A sealing member 150 is connected between the tank opening of the tank 110 and the outer cylinder opening of the outer cylinder 120, and specifically, the sealing member 150 is circular and sized to match the tank opening of the tank 110 so as to be disposed on the tank opening. When the washing machine door 160 is closed, the sealing member 150 is pressed by the washing machine door 160 to seal the gap between the washing machine door 160 and the cabinet 110 and the outer tub 120. The shower device 140 includes: a water inlet assembly 141, a first spray piece 142 and a second spray piece 143. The water inlet assembly 141 is communicated with a water inlet pipe of the drum washing machine 110 for supplying water to the first and second showers 142 and 143. Specifically, the water inlet assembly 141 includes a water inlet pipe having one end communicating with a water source and the other end having two water outlet branches, each of which communicates with a water inlet of the first spray part 142 and a water inlet of the second spray part 143, respectively, to supply water to the first spray part 142 and the second spray part 143.
The first spray member 142 extends from the water inlet assembly 141 to a region between the inner tub 130 and the outer tub 120. Specifically, the outer cylinder 120 is provided with a through hole for the first spraying member 142 to pass through. The first spray member 142 is perforated in the through hole so as to extend from the outside to the inside of the outer tub 120. The first spraying member 142 is a tubular structure with openings at two ends and has a conduction channel therein, and the two ends of the conduction channel are respectively a water inlet and a spraying port of the first spraying member 142. The second spray member 143 extends from the water inlet assembly 141 to an area between the outer tub 120 and the cabinet 110.

The inlet pipe 1411 has two branches connected to the first and second showers 142 and 143, respectively. The first spray part 142 specifically includes a first section 1421, a second section 1422, and a third section 1423, and the inner diameters of the three sections are sequentially reduced to increase the water pressure at the spray opening and improve the spray effect. The first segment 1421 is disposed through the through hole of the outer cylinder 120 and connected to one of the branches of the water inlet pipe 1411. The first section 1421 extends in the same direction as the water supply direction of the water inlet pipe 1411, so that the water inlet process is smoother. The second section 1422 is inside the tub 120 and conforms to the inside wall of the tub 120 to provide a sufficient angle for spraying. The passageway that switches on in third subsection 1423 reduces along the direction of going out water gradually to increase water pressure, promote the injection effect, and third subsection 1423 extends to the door body direction along the lateral wall of urceolus, sprays the inner tube with leaving sufficient angle, avoids being sheltered from by inner tube lateral wall or inner tube mouth edge and leaves blind area or the dead angle that can't spray in the inner tube.
The second spray member 143 has a tubular structure, one end of which is a water inlet and is connected to a branch of the water inlet pipe 1411. The second spray member 143 has a spray opening at the other end thereof and extends through the seal between the tank opening of the tank and the outer cylindrical opening of the outer cylindrical housing and protrudes beyond the seal to expose the spray opening. The extending direction of the second spraying member 143 is the same as the water flow direction, so that the water flow is smooth, and the influence of the bending structure on the water pressure is avoided to reduce the spraying effect. In this embodiment, the second spraying member 143 and the water inlet pipe 1411 communicated therewith are vertically disposed with respect to the ground, so that the water pressure is increased by sufficiently using the gravity of water when spraying, thereby improving the spraying effect.
In one embodiment, the portion of the second spray member extending beyond the seal member is an arcuate extension extending along the outer wall of the seal member and having an arcuate shape that matches the circumference of the tank mouth to conform to the seal member. The arc extension has seted up a plurality of holes that spray towards on the lateral wall of inner tube to a plurality of spray angles are provided and the spraying effect is promoted.
As shown in fig. 2, the total spray range of the first and second spray members 142, 143 is greater than the spray range of each of the first and second spray members. Specifically, the first and second showers 142, 143 can spray at the same predetermined angle, and because of the lateral distance between the two, the spray ranges within the inner barrel do not completely coincide. In one embodiment, the spraying angles of the first spraying member 142 and the second spraying member 143 may be different, so that the spraying ranges of the first spraying member and the second spraying member are not overlapped completely, thereby expanding the total spraying range and improving the spraying effect.
In one embodiment, the spraying device further comprises a diversion nozzle which is arranged at the spraying opening of the first spraying piece and the spraying opening of the second spraying piece, and the diversion nozzle is used for enabling the first spraying piece and the second spraying piece to spray into the inner cylinder according to a preset angle. Specifically, the diversion nozzle can enable the spraying angles of the first spraying part and the second spraying part to be different, or can enable the second spraying part to spray towards the washing machine door and the sealing part so as to wash residual detergent on the washing machine door and the sealing part, and therefore the washing machine door and the sealing part are prevented from mildewing. In one embodiment, the diversion nozzle is rotatably connected with the first spray piece and the second spray piece so as to adjust the spray angle of each spray piece to provide better spray effect. For example, when the washing machine has a large amount of clothes, the diversion nozzle can increase the included angle between the spraying direction of the spraying piece and the vertical downward direction, namely, the diversion nozzle rotates towards the horizontal direction, so as to avoid that the spraying range can not cover the clothes on the inner side of the inner drum due to the high height of the clothes. Correspondingly, when the washing machine has fewer clothes, the flow guide nozzle can reduce the included angle between the spraying direction of the spraying piece and the vertical downward direction, namely, the flow guide nozzle rotates towards the vertical direction, so that the spraying effect is more concentrated on the clothes.
In one embodiment, the spraying device can comprise a plurality of first spraying parts and a plurality of second spraying parts, and the plurality of first spraying parts and the plurality of second spraying parts are respectively distributed in an arc shape. Specifically, the plurality of first spray members may be distributed in the axial direction of the outer tub, and the plurality of second spray members may be distributed along the seal member in the axial direction of the tank opening of the tank. A plurality of first spray and a plurality of second spray can provide a plurality of spray angle, promote total spray range to promote the flow per second that sprays the process, be favorable to promoting the total effect of spraying.
In one embodiment, a circulation pump may be further included in the washing machine. The water inlet of the circulating pump is communicated with the outer drum of the washing machine. For example, a one-way valve is arranged at the position of the bottom of the outer cylinder, which is lower than the water level line of normal operation, and is connected with the water inlet of the circulating pump. The water inlet end of the water inlet pipe of the spraying device is provided with an additional branch communicated with the water outlet of the circulating pump. When washing or washing, the circulating pump carries spray set with the water that contains the detergent of urceolus bottom, and then sprays the clothing in the inner tube to this make full use of detergent's clean effect, the more abundant clothes that wash simultaneously, and then reduce the moisturizing number of times, reduce water resource consumption.
