A water evaporation type air conditioning fan (air conditioning fan) is an energy-saving cooling product, and is characterized in that a water evaporation component is arranged at an air inlet or an air outlet of a fan component, the fan drives air to pass through the water evaporation component to promote water to be gasified at normal temperature, the water is evaporated to absorb gasification heat to cool the water and the air, the water which is not gasified flows back to a water tank for recycling, and the cooled air is blown out through an air duct and an air outlet to directly feel cool to people. Because the air-conditioning fan does not use a compressor but only is provided with a common fan, the energy consumption is low, the equipment cost is low, and the air-conditioning fan is popular with consumers.
The existing water evaporation components basically adopt a honeycomb-shaped wet curtain paper as a water evaporation carrier, water is directly sprayed on the wet curtain paper, and water flows through the wet curtain paper to wet the wet curtain paper, so that the water evaporation carrier is easy to cause water absorption supersaturation. When the air conditioner is placed at the air outlet of the air conditioner, the air outlet has the problem of water spraying, and a tabletop or the ground near the placement area of the air conditioner can be wetted, so that the use effect of people is influenced; meanwhile, the wet curtain paper is easy to generate peculiar smell after being soaked in water for a long time and is not easy to clean, so that the wet curtain paper is short in service life and low in value.

A plurality of water separating grooves communicated with the ventilation openings are formed in the water passing grooves, and a pre-buried groove is formed between every two adjacent water separating grooves; the upper part of the water evaporation carrier extends out of the water separation tank from bottom to top, and extends downwards to the water passing tank from the upper end face of the water separation tank after being bent to form a self-suction part which is arranged in the pre-buried tank.
The trough body of the water passing trough is also provided with an overflow port, and the height of the overflow port is lower than that of the water separating trough.
The water separating grooves are arranged in the water passing groove at equal intervals.
The water evaporation carrier comprises a plurality of water absorption cloth strips which are arranged in parallel, one end of each water absorption cloth strip is fixed below the ventilation opening, the other end of each water absorption cloth strip extends out of the water separation groove, and the water absorption cloth strips are bent and immersed in the water passing groove to form the self-absorption parts which are arranged in the pre-buried grooves.
And two water-absorbing cloth strips which are arranged in parallel are arranged in the same water-separating groove.
The lower ends of the two water absorbing cloth strips in the same water separating tank are connected below the ventilation opening, and the self-suction parts of the two water absorbing cloth strips are respectively connected with the self-suction part of one water absorbing cloth strip in the water separating tank on one side adjacent to the water absorbing cloth strip.

As shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3, a plurality of water-proof slots 5 communicated with the ventilation opening 11 are provided in the water passing slot 3, the upper part of the water evaporation carrier 2 penetrates through the water-proof slot 5 from bottom to top and extends out from the upper end surface thereof, and then the water evaporation carrier is bent to extend downwards from the upper end surface position of the water-proof slot 5 to the water passing slot 3 to form the self-priming portion 4. This example differs from example 1 in that: the body of the water passing trough 3 is also provided with an overflow opening 6, and the height of the overflow opening 6 is lower than that of the water separating trough 5.
When the water in the water passing tank 3 reaches the position of the overflow port 6, a part of water is branched off, thereby preventing the water in the water passing tank 3 from overflowing to the water-stop tank 5 due to excessive filling.
Further preferably, the plurality of water separating grooves 5 are arranged in the water passing groove 3 at equal intervals, so that the grade of the water evaporation assembly is improved.
Example 3
The water evaporation carrier 2 in this embodiment adopts a structure of a plurality of water absorbing cloth strips 21 arranged in parallel, one end of each water absorbing cloth strip 21 is fixed below the ventilation opening 11, and the other end of each water absorbing cloth strip 21 extends out of the water-resisting groove 5 and is bent to be immersed in the water passing groove 3 to form the self-absorption part 4. The water-absorbing cloth strip 21 is a cotton cloth strip or a non-woven cloth strip, and may be a cloth strip-shaped member made of other water-absorbing materials.
According to the invention, the cotton cloth strips or the non-woven cloth strips with the self-water-absorption capacity are used as water evaporation carriers and are uniformly and orderly wound on the bracket 1, the upper parts of the water-absorption cloth strips 21 are embedded in the water passing grooves 3 above the bracket 1, when water passes through the water passing grooves 3, the water is automatically absorbed by the water-absorption cloth strips and flows along the water-absorption cloth strips 21, and the cloth strips are wetted from top to bottom. Because the whole water evaporation assembly adopts a square frame structure, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient disassembly, assembly, cleaning and dust removal of the water evaporation assembly, no peculiar smell, environmental protection, repeated use, long service life, no water spray and the like.
Example 4
Of course, a water receiving tank 7 can be arranged below the water evaporation assembly, and the water receiving tank 7 is arranged right below the water evaporation carrier 2 and is communicated with the overflow gap 6 through a drainage pipeline 8. The water passing tank 3 and the water receiving tank 7 are manufactured together with the bracket 1, and a more convenient design is provided for cleaning and dedusting after use.
