1. A massage comb, comprising:
a handle;
the comb body is connected to the upper end of the handle;
the comb body comprises a first shell and a mounting base arranged on the first shell, wherein first comb teeth, second comb teeth and LED phototherapy lamps are arranged on the outer side of the mounting base, and the second comb teeth and the LED phototherapy lamps are arranged on the periphery of the first comb teeth in a staggered and surrounding mode;
and a vibration structure for vibrating the first comb teeth and/or the second comb teeth and a heating structure for heating the first comb teeth and/or the second comb teeth are arranged on the inner side of the mounting base.
2. A massage comb according to claim 1, wherein the mounting base comprises:
the first mounting seat is used for mounting the first comb teeth;
the second mounting seat is arranged around the periphery of the first mounting seat and used for mounting the second comb teeth;
the third mounting seat comprises a mounting part and a connecting part, the mounting part is arranged around the periphery of the first mounting seat and used for mounting the LED phototherapy lamp, and the connecting part is connected with the upper end of the handle;
the first mounting seat is arranged between the second mounting seat and the third mounting seat through a connecting piece;
and a light guide part corresponding to the LED phototherapy lamp is arranged on the second mounting seat.
3. A massage comb as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the vibration structure and the heating structure are installed on the inner side of the first installation seat through fixing pieces.
4. A massage comb according to claim 3, wherein: the height of the first comb teeth relative to the first mounting seat is larger than that of the second comb teeth relative to the first mounting seat.
5. A massage comb according to claim 4, wherein: the distance between the first mounting seat and the first shell can be changed under the condition of external force.
6. A massage comb according to claim 5, wherein: the connecting part is of an inner arc surface structure.
7. A massage comb according to claim 6, wherein: the handle is of a cylindrical structure, the first shell is of a semi-cylindrical structure and is arranged on one side of the upper end of the handle.
8. A massage comb according to claim 7, wherein: the radius of the first shell is smaller than that of the handle, the massage comb further comprises a cover body used for covering the comb body, and the cover body is of a cylindrical structure and equal to the radius of the handle.
9. A massage comb as claimed in claim 8, wherein: one end, far away from the handle, of the first shell is of an outer arc surface structure.
10. A massage comb as claimed in claim 9, wherein: an anti-scald structure is arranged on the hair combing body and/or the handle and/or the cover body.
