As the relay ventilation equipment, the connecting pipeline is arranged, so that only one air inlet and one air outlet are needed to be arranged on the pressure tank 20, on one hand, the sealing performance of the pressure tank 20 is ensured, on the other hand, the replacement of the air pipe is reduced when the pressure tank 20 is replaced, and the replacement efficiency is improved. As a preferable example of the above, the connection pipe is in a shaft shape, and a first end portion and a second end portion are provided along a longitudinal direction of the connection pipe, the first end portion is provided with a first air hole, the first air hole is hermetically connected to the air outlet through a first air pipe 21, the second end portion is provided with a second air hole, and the second air hole is hermetically connected to the detection end of the digital barometer through a second air pipe.
And a third air hole is formed above the connecting pipeline and is hermetically connected with the air inlet end of the electromagnetic valve array through a third air pipe.
Since the accuracy of the digital type barometer is high, the digital type barometer can be approximately regarded as the actual air pressure in the pressure tank 20, and the user can adjust the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 according to the detection value of the digital type barometer. However, in the present application, the pressure of the pressure tank 20 is detected in real time by using an internal adjustment barometer, and in order to reduce the detection error as much as possible, the internal adjustment barometer is installed on the connecting pipe, and the detection end of the internal adjustment barometer is communicated with the inside of the connecting pipe, so as to measure the actual pressure in the pressure tank 20 in real time according to an external control instruction, and display the measurement result through a touch display screen.
The air pressure adjusting manner of the pressure tank 20 includes the following three types:
(1) the pressure tank 20 is provided with an air inlet hole as an air inlet and an air outlet hole as an air outlet, the air outlet hole is connected with the electromagnetic valve array, and the redundant air is discharged through the electromagnetic valve array to reduce the air pressure in the pressure tank 20.
(2) The air inlet hole is connected with a bubble pressure type water level meter, and when the bubble pressure type water level meter detects air pressure, air can be pumped into the pressure tank 20 at the same time, so that the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 is improved.
(3) The air inlet hole can also be connected with other external air transmission equipment, and the pressure tank 20 is inflated through the other external air transmission equipment, so that the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 is improved.
The mode that the bubble pressure type water level gauge that adopts to wait to detect inflates in to overhead tank 20 carries out atmospheric pressure and detects, combines solenoid valve array and relay array to carry out the exhaust operation to overhead tank 20, can realize the atmospheric pressure quick adjustment in the certain atmospheric pressure scope, obtains the measurement numerical value comparison result of bubble pressure type water level gauge and digital barometer under the different atmospheric pressure conditions fast, reduces the external possibility of carrying out frequent operation and interference to overhead tank 20.
The electromagnetic valve array is used as an exhaust device, and the gas discharge control precision of the electromagnetic valve array directly determines the gas pressure control precision in the pressure tank 20, so that the detection precision is indirectly influenced. In some examples, the array of solenoid valves includes a coarse tuning valve, a fine tuning valve, and a protection valve; the relay array comprises a coarse adjustment relay corresponding to the coarse adjustment valve, a fine adjustment relay corresponding to the fine adjustment valve and a protection relay corresponding to the protection valve. The air inlet end of the coarse adjustment valve is connected with the air outlet hole in a sealing mode through a connecting pipeline, and the air outlet end of the coarse adjustment valve is connected with the air inlet end of the fine adjustment valve in a sealing mode through a fourth air pipe.
The air inlet end of the protection valve is hermetically connected with the connecting pipeline, and the air outlet end is directly connected to the atmospheric environment as an air outlet end. When the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 exceeds the set maximum air pressure threshold, the protective valve is opened through the protective relay, the air in the pressure tank 20 is quickly released, the air pressure in the pressure tank 20 is quickly reduced, and the detection device is prevented from being damaged.
In practical application, when the exhaust is needed, the rough adjusting valve can be opened first, so that the gas enters the fourth gas pipe firstly, after the set waiting time, the fine adjusting valve is opened, the gas in the first gas pipe 21 is discharged to the atmosphere at a smaller discharge speed, and higher discharge control precision is realized. When the gas in the pressure tank 20 reaches the preset gas pressure threshold, in order to ensure the safety of the pressure tank 20, the excess gas in the pressure tank 20 may be rapidly discharged through the protection valve, so as to reduce the gas pressure in the pressure tank 20 as soon as possible. And adopt the relay array control solenoid valve array, can accomplish microsecond level's switching of opening and shutting state, further improve the atmospheric pressure control precision in the overhead tank 20.
In other examples, the trim valve may also be controlled by a transistor switch to achieve greater control accuracy.

1. A pressure tank installation device is characterized in that the pressure tank installation device is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of a tank body;
the pressure tank mounting device comprises a horizontal base, two sleeves, two stop blocks and a plurality of fasteners;
the horizontal base is fixed at the bottom of the inner side of the box body, a first groove used for bearing the pressure tank is arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal base, two ends of the bottom of the first groove are respectively provided with a second groove, the second grooves are positioned under the first grooves and are parallel to the first grooves, a rectangular through hole is arranged in the middle of a partition plate between each second groove and the corresponding first groove, and the width of each second groove is larger than that of the rectangular through hole;
the two sleeves are respectively sleeved at two ends of the pressure tank;
the two stop blocks comprise a first stop strip and a second stop strip which are vertically connected with each other, the first stop strips are embedded in the second grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the second stop strips penetrate through the rectangular through holes and extend into the first grooves, the first stop strips are carried to move to the corresponding pressure tank end parts along the second grooves under the action of external horizontal force, and the pressure tank end parts are connected with the adjacent sleeves through fasteners; the size of the first stop bar is matched with that of the second groove, and the width of the second stop bar is matched with that of the rectangular through hole.
2. The pressure tank mounting arrangement of claim 1, wherein the first and second grooves are each rectangular in cross-section.
3. The pressure tank mounting arrangement of claim 1, wherein a resilient pad is laid on the upper surface of the floor of the first groove.

The pressure tank installation device according to claim 1, wherein the second groove is horizontally provided with a guide rail at the bottom, the guide rail extends in a direction parallel to the axial center line of the pressure tank, the bottom of the first blocking strip is provided with a sliding assembly, and the first blocking strip is installed on the guide rail through the sliding assembly and moves along the guide rail.

A bubble pressure type water level gauge detection device is characterized by comprising a box body, a touch display screen, a digital air gauge, an internal adjusting air gauge, an electromagnetic valve array, a relay array, a connecting pipeline and a pressure tank, wherein the touch display screen is arranged on the box body;
the box body is cuboid, an opening is formed in the upper surface of the box body, an upturned box cover is connected to one side of the opening, a plurality of horizontal supporting bases are distributed on the edge of the top of the box body, and the separation platform is detachably erected on the supporting bases;
the touch display screen and the display end of the digital barometer are arranged on the separation platform, and the touch display screen is used for inputting an external control instruction;
the detection end of the digital barometer, the electromagnetic valve array, the relay array and the pressure tank are fixed in a box body accommodating cavity below the separation platform;
the pressure tank is fixed at the bottom of the accommodating cavity of the box body by adopting a pressure tank mounting device as defined in any one of claims 1 to 4; the pressure tank is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the air inlet hole is hermetically connected with an air inlet pipe, one end of the air inlet pipe, which is not connected with the air inlet hole, extends to the upper part of the separation platform and is connected with an air pipe connector fixed on the separation platform, and the bubble type pressure type water level meter to be detected is connected with the air inlet pipe through the air pipe connector; the air outlet is respectively connected with the detection end of the digital barometer and the air inlet end of the electromagnetic valve array in a sealing way through connecting pipelines;
the internal regulation barometer is arranged on the connecting pipeline, the detection end of the internal regulation barometer is communicated with the inside of the connecting pipeline, the actual air pressure in the pressure tank is measured in real time according to an external control instruction, and the measurement result is displayed through the touch display screen;
the relay array is connected with the control end of the electromagnetic valve array, the opening and closing state of the electromagnetic valve array is switched according to an external control instruction, and partial gas in the pressure tank is released continuously or at intervals;
the control end of the bubble pressure type water level gauge detects the air pressure in the pressure tank in a mode of inflating the pressure tank at intervals according to an external control instruction, and the detection result is displayed through a touch display screen;
and the control end of the digital barometer synchronously detects the air pressure in the pressure tank with the bubble pressure type water level meter according to an external control instruction, and the detection result is displayed through the display end of the digital barometer.

The bubble pressure type water level gauge detecting device according to claim 5, wherein the connecting pipe is in a shaft shape, and has a first end portion and a second end portion along a longitudinal direction, the first end portion is provided with a first air hole, the first air hole is hermetically connected with the air outlet hole through a first air pipe, the second end portion is provided with a second air hole, and the second air hole is hermetically connected with the detecting end of the digital type air pressure gauge through a second air pipe;
the lateral wall of the connecting pipeline is provided with a third opening and a fourth opening, the third opening is connected with the air inlet end of the electromagnetic valve array in a sealing mode through a third air pipe, and the fourth opening is connected with the detection end of the internal regulation barometer through a fourth air pipe.

The bubble pressure type water level gauge detecting device according to claim 5, wherein the electromagnetic valve array comprises a rough adjusting valve, a fine adjusting valve and a protection valve; the relay array comprises a coarse adjustment relay corresponding to the coarse adjustment valve, a fine adjustment relay corresponding to the fine adjustment valve and a protection relay corresponding to the protection valve;
the air inlet end of the coarse adjustment valve is hermetically connected with the air outlet hole through a connecting pipeline, and the air outlet end of the coarse adjustment valve is hermetically connected with the air inlet end of the fine adjustment valve through a fourth air pipe;
and the air inlet end of the protection valve is hermetically connected with the connecting pipeline.
8. The detection device of claim 5, wherein the pressure tank is made of aluminum alloy.
9. The bubble pressure type water level gauge detecting device according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of clamping columns are circumferentially arranged on the inner side of the sleeve, the clamping columns form a supporting platform of the end of the pressure tank, a gas pipe containing part is formed by a plane formed by the clamping columns and the bottom of the sleeve, a gas pipe outlet is arranged on the top of the gas pipe containing part, and the gas inlet pipe and the first gas pipe respectively extend from the gas inlet hole and the gas outlet hole to the corresponding gas pipe containing parts and then extend to the outer side of the sleeve through the corresponding gas pipe outlets.
10. The bubble pressure type water level gauge detecting device according to claim 9, wherein an air tube fixing mechanism for fixing the air inlet tube and the first air tube is provided at the air tube outlet.
