The heat insulation structure comprises a fender inner lining inner shell (110), a heating layer (120), a heat insulation layer (130), a sound absorption layer (140) and a fender inner lining outer shell (150), wherein the heating layer (120) is fixed on the fender inner lining inner shell (110), the heat insulation layer (130) is fixed on the heating layer (120), the sound absorption layer (140) is fixedly installed on the heat insulation layer (130), and the fender inner lining outer shell (150) is fixed on the sound absorption layer (140);
a graphene heating film (121) is arranged in the heating layer (120), the graphene heating film (121) is electrically connected with a power supply interface (122), and the power supply interface (122) is fixedly arranged on the lappet inner lining outer shell (150);
the sound absorption layer (140) comprises a glass fiber sound absorption cotton layer (141) and a butyl rubber layer (142), the glass fiber sound absorption cotton layer (141) is abutted to the heat insulation layer (130), and the butyl rubber layer (142) is abutted to the fender liner outer shell (150).

6. An automotive fender liner according to claim 1, characterised in that the sound absorbing layer (140) is 8-10mm thick.
7. A motor vehicle lappet inner liner according to claim 1, characterized in that the insulation layer (130) is provided as a rock wool layer.
8. A motor vehicle lappet inner liner according to claim 1, characterised in that the side of the inner shell (110) remote from the heating layer (120) is coated with an anti-corrosion layer (111).
9. The automotive fender liner according to claim 1, wherein a protective layer (151) is sprayed on a side of the fender liner outer shell (150) away from the sound absorbing layer (140), and the protective layer (151) is a polyethylene layer.
