments, the number of the guide plates 9 is equal to 3, the guide plates 9 are plate-shaped members, one end of each guide plate 9 is disposed at the first air outlet 41 side, the distance between the other end of each guide plate 9 and the inner wall of the first air duct decreases in sequence along the air flow direction, and the included angle between each guide plate 9 and the air flow direction increases in sequence along the air flow direction.
The contact surface of the guide plate 9 and the airflow can be a plane or a curved surface, the plane can better control the airflow direction, and the curved surface can control the airflow direction and is also beneficial to reducing the airflow speed.

In some preferred embodiments, the first air duct has a diameter that increases from the inlet to the outlet.

In some preferred embodiments, the wind speed of the first air blown out of the wind box 4 is configured to be 2m/s or less.

In some preferred embodiments, the first air inlet 42 is larger than the second air outlet, and the first air inlet 42 is sleeved on the periphery of the second air outlet. As shown in fig. 1, the air outlet of the indoor cabinet 3 is disposed at the upper portion of the front side of the indoor cabinet 2, because the first air inlet 42 is larger than the second air outlet, the air outlet box 4 is directly disposed in front of the indoor cabinet 3, and the first air inlet 42 is sleeved at the periphery of the second air outlet, so that the air outlet of the indoor cabinet 3 is completely led into the air outlet box 4, the installation is convenient, and in order to further achieve the effect of sealing connection, a sealing member is disposed between the first air inlet 42 and the second air outlet, thereby reducing the outflow of the first air from the first air inlet 42 to the second air outlet, and avoiding the noise generated by the outflow of the first air from a small space.

In some preferred embodiments, the sealing element is disposed on the end surface of the first air inlet 42, and the distance between the air outlet box 4 and the indoor cabinet 2 is reasonably set so that the sealing element is extruded on the end surface of the first air inlet 42 and the outer peripheral surface of the second air outlet, thereby achieving the end surface sealing effect, and this embodiment does not need to provide an additional air pipe at the second air outlet.

1. A fresh air conditioner is characterized by comprising: a fresh air system, an air conditioning system and an air outlet box,
the fresh air system is configured to suck outdoor air and discharge fresh air to the air conditioning system;
the air conditioning system is configured to be capable of sucking in first air and discharging the first air to the air outlet box after adjusting the temperature and/or humidity of the first air; wherein the first air comprises indoor air and/or the fresh air;
the air outlet box is configured to be capable of blowing out the first air into a room, and adjust a wind speed and/or a direction of the first air, and a wind speed of the first air blown out through the air outlet box in a first region is 0.5m/s or less.
2. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet box includes a first air inlet, a first air duct, and a first air outlet, the first air outlet is disposed at a lower portion of the air outlet box, an upper edge of the first air outlet is at a height of 40 cm or less from the ground, the first air duct is disposed inside the air outlet box, the first air duct communicates the first air outlet and the first air inlet, the air conditioning system includes a second air outlet, and the first air inlet is in sealed communication with the second air outlet.
3. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet box is configured so that a wind speed of the first air blown out through the air outlet box is 2m/s or less.
4. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the air outlet box further comprises an air flow control device disposed in the first air passage, the air flow control device being configured to be capable of adjusting the speed and direction of the air flow passing through the first air passage.
5. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the air flow control device is a baffle plate, the baffle plate is obliquely arranged in the first air duct, and the number of the baffle plates is greater than or equal to 3.
6. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein said air outlet box further comprises a perforated plate, said perforated plate being provided at said first air outlet, said perforated plate being provided with a plurality of through holes.
7. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the wind outlet box further comprises a sound insulating material and/or a heat insulating material, the sound insulating material is provided on an inner wall of the wind outlet box and/or the deflector, and the heat insulating material is provided on an inner wall of the wind outlet box.

The fresh air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein said fresh air system includes a fresh air duct system, an air filter device, said fresh air duct system communicating the outdoor with said air conditioning system, said air filter device being provided on said fresh air duct system; the air filtering device is configured to be capable of filtering the outdoor air flowing through the fresh air duct system.
9. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the air conditioning system includes an indoor unit, a second air inlet provided on the indoor unit, the second air inlet being configured to be capable of communicating with the indoor and the fresh air duct system outlet, respectively.
10. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the air conditioning system further comprises an air valve provided at the second air inlet, the air valve being configured to enable communication or disconnection of the second air inlet with the room and to enable communication or disconnection of the second air inlet with the fresh air duct system outlet.
11. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein said air conditioning system further comprises a first air valve, a second air valve,
the first air valve is arranged in a communication passage between the second air inlet and the chamber, and is configured to realize the communication or disconnection between the second air inlet and the chamber;
the second air valve is arranged on a communication passage of the second air inlet and the air outlet of the fresh air pipeline system, and the second air valve is configured to realize the communication or disconnection of the second air inlet and the air outlet of the fresh air pipeline system.
12. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the first air inlet has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the second air outlet, and the first air inlet is provided around the second air outlet.
13. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein said fresh air system further comprises an induced draft fan, said induced draft fan being disposed in said fresh air duct system.
14. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the indoor unit includes a cabinet, the cabinet is disposed on the floor, and the second outlet is disposed at an upper end of a front side of the cabinet.
15. The fresh air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein the indoor unit includes a hook, the hook is provided on a wall, and the second outlet is provided at a front side or a lower side of the hook.

The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the air outlet box is cabinet type, the air outlet box is disposed on the floor, the first air outlet is disposed at a lower end of a front side of the air outlet box, and the first air inlet is disposed at an upper end of a rear side of the air outlet box.
17. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the air outlet box is a wall-hanging type, the air outlet box is provided on a wall, the first air outlet is provided at a lower end of a front side of the air outlet box, and the first air inlet is provided at an upper end or an upper side of a rear side of the air outlet box.
18. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the air outlet box further includes a temperature adjusting device configured to adjust a temperature of air flowing through the first air passage and/or a humidity adjusting device configured to adjust a humidity of air flowing through the first air passage.
19. The fresh air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein one end of the guide plate is disposed on the first air outlet side, and the distance between the other end of the guide plate and the inner wall of the first air duct decreases in the direction of the flow of the air stream.
20. A fresh air conditioner is characterized by comprising: a fresh air system, an air duct device and an air outlet box,
the fresh air system is configured to suck outdoor air and discharge fresh air to the air duct device;
the air duct device comprises a first input end, a second input end and a first output end, wherein the first input end is communicated with an air outlet of the fresh air system, the second input end is communicated with the indoor space, and the first output end is communicated with an air inlet of the existing air conditioning system; the air duct device is configured to have a first communication state in which the first output end is communicated with the first input end and disconnected from the second input end, a second communication state in which the first output end is communicated with the second input end and disconnected from the first input end, and a third communication state in which the first output end is communicated with the second input end and the first input end, respectively, the air duct device being configured to be switchable among the first communication state, the second communication state, and the third communication state;
the air outlet box is communicated with an air outlet of the existing air conditioning system and is configured to be capable of blowing air from the existing air conditioning system and adjusting the wind speed and/or direction of the air blown out through the air outlet box, and the wind speed of the air blown out through the air outlet box in the first area is less than or equal to 0.5 m/s.
