Through spacing muscle 213 and wet film 100 butt, avoid the direct lateral wall contact with the storage tank of wet film 100, prevent that wet film 100 from laminating on the lateral wall of storage tank, lead to moisture to spill over. Meanwhile, the limiting ribs 213 limit the wet film 100, and movement of the wet film 100 is reduced.
The first fixing frame 210 and the second fixing frame 220 have various structures, referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, the first fixing frame 210 is provided with a plurality of first grill bars 214 located at the first air passing opening 210a, and the plurality of first grill bars 214 intersect. And/or, referring to fig. 12, the second fixing frame 220 is provided with a plurality of second grid bars 224 located at the second air passing opening 220a, and the plurality of second grid bars 224 intersect.
The first and second grill bars 214 and 224 may contact the wet film 100 to restrain the wet film 100. When the first air inlet 210a and the second air inlet 220a are relatively large, the wet film 100 is blocked by the first grill bars 214 and the second grill bars 224, and the wet film 100 is prevented from falling out of the first air inlet 210a or the second air inlet 220 a.
In order to further fix the wet film 100, referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment, a first positioning column 215 is disposed on a side of the first grid bar 214 facing the second fixing frame 220, and the first positioning column 215 is configured to be embedded into the wet film 100. And/or, referring to fig. 13 to 14, a second positioning column 225 is disposed on a surface of the second grid strip 224 facing the first fixing frame 210, and the second positioning column 225 is used for embedding the wet film 100.
When the wet film 100 is clamped between the first fixing frame 210 and the second fixing frame 220, the wet film 100 is embedded into the first fixing frame 215 and/or the second fixing frame 225 to fix the wet film 100, so as to prevent the wet film 100 from falling down after absorbing water. In order to further improve the stability of the wet film fixing frame 200 for fixing the wet film 100, referring to fig. 5 to 6, in an embodiment, the first positioning column 215 and the second positioning column 225 are disposed opposite to each other. It should be noted that the ends of the first positioning column 215 and/or the second positioning column 225 are chamfered so as to be easily embedded into the wet film 100 and pressed, thereby preventing the wet film 100 from being lifted, and further preventing water from flowing to the outside from the edge of the first fixing frame 210 or the second fixing frame 220.
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, in an embodiment, a connection groove 230 is installed at an upper end of the first fixing frame 210, a water through hole 230a is formed at a bottom of the connection groove 230, and the water through hole 230a corresponds to the wet film 100 between the first fixing frame 210 and the second fixing frame 220. The water is pumped from the lower water tank 50 to the connecting groove 230, the water flows onto the wet film 100 through the water through holes 230a, and the wet film fixing frame 200 adopts a top-down shower type humidifying mode to replenish water to the wet film 100, so that the humidifying speed is improved. It should be noted that the diameter of the water through hole 230a is less than or equal to 5 mm.
In order to further increase the humidification speed, referring to fig. 8 and 10, in an embodiment, the water through hole 230a is disposed in a trumpet shape, and the inner diameter of the water through hole 230a gradually decreases from top to bottom. The water through holes 230a are flared to allow smooth water flow and prevent the water through holes 230a from being blocked.
When the water discharge hole is not smooth, the water level of the connection groove 230 rises, which may cause water overflow. To solve this problem, referring to fig. 8, fig. 10 and fig. 11, in an embodiment, the bottom of the connecting groove 230 is further provided with an overflow column 231 lower than the groove wall of the connecting groove 230, and the overflow column 231 is provided with an overflow hole 231 a. When the water in the connection groove 230 rises to the height of the overflow column 231, the water can be drained from the overflow hole 231a, and the water is prevented from overflowing from the top surface of the connection groove 230 and flowing onto the gas part, which causes an electrical safety accident. In order to accelerate the water flowing out from the overflow hole 231a and prevent the overflow of the water from the sink 50, referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment, the diameter of the overflow hole 231a is larger than that of the water passing hole 230 a.
Referring to fig. 9, part of the water flowing down from the connecting groove 230 is absorbed by the wet film 100, and part of the water continues to flow down under the action of gravity, in an embodiment, a water passing opening 210c is formed at a lower end of the first fixing frame 210, and a reinforcing rib 216 is formed at a periphery of the water passing opening 210 c.
The water flows down from the wet film 100 and flows out of the wet film fixing frame 200 through the water passing port 210c to guide the water, so that the water is prevented from flowing out to other parts at will to cause electrical safety accidents. In addition, the reinforcing ribs 216 are provided at the periphery of the water passing opening 210c, which not only ensures sufficient water flowing space, but also enhances the strength of the first fixing frame 210 and the overall strength of the wet film fixing frame 200.
Further, with reference to fig. 9, in an embodiment, a side of the stiffener 216 facing away from the second fixing frame 220 is open. The opening can be a notch or a through hole. The water flows down from the wet film 100 and flows away through the opening, unifying the path of the water flow.
Because the wet film of current generally used is the corrugated paper material, can not wash, the user need regularly change wet film. For this, the wet film 100 may be made of a water washable material. In one embodiment, the wet film 100 is made of polyester fibers or a knitted fabric. This polyester fiber or knitted fabric material can the washing, and after wet membrane 100 used a certain time, wet membrane 100 surface formed the incrustation scale, and the user can take off wet membrane 100 and wash, has practiced thrift use cost, green.
Specifically, the wet film 100 has various structures, referring to fig. 15 to 17, in an embodiment, the wet film 100 includes a first layer 110, a second layer 120, and a third layer 130, the second layer 120 is located between the first layer 110 and the third layer 130, the first layer 110 and the third layer 130 are disposed in a mesh shape, and the second layer 120 is disposed in a monofilament shape.
The first layer 110 and the third layer 130 of the wet film 100 are mesh-shaped, and the second layer 120 is monofilament-shaped, so that the wet film 100 has good air permeability, the resistance of air flow passing through is greatly reduced, and the air output is increased. It is understood that the first layer 110, the second layer 120, and the third layer 130 can be connected in various ways, and the first layer 110, the second layer 120, and the third layer 130 can be hemmed and shaped.
The utility model discloses still provide an air conditioner, this air conditioner includes the machine in the air conditioning, the machine includes shell and humidification device in the air conditioning, humidification device install in the shell. The specific structure of the humidifying device refers to the above embodiments, and since the air conditioner adopts all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the air conditioner at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
The above is only the optional embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention is limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
