In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the elastic end cap 11A of the first end 12 is composed of silica gel, and the first end 12 may be in contact with the sealing cover 101. For example, the first end 12 may be detachably in interference fit with the sealing cover 101, and the inner side of the sealing cover 101 may abut against the liquid outlet 11, so that the sealing cover 101 may be used to block the liquid outlet 11, so as to prevent the liquid inside the liquid storage part body 10 from flowing out or leaking out through the liquid outlet.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a first thread 103 may be provided at the first end 12 of the liquid storage part body 10 where the liquid outlet 11 is provided, and a second thread (not shown) adapted to the first thread may also be provided inside the sealing cover 101, so that the sealing cover 101 and the liquid storage part body 10 may be screw-sealed and may also be screw-opened. In this case, the lower portion of the upper inner housing 203 of the massage comb body may also be provided with a third screw thread (not shown) adapted to the first screw thread at a position corresponding to the first end 12, so that the liquid storage part body 10 and the lower portion of the upper inner housing 203 may be connected by screw. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the first end 12 of the liquid storage part body 10 and the lower part of the upper inner housing 203 of the massage comb body may also be straight, being directly inserted into each other in a tight fit.
In use, the sealing cover 101 of the liquid storage part body 10 can be opened and removed first, and then the liquid storage part body 10 is installed in the central cavity of the massage comb. When the liquid storage part body 10 is installed in place in the massage comb, the liquid outlet 11 can be abutted against the ultrasonic atomization part 30, and when the ultrasonic atomization part 30 vibrates. In this case, the ultrasonic atomizing member 30 may be in contact with the liquid outlet 11 of the liquid storage member body 10, and in the case where the ultrasonic atomizing member is not operated, the liquid in the liquid storage member body 10 may not flow out due to being blocked by the ultrasonic atomizing member 30, whereas in the case where the ultrasonic atomizing member 30 is operated to vibrate, the liquid in the liquid storage member body 10 may be slowly released from the liquid outlet 11, and the ultrasonic atomizing member 30 may atomize the liquid at the liquid outlet 11 in contact therewith.
In the present disclosure, the liquid storage part body 10 may be made of plastic, plastic or resin, etc., which has a light weight while storing liquid, and is convenient for a user to carry. As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the liquid storage part body 10 may include a mounting portion disposed opposite the liquid outlet 11, and the mounting portion may be located at a second end 13 of the liquid storage part body 10 opposite the first end 12. The mounting portion may include a first protrusion 14, a first recess 15, and a second recess 16. And, the first protrusion 14 is located between the first recess 15 and the second recess 16. In this way, in the use process, the user can put the fingers in the first recess 15 and the second recess 16, so that the first protrusion 14 can be held to perform the actions of rotation, stirring, drawing, pulling, pressing and the like, and the installation of the liquid storage part body 10 is facilitated.
For example, in one embodiment, the first protrusion 14 may be located in the middle of the mounting portion, and the first recess 15 and the second recess 16 may have the same area. Such an arrangement may be more advantageous for the user to hold the mounting portion.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the portion (elastic end cap) surrounding the liquid outlet 11 at the first end 12 may be made of a different material from that of the other portions of the liquid storage part body 10. For example, the elastomeric end cap at the first end 12 may be formed of silicone. The silicone has a certain elasticity so that the liquid storage part body 10 can be more easily installed into the central cavity.
In the present disclosure, the material of the mounting portion may be harder than the material of the first end, so that the hand may be held by a person and the mounting may be facilitated.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the largest cross-section of the second end 13 of the reservoir member body 10 may be greater than the largest cross-section of the first end 12. In this case, the central cavity and the liquid storage part body 10 accommodated therein take on a shape of a small lower and large upper. The first end 12 of the reservoir body 10 may be resilient and more easily fit into the smaller lower end of the central cavity.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, in the longitudinal section of the liquid storage part body 10, the width of the liquid storage part body 10 is at most 85 to 95mm, for example, the width of the liquid storage part body 10 may be at most 89mm.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, in the longitudinal section of the liquid storage part body 10, the length of the liquid storage part body 10 may be 90 to 100mm at the longest, for example, the length of the liquid storage part body 10 may be 95mm at the longest.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the massage comb may further include a top cover 50, the top cover 50 being disposed at an upper portion of the liquid storage part body 10, and the top cover 50 may protrude from the top of the massage comb body 20, for example, may protrude from the top of the massage comb body 20 to form a boss. I.e., the outer surface of the top cover 50 may be planar or may have a small arc shape. Such an arrangement, on the one hand, may facilitate the user's handling of the top cover 50, such as installing the top cover 50 or opening the top cover 50. On the other hand, the boss-like shape of the top cover 50 does not interfere with the user's grip on the upper portion of the massage comb body 20.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the top cover 50 may be snapped onto the top of the massage comb body 20. Specifically, the top cover 50 may be fixed between the upper inner housing 203 and the upper portion of the liquid storage part body 10, for example, by the extension 501.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the interior of the top cover 50 may be in contact with the mounting portion. For example, the interior of the top cover 50 may include third recesses, second protrusions, and third protrusions that are compatible with the first protrusions 14, first recesses 15, and second recesses 16 of the mounting portion.
A comb plate for a massage comb according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is further described below with reference to fig. 2 to 4 and 8 to 11.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the massage comb includes a comb plate 40, and the comb plate 40 may be disposed at the lower side of the massage comb body 20 and detachably connected with the lower side of the massage comb body 20. The comb plate 40 is detachable from the massage comb body 20, so that the comb plate can be conveniently cleaned, and different types of comb plates can be replaced to meet different demands of users. On the other hand, when the comb plate is damaged, only the comb plate may be replaced without replacing the entire massage comb.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the comb plate 40 may include a comb tooth panel detachably disposed under the massage comb body, and a plurality of outer ring comb teeth 41 and a plurality of inner ring comb teeth 42 disposed at the same side (first side) of the comb tooth panel. A plurality of foolproof components can be arranged on the second side surface of the comb tooth panel, which is opposite to the first side surface for mounting the inner ring comb teeth 42, so that the foolproof components can prevent the wrong connection when the comb tooth plate 40 is connected with the massage comb body 20, the mounting efficiency is improved, and the comb tooth plate 40 is also more convenient and faster for a user to replace by himself.
As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the comb plate 40 may be coupled with the underside of the massage comb body 20 by a rotary buckle. Specifically, the comb plate 40 may be connected with the underside of the lower inner case 204 of the massage comb body 20. The comb-tooth panel may be provided with a first rotary latch 43 on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a second rotary latch (not shown) engaged with the first rotary latch 43 may be provided at a corresponding position of the lower inner case 204. For example, the first rotary fastening member 43 may be an L-shaped groove, and the second rotary fastening member may be a linear protrusion matching with the L-shaped groove, so that the user can realize the fixed connection between the comb plate 40 and the massage comb body 20 by using the rotary fastening manner.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the massage comb may further include a cushion pad 45 (see fig. 3), and the cushion pad 45 may be disposed between the lower side of the massage comb body 20 and the upper side of the comb plate 40. Specifically, the cushion pad 45 may be filled between the comb plate 40 and the lower inner case 204 of the massage comb body 20. By such arrangement, when the massage comb is in the massage vibration function, on the one hand, vibrations can be more uniformly distributed on the comb tooth surface plate, and on the other hand, the influence of vibration of the comb tooth plate 40 on devices inside the massage comb body 20 and abrasion caused by micro vibration between adjacent parts can be reduced. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cushion pad 45 may be made of a material having a certain elasticity such as silica gel, plastic, etc.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cross section of the comb surface plate of the comb plate 40 may be circular or oval, and may be adapted to the shape of the massage comb body 20. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after the liquid flowing out of the liquid outlet 11 of the liquid storage part body 10 is atomized by the ultrasonic atomizing part 30 to form mist, the mist may pass through the first through hole H1 and enter the functional surface of the comb plate 40 (i.e., the surface of the comb plate 40 on which the teeth are mounted). In other embodiments of the present disclosure, instead of providing the first through holes H1, gaps are left between the outer circumferential surface of the comb plate 40 and the massage comb body 20 (e.g., the lower inner case 204), or a plurality of gaps corresponding to the gaps between the comb teeth are formed in the comb plate 40, and mist can pass through the gaps to enter the functional surface of the comb plate 40 to be sufficiently contacted with hair or scalp to function.
The first through holes H1 of the comb-tooth panel 40 may be disposed at a middle region of the comb-tooth panel (e.g., a center of the comb-tooth panel or a position within a range from the center).
The first through holes H1 may be circular (but not limited thereto), and correspond to the second through holes H2 of the upper inner case 203 and the third through holes H3 of the lower inner case 204, so that after the liquid in the liquid storage part body 10 is atomized by the ultrasonic atomization part 30 to form mist, the mist may enter the functional surface of the comb plate 40 (i.e., the surface of the comb plate 40 on which the teeth are mounted) through the first through holes H1, spread from the middle position of the comb plate 40 to the periphery, and finally spread the mist uniformly around the comb plate 40, thereby providing a corresponding effect to the hair uniformly between the comb teeth. Thus, when the massage comb is used, the functional liquid in the liquid storage part body 10 can be fully contacted with the hair or scalp after being atomized, and the massage comb functions.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the third through hole H3 may be smaller than the first through hole H1. Specifically, the lower inner case 204 has a guide portion extending downward, and the third through hole H3 may be provided inside the guide portion, with the lower end of the guide portion being located inside the first through hole H1 of the comb plate 40. Preferably, there is a gap between the lower end of the guide portion and the first through hole H1 of the comb plate 40, and the cushion pad 45 between the lower inner case 204 and the comb plate 40 may be provided to extend into this gap. For example, the cross section of the cushion pad 45 may be formed in a shape similar to a comb tooth surface plate, may be circular, and may have a through hole in the middle. In an embodiment, the through hole of the cushion pad 45 may be formed by extending the cushion pad 45 along the first through hole H1 toward the comb teeth, i.e., a portion of the cushion pad 45 is located inside the first through hole H1 and may be sandwiched between the comb plate 40 and the lower inner case 204, so that the vibration of the comb plate 40 may be better prevented from being conducted to the massage comb body 20 through the lower inner case 204, and thus the functional components in the massage comb body 20 may be prevented from being damaged due to the vibration.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the comb plate 40 may include a plurality of outer ring combs 41 and a plurality of inner ring combs 42. The outer ring comb teeth 41 can be used for distributing and dividing the hair into a plurality of parts, thereby preventing the hair from knotting and facilitating the functional liquid after atomization to enter into the hair clearance fully. The inner ring comb teeth 42 can have the functions of combing hair, massaging scalp and the like.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be provided at the outermost ring of the comb tooth face plate. The outer ring comb teeth 41 may be different in shape from the inner ring comb teeth 42. In one embodiment, the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be wing-shaped. Specifically, the cross section of the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be in the shape of a water droplet, and the tips of the water droplet face the center of the comb teeth panel.
In the present disclosure, in some embodiments, the outer ring comb teeth 41 and the inner ring comb teeth 42 are arranged in concentric circles of a plurality of circles. A plurality of annular slits centered on the first through hole H1 or a spiral continuous slit starting from the first through hole H1 may be formed between the plurality of inner ring comb teeth 42. For example, the mist flowing out of the first through hole H1 may spread along the annular slit or the spiral continuous slit.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the outer ring comb teeth 41 are provided in an airfoil shape, which can have a good hair-dividing effect. I.e. the hair is divided into a plurality of parts or into a plurality of small hairs, and the space between the hairs is increased, so that the atomized gas can sufficiently penetrate into the hairs. Meanwhile, the arrangement can also enable the inner ring comb teeth 42 to comb hair more smoothly, and the resistance for massaging the scalp is reduced.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be made of plastic, resin, or plastic. These materials have a certain elasticity and can avoid damaging the scalp or hair during contact with the hair or scalp.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the length of the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be shorter than that of the inner ring comb teeth 42, and may not entirely contact the hair or scalp while preventing the inner ring comb teeth 42 from combing the hair or massaging the scalp.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cross-sectional area of the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the inner ring comb teeth 42 in the same cross-section. Therefore, on one hand, the outer ring comb teeth 41 are thicker than the inner ring comb teeth 42, which is more beneficial to the requirement of the outer ring comb teeth 41 on a certain bearing capacity required by distribution, and on the other hand, the inner ring comb teeth 42 are thinner than the outer ring comb teeth 41, which is beneficial to the requirement of light flexibility required by scalp massage and hair combing.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the comb tooth spacing of the outer ring comb teeth is greater than the comb tooth spacing of the inner ring comb teeth. The comb tooth pitch of the outer ring comb teeth may be a distance between adjacent two of the outer ring comb teeth 41. The comb tooth space of the inner ring comb teeth refers to the distance between two adjacent comb teeth in the same ring of the inner ring comb teeth. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the comb tooth pitch of the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be 6mm to 10mm, and within this pitch range, the outer ring comb teeth 41 may better exert the distributing function. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the comb tooth pitch of the inner ring comb teeth 42 may be 5mm to 8mm, and in this pitch range, the inner ring comb teeth 42 may better perform the functions of combing hair, massaging the scalp. The matching of the comb tooth space of the outer ring comb teeth and the comb tooth space of the inner ring comb teeth can optimally prevent hair from being knotted while massaging the scalp to and fro.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the inner ring comb teeth 42 may be made of plastic, resin, or plastic. These materials have a certain elasticity and can avoid damaging the scalp or hair during contact with the hair or scalp.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in the case where the inner ring comb teeth 42 and the outer ring comb teeth 41 are both formed of plastic, resin, or plastic, the inner ring comb teeth 42 and the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be integrally formed, for example, the inner ring comb teeth 42 and the outer ring comb teeth 41 may be integrally formed by injection molding. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the inner ring comb teeth 42 may have an elongated shape such as a cylindrical shape, a truncated cone shape, a conical shape, a truncated cone shape, or the like.
However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in some embodiments, the inner ring comb teeth 42 may be made of a metal material, for example, some metal having elasticity. In the case that the inner ring comb teeth are formed of a metal material, the inner ring comb teeth 42 may include massage balls (not shown) which may be provided at an end of the inner ring comb teeth 42 remote from the comb teeth panel. In use, the massage ball can play a role in massaging scalp.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the comb plate 40 may include a plurality of turns of inner ring comb teeth 42. For example, in one embodiment, among the inner ring comb teeth 42 of the plurality of rings, the individual comb tooth length of the inner ring comb teeth 42 located at the outer periphery may be greater than the individual comb tooth length of the inner ring comb teeth 42 located at the middle. The arrangement accords with the shape of the skull of the human body, thereby better playing the functions of combing hair and massaging of the comb plate and the massage comb.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the length of the inner ring comb teeth 42 may be tapered in a direction from the outer ring comb teeth 41 toward the center of the comb plate 40. In this case, the lower profile of the inner ring comb teeth 42 (i.e., the virtual line connecting the lower ends of the inner ring comb teeth 42) is arc-shaped as seen from the longitudinal cut side of the comb plate 40, see fig. 4. The arrangement accords with the shape of the skull of the human body, thereby better playing the functions of combing hair and massaging of the comb plate and the massage comb.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, one or more negative ion through holes 44 may be further provided on the comb-tooth panel, and negative ions generated by the negative ion generator may be transmitted to the comb-tooth plate 40 through the negative ion through holes 44. In the process of the contact between the comb plate and the hair, when negative ions are transmitted to the comb plate, the hair can be smoothed, static electricity generated between the comb teeth and the hair due to friction can be avoided, and better experience is brought to users.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the massage comb may further include a bottom cover 90, the bottom cover 90 being detachably coupled with the massage comb body 20, and the bottom cover 90 including receiving grooves receiving the teeth of the comb plate 40.
The bottom cover 90 is detachably connected with the massage comb body 20, when the massage comb is not used, a user can cover the comb plate 40 of the massage comb body 20 by using the bottom cover 90, parts such as the comb plate 40 are prevented from being exposed, and the massage comb is also beneficial to carrying and preventing the comb teeth from being extruded and deformed due to pollution of external dust or impurities. In some embodiments, a mirror surface may also be provided on a side of the bottom cover 90 facing the comb plate 40 so that a user can conveniently use the mirror in the bottom cover 90 when in use.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the bottom cover 90 may include a first case 91 and a second case 92, and the first case 91 and the second case 92 may be connected to each other and form a receiving chamber therebetween. For example, the first housing 91 and the second housing 92 may be snap-coupled to each other.
As shown in fig. 3, the upper ends of the first and second cases 91 and 92 may be snap-coupled to each other at the inner side of the upper end of the bottom cover 90. The second case 92 may have a groove shape having an opening, and the first case 91 may be bent downward from a connection with the second case 92 to form a receiving groove to receive the inner ring comb teeth 42 and the outer ring comb teeth 41 of the comb plate.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first housing 91 may be disposed inside the second housing 92, and the inner ring comb teeth 42 and the outer ring comb teeth 41 of the comb plate 40 may be disposed opposite to the first housing 91.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the massage comb further includes a charging circuit board 93, and the charging circuit board 93 may be disposed in the accommodating chamber, for example, may be disposed on the first housing 91.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the bottom cover 90 may further include a charging socket through which an external power source is connected. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the charging jack is provided on the bottom cover 90 instead of the massage comb body 90. On the one hand, the arrangement is more attractive, i.e. the user does not directly see or touch the charging socket when using the massage comb.
In the present disclosure, the connection between the bottom cover 90 and the massage comb body 20 may be a magnetic connection. The charging circuit board 93 may be disposed in the bottom cover 90, and the battery BT and the control circuit board CB may be disposed in the massage comb body 20.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the lower end of the massage comb body 20 may be provided with a magnetic suction needle P1 (see fig. 6), for example, the lower end of the lower inner case 204 may be provided with a magnetic suction needle P1. The magnetic pin P1 may be electrically connected to the battery BT, for example, through a circuit board (printed circuit board or flexible circuit board). Also, a metal sheet P2 (see fig. 2) may be further provided on the bottom cover 90, and the metal sheet P2 may be electrically connected to the charging circuit board 93. In the present disclosure, the metal sheet may be a copper sheet, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the metal sheet may be any metal capable of achieving electrical connection.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the magnetic suction needle P1 may correspond to the metal sheet P2, and the magnetic suction needle P1 may be in contact with the metal sheet P2 in the case that the bottom cover 90 is fastened to each other with the massage comb body 20. Through such a setting, when bottom cover 90 and massage comb body 20 are close to each other, magnetism suction can be produced each other to magnetism suction needle and sheetmetal for bottom cover 90 and massage comb body 20 can lock each other, and magnetism suction needle and sheetmetal can be connected each other electricity simultaneously, make to form the electricity between battery BT and the charging circuit board and connect.
Thus, when the bottom cover 90 is connected to the external power source through the charging socket, the charging circuit board in the bottom cover 90 can be charged through the external power source. When the bottom cover 90 covers the massage comb body 20, the battery BT may be charged through the charging circuit board in the bottom cover 90. In the process of using the massage comb, the battery BT can provide electric quantity supply for the control circuit board, so that the control circuit board can send and receive signals to finish a plurality of different functions such as vibration massage of scalp, atomization hair nourishing, negative ion hair smoothing and the like.
The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and in some embodiments, the lower end of the massage comb body 20 may be provided with a metal sheet, for example, a metal sheet may be provided at the lower end of the lower inner case 204. The metal sheet may be electrically connected to the battery BT, for example, may be electrically connected to the battery BT through a circuit board (printed circuit board or flexible circuit board). Also, a magnetic pin may be provided on the bottom cover 90, and the magnetic pin may be electrically connected to the charging circuit board, for example, may be electrically connected to the charging circuit board through a circuit board (a printed circuit board or a flexible circuit board). In the present disclosure, the metal sheet may be a copper sheet, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the metal sheet may be any metal capable of achieving electrical connection.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the area of the largest cross-section of the bottom cover 90 may be smaller than the area of the largest cross-section of the massage comb body 20. By the arrangement, the massage comb is integrally in a shape with a big top and a small bottom, so that the massage comb is convenient to hold and carry.
