Illustrative, non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, further illustrating the displacement resistant cerclage strap according to the present invention.
The displacement prevention cerclage binding band according to the present invention may include a locking part 1, a binding band 2, and a displacement prevention screw 3, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The locking part 1 has a shackle 10, and one end of the locking part 1 is formed with an elongated hole 11. One end of the binding band 2 passes through the elongated hole 11 and is folded back so that a part of the binding band 2 is overlapped, and the overlapped part is formed with a through hole 20. It is preferable that the portion of the binding band 2 where the through-hole 20 is formed has a larger width than other portions (as shown in fig. 1) in order to secure the tensile strength of the binding band. The other end of the binding strap 2 is passed through the locker 10 around the bone and locked. The anti-displacement screw 3 has a screw cap 30 at the top end thereof, which passes through the through-hole 20 and is screwed into a threaded hole formed on the bone during the internal fixation treatment of the fracture (as shown in fig. 3), and then the anti-displacement screw 3 is tightened to compress the binding strip 2 between the bone and the lower end surface of the screw cap 30, thereby preventing the binding strip from moving. For better compression of the binding strip, the lower end face of the screw cap 30 is flat. a locking member having a catch, and an elongated hole formed at one end of the locking member;
a binding strip, one end of which passes through the elongated hole and is folded back such that a part of the binding strip is overlapped, and the overlapped part is formed with a through hole, and the other end of which passes through the locker around a bone and is locked; and
and an anti-displacement screw having a screw cap at a tip thereof, penetrating the through hole and being screwed into a threaded hole formed in the bone, and then being tightened to compress the binding strip between the bone and a lower end surface of the screw cap, thereby preventing the binding strip from being moved.
2. The displacement resistant cerclage strap of claim 1, wherein the portion of the strapping strip forming the through hole has a greater width.
3. The displacement prevention cerclage strap according to claim 1, wherein the buckle includes a fastener, and the other end of the binding band is formed with a fastening hole such that when the other end passes through the buckle, the fastening hole is located at a position corresponding to the fastener so that the fastener passes through the fastening hole to fasten the binding band.
