Washing machine with steam washing function and control method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a washing machine in the field of washing, in particular to a washing machine with a steam washing function, and further relates to a control method of the washing machine.
Background
To meet the consumer demand, additional functions of washing machines come up endlessly, such as steam washing, sterilization, deodorization, etc. In the existing washing machine products, the modes for realizing the steam washing function are divided into the following two types:
one is to add a special steam generator on the washing machine, after the water is vaporized into high temperature steam in the generator, the steam is flushed into the outer cylinder, so as to realize the functions of quick washing, sterilization and deodorization of the clothes.
Chinese patent application No. CN200510083626, which describes a steam generating device of a washing machine, including a housing having a receiving space for storing water; and a heater disposed in the housing for heating the water stored in the housing. The washing machine is additionally provided with the independent steam generating device, so that steam is generated by using water and flows into the outer drum of the washing machine, and the aim of performing high-temperature disinfection treatment on clothes in the inner drum by using the steam is fulfilled.
Although the proposal of separately adding the steam generator on the washing machine has more steam generation amount, the washing machine has better washing and sterilizing effects on clothes. However, since the steam generator needs to be separately installed, the production cost of the washing machine increases; meanwhile, the independently installed steam generator also occupies the inner space of the washing machine in an extruding way, so that the whole size of the washing machine is increased, and the capacity of the inner barrel is reduced.
The other is to immerse a heater in the tub of the washing machine in the washing water in the tub, and heat the washing water, thereby generating steam. However, in the washing machine using this method, since the total amount of the washing water in the tub is large, the heating rate is slow, the amount of generated steam is small, and the effect is not desirable.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Further, the heater is arranged at a water outlet at the bottom of the outer barrel, and a gap for water flow to pass through is arranged between the partition plate and the water outlet.
Further, a groove which is sunken downwards is formed in the bottom of the outer barrel, and the water outlet is formed in the bottom of the groove; the heater is arranged in the groove, and the partition plate is arranged between the heater and the bottom of the groove; preferably, a certain distance is arranged between the partition board and the bottom of the groove.
Furthermore, the partition board horizontally covers the cross section of the groove, at least one water leakage hole for water flow to pass through is formed in the partition board, and the water leakage hole and the heater are arranged in a staggered mode;
preferably, the water outlet of the outer barrel is arranged below one side of the partition plate, the heater is arranged above the other side of the partition plate, and the water leakage holes are correspondingly arranged on the partition plate above the water outlet, so that water flow can directly flow into the water outlet through the water leakage holes.
Further preferably, the bottom of the groove is inclined downwards from the outer periphery to the water outlet, and the partition plate is inclined downwards from the outer periphery to the water leakage hole.
Further, at least a part of the outer circumference of the partition is spaced from the groove by a water leakage gap to allow water to flow therethrough.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a control method of any one of the above washing machines, characterized in that: and (3) feeding water into the outer barrel until the water level of the fed water is higher than the heater and lower than the bottom of the inner barrel, heating and vaporizing the fed water at the upper part of the partition plate by the heater to generate vaporized steam in the outer barrel, and heating and wetting the clothes in the inner barrel by the steam.
Further, when water is fed into the outer cylinder, the water flows through the gap between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and directly flows and is collected at the heater at the bottom of the outer cylinder.
Further, in the process that the heater heats the inlet water above the partition plate to generate high-temperature steam, the water level in the outer barrel is always higher than the heater.
Further, in the process that the heater heats the inlet water above the partition plate to generate high-temperature steam, the inner barrel rotates at a certain rotation-stop ratio at the same time.
Furthermore, before the washing machine executes the normal washing program, high-temperature steam is generated in the outer cylinder, and after the clothes are heated and moistened for a certain time, the normal washing program is executed.
Furthermore, in the process that the heater heats the water inlet above the partition plate to generate high-temperature steam, the water inlet and outlet pipelines of the outer barrel are all in a disconnected state, so that the high-temperature steam is filled into the sealed inner space of the outer barrel.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
through the lower part at the heater sets up the baffle for the heater only needs to heat baffle top, a small amount of intaking, just can generate a large amount of steam fast, and the clothing in the inner tube is heated and moist to the steam that generates in the usable urceolus, makes washing machine have functions such as steam washing, dry clothing, disinfection, deodorization and iron, and the effect is showing. In this embodiment, the partition plate 4 is horizontally disposed, one side of the partition plate 4 is fixedly connected to the corresponding side wall of the groove 5, and a certain water leakage gap 10 is formed between the other side of the partition plate 4 and the side wall of the groove 5, so that the water in the outer tub 1 can flow through the partition plate 4 to the water outlet 9 through the water leakage gap 10, and the purpose of discharging the water in the outer tub is achieved.
Example four
This embodiment describes a control method of a washing machine having a steam washing function as described in any one of embodiments 1 to 3 above, which specifically includes the steps of:
1) the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe of the outer cylinder are disconnected, so that the inner space of the outer cylinder is arranged in a closed manner;
2) water enters the outer cylinder from a water advancing nozzle at the front part of the washing machine, and the water directly flows to a heater at the bottom of the outer cylinder from a gap between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder;
3) the water is fed until the water level reaches the steam water level (the height of the steam water level is greater than that of the heater and smaller than that of the bottom of the inner cylinder);
4) the heater starts to work, the inlet water at the upper part of the clapboard is heated to generate high-temperature steam, and the steam is filled in the inner space of the sealed outer cylinder;
5) and 4) executing the step 4), and simultaneously rotating the inner barrel at a certain rotation-stop ratio.
In this embodiment, during the washing machine executing the step 4), the water level in the outer tub is monitored in real time, and when the water level of the water entering the outer tub is higher than the heater and lower than the bottom of the inner tub, the water level in the outer tub is prevented from being too low, which may cause the dry burning of the heater.
In this embodiment, when water is introduced into the outer tub, the inflow water flows through the gap between the inner tub and the outer tub and directly flows and collects at the heater at the bottom of the outer tub, so that the clothes in the inner tub are not soaked by the inflow water, and the steam directly moistens and sterilizes the dry clothes, thereby improving the absorption efficiency of the clothes to the steam and improving the cleanliness of the clothes sterilized by the steam.
By the method, the inner space of the outer barrel can be quickly and uniformly filled with steam, and the clothes can be heated and moistened by the steam, so that the washing machine has the functions of steam washing, clothes drying, sterilization, disinfection, deodorization, ironing and the like, and has an obvious effect.
In this embodiment, the above steps 1) to 5) may be combined with a normal washing procedure of an existing washing machine to improve the cleanliness of the laundry and enrich the user's choices. The specific mode is as follows:
before the washing machine performs the normal washing program, the above steps 1) to 5) are performed to heat and wet the laundry for a certain time, and then the normal washing program is performed (for example: sequentially executing water inlet, washing, rinsing, dewatering and drying procedures).
Therefore, the washing machine has the effects of steam washing, clothes drying, sterilization, disinfection, deodorization and ironing in the process of washing the clothes, and the satisfaction degree of users is improved.
