Fig. 3 shows, as an example, a perspective view of an engine and its fuel system, in which the engine room on the left side of the figure is shown with the engine 9 and the pump room on the right side with the hydraulic pump 8. As shown in fig. 3, the hydraulic pump 8 is provided in a separate pump chamber. As an example, as shown in the drawing, the fuel pump is provided at a substantially upper left position on the engine body. The filter 1 is arranged inside, i.e. on the side of, a vertical housing 13 for defining the pump chamber.
As an exemplary embodiment, the fuel system includes fuel pumps (a first oil pump 6 and a second oil pump 7 in a preferred example to be described later) provided on an engine body, a filter 1 provided in a pump chamber where a hydraulic pump 8 is located, a fuel line 3 connecting the fuel pumps and the filter, a first bracket 4 provided on the hydraulic pump 8 to fix the fuel line 3, and a second bracket 5 provided on the engine body to fix the fuel line.
In this example, the first bracket 4 for fixing the fuel pipeline 3 is directly arranged on the hydraulic pump 8, the second bracket 5 is arranged on the engine body of the engine 9, and the fuel pipeline 3 extending from the fuel pump arranged on the engine body is supported and fixed through the first bracket 4 and the second bracket 5, so that the fuel pipeline can extend smoothly, and especially compared with the existing scheme that the fuel pipeline firstly descends and then is folded upwards by a pump chamber to be connected with a fuel filter so that the fuel pipeline is folded, the length and the pressure loss of the fuel pipeline are reduced, and the fuel system is simple in structure and convenient to install and maintain.
Preferably, the fuel line 3 extends substantially horizontally between the first bracket 4 and the second bracket 5.
Illustratively, as schematically shown in fig. 3, a partition 14 is provided between a pump chamber in which the hydraulic pump is located and an engine room in which the engine is located, the partition separating the engine room and the pump chamber. The fuel line passes between the first bracket 4 and the second bracket 5 through an opening formed in the partition 14, which opening is substantially at the same level as the first bracket 4 and the second bracket 5, so that the fuel line 3 extends substantially horizontally between the first bracket 4 and the second bracket 5. Illustratively, the partition is a panel that can act as a firewall.
Preferably, the position of the fuel pump on the engine 9, the position of the filter 1 in the pump chamber, and the positions of the first bracket 4, the second bracket 5, and the opening of the partition are such that the fuel line 3 extends substantially horizontally as a whole.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that although only two brackets are shown on the engine 9 and the hydraulic pump 8, those skilled in the art will appreciate that multiple brackets may be provided on the engine and/or the hydraulic pump as desired. These brackets may also be provided at various locations on the engine 9 and the hydraulic pump 8 for space setting requirements.
For example, to achieve a better filtering effect, the filter 1 may comprise a coarse filter 11 and a fine filter 2. The structure realizes the secondary filtration of the fuel.
Preferably, in the example illustrated, the fuel system comprises a first line 31, a second line 32 and a third line 33, the fuel pumps comprise a first oil pump 6 and a second oil pump 7, wherein the outlet of the coarse filter 11 is connected to the first oil pump 6 by the first line 31, the outlet of the first oil pump 6 is connected to the fine filter 12 by the second line 32, the outlet of the fine filter 12 is connected to the second oil pump 7 by the third line 33, and the second oil pump 7 is connected to the engine 9.
In the above example, both ends of the first pipe line 31 are connected to the strainer 11 and the first oil pump 6 through the joints 2, respectively. Both ends of the second pipe 32 are connected to the first oil pump 6 and the fine filter 12 through the joints 2, respectively, and both ends of the third pipe 33 are connected to the fine filter 12 and the second oil pump 7 through the joints 2, respectively. The first oil pump 6, also called a transfer pump, passes through the coarse filter 11 and then enters the first oil pump 6 through a first line 31, after which the first oil pump 6 delivers the fuel to the fine filter 12 through a second line 32. The fuel exiting the fine filter 12 is fed via a third line 33 to the second fuel pump 7. The second oil pump 7 serves as a high-pressure pump for pumping fuel into the engine. The fuel system with the structure realizes better filtering effect.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that although the fuel line and fuel pump and filter arrangement described above are described in detail, the present invention is not limited thereto and the arrangement of the present invention is also applicable to fuel lines of other arrangements or configurations.
The utility model also provides a hydraulic machine, it includes hydraulic pump 8, engine 9 and according to the fuel oil system for engine of any above-mentioned example. The hydraulic machine has the advantages of simple pipeline structure, small pressure loss, simple and convenient pipeline arrangement and convenient maintenance.

In particular, the fuel line 3 of the hydraulic machine comprises, as an example, a first line 31, a second line 32 and a third line 33. The three lines 31, 32, 33 are fixed by a first bracket 4 provided on the hydraulic pump 8 and by a second bracket 5 provided on the body of the engine 9. The three tubes are bundled at the first and/or second stent, for example by a strap, to be conveniently fixed to the first and/or second stent. The fuel line of the first line 31, the second line 32 and the third line 33 extends substantially horizontally between the first bracket and the second bracket without the fuel line being bent. The fuel pipeline has small length and pressure loss, and is favorable for installation and maintenance.
When the fuel system of the hydraulic machine 100 is in operation, fuel from a fuel tank (not shown) enters the coarse filter 11 of the filter 1, is filtered by the coarse filter 11, reaches the first oil pump 6 from the outlet of the coarse filter 11 through the first pipeline 31, is transferred by the first oil pump 6, reaches the fine filter 12 through the second pipeline 32, is filtered by the fine filter 12, reaches the second oil pump 7 from the outlet of the fine filter 12 through the third pipeline 33, and is sent to the engine 9 by the second oil pump 7. The fuel oil system can achieve a good fuel oil filtering effect.
