The prefabricated outer leaf plate is tightly attached to the inner side of the heat insulation plate and connected with the heat insulation plate through a heat insulation connecting piece; the outer side of the formed reinforcement cage is embedded in the prefabricated outer leaf plate; the inner side of the formed reinforcement cage extends inwards to form a prefabricated outer leaf plate. The double-skin wall connecting structure comprises two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies and double-skin wall connecting components, wherein the prefabricated wall bodies adopt double-skin walls, and the end surfaces of the prefabricated wall bodies are flush; the double-skin wall connecting component is positioned between two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies; concrete is poured at least in the cavity and the area of the formed reinforcement cage of the double-skin wall connecting component to form integral connection. The present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limitations of the present disclosure. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions relevant to the present disclosure are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.

In order to solve or at least alleviate at least one of the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a double-skin wall connecting member 10, where a double-skin wall is a prefabricated concrete wall including an inner leaf 5 and an outer leaf 6, the inner leaf 5 and the outer leaf 6 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart, a cavity 9 is formed between the inner leaf 5 and the outer leaf 6, and the inner leaf 5 and the outer leaf 6 are connected through a formed reinforcement cage 7, that is, the inner side of the formed reinforcement cage 7 is embedded in the inner leaf 5, and the outer side is embedded in the outer leaf 6. The outer side of the outer leaf plate 6 is provided with a heat insulation plate in a clinging mode, and the heat insulation plate is connected with the outer leaf plate 6 through a heat insulation connecting piece 4. The double-skin wall connecting member 10 is an independent prefabricated member for connecting two double-skin walls, i.e., an independent connecting node is formed between the two double-skin walls.

The prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 is formed by prefabricating concrete, one end of a heat-insulating connecting piece 4 is embedded in the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2, the other end of the heat-insulating connecting piece is connected with the heat-insulating plate 1, and the heat-insulating plate 1 and the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 are connected into a whole.
The formed reinforcement cage 3 is welded by steel bars to form a truss structure, and the outer side of the formed reinforcement cage 3 is embedded in the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2; the inner side of the formed reinforcement cage 3 extends inwards to form the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2.
The double-skin wall connecting component 10 connects the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 and the heat-insulating plate 1 to form a whole, and is combined with the formed reinforcement cage 3 to form a prefabricated independent component which can be connected between two double-skin walls, so that the outer leaf plate 6 and the heat-insulating plate which adopt two adjacent connecting wall bodies of the sandwich heat-insulating superposed shear wall to form a cantilever state at the joint are avoided, an expansion die is easily generated, the weight of the inner side and the outer side of the wall body is uneven, the length is different, the collision is easy to occur, and the quality problem is generated.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the insulation board 8 of the double skin wall connecting member 10 is flush with the end surface of the prefabricated outer sheet 2. The end faces are end faces for butt joint, and the end faces of two adjacent double-skin walls for connection can be made into flush end faces, so that the problems of overhanging outer-leaf plates and heat-preservation plates formed by sandwich heat-preservation superposed shear walls in the prior art are solved, and the heat-preservation plates 8 of the double-skin wall connecting members 10 and the end faces of the prefabricated outer-leaf plates 2 can also form flush end faces.
Optionally, the double-skin wall connecting member 10 is L-shaped; when two adjacent double-skin walls are in a vertical connection state, the double-skin wall connecting component 10 at the connecting node is in an L shape. Wherein, the insulation board 1 of the double-skin wall connecting component 10 is integrally formed into an L shape.
The following describes a process for manufacturing the double-skin wall connecting member 10 by taking the L-shaped double-skin wall connecting member 10 of the present disclosure as an example. Those skilled in the art will appreciate the fabrication of other forms of double-walled connector elements 10. Referring to fig. 3a to 3d, a process for manufacturing the double-skin wall connecting member 10 is illustrated. The manufacturing process of the L-shaped double-skin wall connecting member 10 is as follows:

The formed reinforcement cage 3 is placed on the heat-preservation non-dismantling template, the cushion block 12 is placed according to the height, and the heat-preservation connecting piece 4 and the formed reinforcement cage 3 are reliably connected, as shown in fig. 3 b.
And (3) pouring a prefabricated outer leaf plate 21 on the B side, galling the end part of the outer leaf plate, standing and curing until the strength reaches 1.2MPa, as shown in figure 3 c.
The processed double-skin wall connecting component 10 is turned over by 90 degrees, and the heat-insulating connecting piece 4 and the formed reinforcement cage 3 are reliably connected.

In accordance with another aspect of the present disclosure, reference is made to a schematic illustration of an exemplary embodiment of a double skin wall connection structure 20 shown in FIG. 2. A double-skin wall connecting structure 20 comprises two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies and a double-skin wall connecting component 10. Two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies adopt a double-skin wall structure, each prefabricated wall body comprises an outer leaf plate 6 and an inner leaf plate 5 which are arranged in parallel at intervals, and a cavity 9 is formed between the outer leaf plate 6 and the inner leaf plate 5. The outer leaf plate 6 and the inner leaf plate 5 are connected through a formed steel reinforcement cage 7; the outer side of the outer leaf plate 6 is tightly attached with a heat insulation plate 8, and the end faces of the heat insulation plate 8, the outer leaf plate 6 and the inner leaf plate 5 are flush. The end faces referred to herein are end faces intended to abut, typically the vertical end faces of two ends of a wall.
The double-skin wall connecting component 10 adopts the double-skin wall connecting component 10 shown in the first aspect of the disclosure, and the double-skin wall connecting component 10 is positioned between two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies. The heat insulation plate 8 and the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 of the double-skin wall connecting component 10 are in butt joint with the heat insulation plate 8 and the outer leaf plate 6 of the prefabricated wall body.
Concrete is poured at least in the cavity 9 and the formed reinforcement cage area 11 of the double-skin wall connecting component, and the two prefabricated wall bodies and the double-skin wall connecting component 10 are integrally connected through the poured concrete.
This double-skin wall connection structure 20 is through adopting two skin wall connecting elements 10 of independent prefabricated component, and two prefabricated wall bodies all adopt double-skin wall, have avoided adopting sandwich heat preservation coincide shear wall to form the problem that outer page or leaf board and heated board exist of encorbelmenting. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the thickness of the insulation board 1 of the double-skin wall connecting member 10 is the same as the thickness of the insulation board 8 of the prefabricated wall body; the thickness of the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 is the same as that of the outer leaf plate 6, so that a neat butt joint surface is formed, and construction is facilitated.
Optionally, the thickness of the formed reinforcement cage 3 of the double-skin wall connecting member 10 is the same as that of the formed reinforcement cage 7 of the prefabricated wall body. The formed reinforcement cage can be formed into a universal component, and the production cost of parts is reduced.
Optionally, the part of the formed reinforcement cage 3 of the double-skin wall connecting member 10 extending out of the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 is embedded in the poured concrete. The outer side of the formed steel reinforcement cage 3 of the double-skin wall connecting component 10 is embedded in the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2, and the part extending out of the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 is embedded in the poured concrete, so that the prefabricated outer leaf plate 2 and the poured concrete are connected into a stressed whole.
Optionally, the concrete poured in the steel reinforcement cage area 11 of the double-skin wall connecting member is flush with the inner side surface of the inner leaf 5, that is, in the same vertical plane. arranging an inner side template on the inner side of the double-skin wall connecting component 10 to block the concrete poured in the formed reinforcement cage area 11 of the double-skin wall connecting component; the inner side template may be attached to the inner side of the respective inner leaf 5.

4. A double skin wall connecting element according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the outer side of said profiled reinforcement cage is embedded in said prefabricated outer leaf, and the inner side of said profiled reinforcement cage extends inwardly of said prefabricated outer leaf.
5. A double-skin wall connecting structure is characterized by comprising:
the prefabricated wall comprises two adjacent prefabricated walls, wherein each prefabricated wall comprises an outer leaf plate and an inner leaf plate which are arranged at intervals, and a cavity is formed between the outer leaf plate and the inner leaf plate; the outer leaf plate and the inner leaf plate are connected through a formed steel reinforcement cage; the vertical end surfaces of the outer leaf plate and the inner leaf plate are flush; and
the double-skin wall connecting member according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is positioned between the two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies; the vertical end surfaces of two sides of the prefabricated outer leaf plate in the extending direction are respectively butted with the outer leaf plate of the prefabricated wall body;
concrete is poured at least in the cavity and the area of the formed reinforcement cage of the double-skin wall connecting member to form the connection.
6. A double-skin wall connecting structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer side of the outer leaf of each prefabricated wall body is covered with a heat insulation plate, and the vertical end faces of the heat insulation plate, the outer leaf and the inner leaf are flush.
7. The double-skin wall connection structure of claim 6, wherein the thickness of the formed reinforcement cage of the double-skin wall connection member is the same as the thickness of the formed reinforcement cage of the prefabricated wall body.
8. The double-skin wall connecting structure according to claim 7, wherein the portions of the formed reinforcement cages of the double-skin wall connecting members extending out of the prefabricated outer panels are embedded in the poured concrete.
9. The double-skin wall connecting structure according to claim 7, wherein the concrete poured in the formed steel reinforcement cage area of the double-skin wall connecting member is flush with the inner side surface of the inner leaf plate.
10. The double-skin wall connecting structure according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein the two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies are at a right angle; the double-skin wall connecting component is L-shaped.
