Claims (6)
1. A steel wire drawing die coolant system, comprising:
a first box body (1), a second box body (2) is welded at the right side of the first box body (1), the top parts of the first box body (1) and the second box body (2) are welded with a top plate (3), a wire drawing die (7) is arranged in the middle of the top plate (3), a water spray head (15) is arranged on the right side of the top plate (3), a first submersible pump (9) is fixed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the second box body (2), a one-way valve (6) is arranged at the right side of the bottom of the inner cavity of the first box body (1), one side of the one-way valve (6) respectively penetrates through the bottom of the outer wall of the right side of the first box body (1) and the bottom of the outer wall of the left side of the second box body (2) and is communicated with the inner cavity of the second box body (2), a filter screen (16) is transversely welded on the upper part of the side wall of the inner cavity of the first box body (1), and a high-pressure spray head (19) is arranged below the filter screen (16);
the water flushing device comprises a flushing water tank (5), wherein the outer wall of the right side of the flushing water tank (5) is welded with the outer wall of the left side of a first tank body (1), a second submersible pump (22) is fixed at the bottom of an inner cavity of the flushing water tank (5), the water outlet end of the second submersible pump (22) is communicated with a fourth water pipe (24), and one side of the fourth water pipe (24) penetrates through the outer wall of the right side of the flushing water tank (5) and the outer wall of the left side of the first tank body (1) respectively and is communicated with the water inlet end of a high-pressure spray head (19);
the front, the back, the left and the right of the top of the first box body (1) are vertically provided with a baffle (4), and the outer walls of the left side and the right side of the baffle (4) are respectively provided with a first connecting plate (27) and a second fixing plate (29).

A cooling fluid system for a wire drawing die according to claim 1, wherein: the end intercommunication of intaking of first immersible pump (9) has first water pipe (10), the bottom one side of first water pipe (10) extends to the inner chamber bottom of second box (2), the play water end intercommunication of first immersible pump (9) has second water pipe (11), one side of second water pipe (11) runs through respectively in the top of second box (2) and the outer wall of roof (3) and is linked together with the end of intaking of sprinkler bead (15), the perpendicular welding in top right side of roof (3) has fixed block (14), the bottom of sprinkler bead (15) is fixed in the left side wall of fixed block (14), the top and the bottom of the right side outer wall of second box (2) communicate respectively has first water filling port (12) and first drain mouth (13).

A cooling fluid system for a wire drawing die according to claim 2, wherein: first water drainage tank (8) have been seted up on the left side of roof (3), second water drainage tank (17) have been seted up at the middle part at the top of first box (1), first water drainage tank (8) and second water drainage tank (17) are linked together.

A cooling fluid system for a wire drawing die according to claim 1, wherein: the outer wall of high pressure nozzle (19) has cup jointed clamp (20), the equal transverse welding of the left and right sides of clamp (20) has branch (21), the one end of branch (21) all with the left and right side wall welding of the inner chamber of first box (1), the left side outer wall upper portion intercommunication of first box (1) has drain (18).

A cooling fluid system for a wire drawing die according to claim 1, wherein: the water inlet end of the second submersible pump (22) is communicated with a third water pipe (23), one side of the third water pipe (23) extends to the bottom of the inner cavity of the flushing water tank (5), and the top and the bottom of the outer wall of the left side of the flushing water tank (5) are respectively communicated with a second water injection port (25) and a second water outlet (26).

A cooling fluid system for a wire drawing die according to claim 1, wherein: the upper portion and the lower part of the outer wall of first connecting plate (27) all are equipped with first screw (28), and are adjacent first screw (28) run through respectively in the left side outer wall lower part of baffle (4) and the left side outer wall upper portion of roof (3), the outer wall upper portion and the lower part of second fixed plate (29) all are equipped with second screw (30), and are adjacent second screw (30) run through respectively in the right side outer wall lower part of baffle (4) and the right side outer wall upper portion of roof (3), first connecting plate (27) and second fixed plate (29) are detachable connection.
