Referring to fig. 6 and 5, when the center lid assembly 10 is used in a food processor including a mute cover 40 and a lid 20, the lid 20 includes a lid opening 201 communicating with the inside of the food cup 30. The cup cover opening 201 runs through the cup cover 20, so that under the condition that the cup cover 20 covers the food processing cup 30, the cup cover opening 201 can be used for communicating the inside and the outside of the food processing cup 30. The acoustic enclosure 40 includes an acoustic enclosure opening 401. The center cover assembly 10 is inserted into the acoustic enclosure opening 401 and the cup opening 201. The first sealing portion 22 abuts against the outer surface of the top of the lid 20, i.e., the surface of the rim of the cup lid opening 201, so that the first sealing portion 22 seals the cup lid opening 201 to seal between the lid 20 and the center lid assembly 10. The second sealing portion 23 abuts against the side wall of the soundproof cover opening 401, thereby sealing the soundproof cover opening 401, and achieving sealing between the soundproof cover 40 and the center cover assembly 10.
Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 5, when the center cover assembly 10 is used in a food processor that does not include the soundproof cover 40 but includes the cup cover 20, or in a food processor that is not assembled with the soundproof cover 40, the cup cover 20 includes a cover opening 201 communicating the inside and the outside of the food cup 30. In this case, the first sealing portion 22 abuts against the outer surface of the top of the lid 20, that is, the surface of the rim of the cup lid opening 201, so that the first sealing portion 22 seals the cup lid opening 201 to realize the sealing between the lid 20 and the center lid 1. That is, in the case where the soundproof cover 40 is not included, the second sealing portion 23 may be eliminated; in the case where the food processor includes the soundproof cover 40 but the soundproof cover 40 is not assembled, the second sealing portion 23 is not left at rest, that is, does not abut against the side wall of the soundproof cover mouth 401 of the soundproof cover 40.
The center cover assembly 10 in the above embodiment has at least the following advantages: since the center cap assembly 10 includes the center cap 1 and the first seal ring 2, the center cap 1 includes the center cap body 11, and the first seal ring 2 includes the first seal portion 22. In addition, the center cover assembly 10 has the following advantages compared with the center cover assembly 10 a: 1) because of the first sealing part 22, when the food processor includes the soundproof cover 40, even if the soundproof cover 40 is not assembled during use, the noise during use can be reduced to some extent by the sealing function of the first sealing part 22, and moreover, the center cover 101a is not missed; 2) the functions of the upper central cover 101a and the lower central cover 101b are combined into a whole, the number of parts is reduced, the assembly is simple, the parts are not easy to lose (for example, one of the upper central cover and the lower central cover is lost), the number of the cleaned parts is reduced, the use experience is improved, and the cost is reduced.
The structure of the first sealing portion 22 formed around the first sealing ring body 21 is not limited as long as the first sealing portion 22 can seal between the center cover assembly 10 and the cup lid 20. In fig. 4, the first seal portion 22 may be a circular truncated cone around the first seal ring body 21, and the first seal portion 22 may be a side wall of the circular truncated cone. The first sealing portion 23 is in a circular truncated cone shape, so that the sealing performance is good, and the structure of the first sealing portion 22 for realizing the sealing function is simple. In other embodiments, the first sealing portion 22 may have other shapes, for example, a first abutting portion for abutting against the outer surface of the lid 20 and a first elastic portion connecting the first abutting portion and the first sealing ring body 21, in this structure, one of the functions of the first abutting portion is a sealing function, the first elastic portion is used for the first sealing portion 22 to generate elastic deformation and to more reliably press against the top surface of the lid 20, for example, the first sealing portion has an inclined N or M shape, and the first elastic portion is an N-shaped or M-shaped bent portion. The outer surface of the cup cover 20 refers to the surface of the cup cover 20, which faces away from the inner space of the cooking cup 30 and is located at the edge of the cup cover opening 201.
Referring to fig. 5, the included angle α 1 of the first sealing portion 22 with respect to the horizontal direction is 15 to 45 degrees, for example, 15 degrees, 18 degrees, 20 degrees, 23 degrees, 25 degrees, 27 degrees, 30 degrees, 33 degrees, 35 degrees, 38 degrees, 40 degrees, 43 degrees or 45 degrees, if the included angle α 1 is too small, the first sealing portion 22 does not have enough supporting force and cannot be in close contact with the outer surface of the top of the cup lid 20, the sealing effect is not good, if the included angle α 1 is too large, the elastic force of the first sealing portion 22 is too large, a large reaction force is given to the center lid assembly 10 during the installation of the center lid assembly 10, and if the included angle α 1 is large, the first sealing portion 22 may be deformed (for example, the end of the first sealing portion 22 abuts against the outer surface of the cup lid to make the first sealing portion 22 become arched), the included angle α 1 is within the above range, and the sealing performance is good anyway, assembly of the center cover assembly 10 is also facilitated.
With reference to fig. 5, the length L1 of the first sealing portion 22 relative to the first sealing ring body 21 is 3mm to 5 mm. The length L1 of the first sealing portion 22 is too long, and in the case of a food processor including a soundproof cover 40, the first sealing portion 22 may be blocked by the sidewall of the soundproof cover opening 401 during the insertion of the center cover assembly 10, so that the center cover assembly 10 is not easily assembled; under the condition that the food processor does not comprise the sound-proof cover 40, the first sealing part 22 is too long and is easy to generate a gap with the outer surface of the top of the cup cover 20, so that the sealing effect is poor; the length L1 of the first sealing portion 22 is too short, and the contact area between the first sealing portion 22 and the outer surface of the top of the cup lid 20 is small, so that the sealing effect is not good, and therefore, the length L1 of the first sealing portion 22 relative to the first sealing ring body 21 is in the above range, so that the sealing effect is good, and the assembly of the center lid assembly 10 is facilitated.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the thickness T1 of the first sealing portion 22 is 0.8mm to 1.5 mm. The thickness T1 is too thick, the first sealing portion 22 has a large elastic force and is not easy to insert the center cap assembly 10, the thickness T1 is too thin, the first sealing portion 22 has a small elastic force and cannot be well abutted against the outer surface of the top of the cup lid 20, and the sealing performance is poor, so that the thickness T1 of the first sealing portion 22 is 0.8mm to 1.5mm, which can make the sealing effect good and facilitate the assembly of the center cap assembly 10.
The skilled person will appreciate that the first sealing portion 22 satisfies at least one of the following four features: 1) the first sealing part 22 surrounds the first sealing ring body 21 and is in a circular truncated cone shape, or comprises a first abutting part used for abutting against the outer surface of the top of the cup cover and a first elastic part connecting the first abutting part and the first sealing ring body; 2) the included angle alpha 1 of the first sealing part 22 relative to the horizontal direction is 15-45 degrees; 3) the length L1 of the first seal portion 22 relative to the first seal ring body 21 is 3mm to 5 mm; 4) the thickness of the first sealing part 22 is 0.8mm to 1.5 mm.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the structure of the second sealing portion 23 surrounding the first sealing ring body 21 is not limited as long as the second sealing portion 23 can seal between the center cover body 11 and the soundproof cover 40. In fig. 4, the second seal portion 23 may be formed in an inverted truncated cone shape (inverted truncated cone shape) around the first seal ring body 21, and the first seal portion 22 may be a side wall of the inverted truncated cone shape. The inverted circular truncated cone shape makes the second sealing portion 23 good in sealing performance, and also makes the second sealing portion 23 simple in structure. In other embodiments, the second sealing portion 23 may have other shapes, including a second abutting portion for abutting against the sidewall of the soundproof cover opening 401 and a second elastic portion connecting the second abutting portion and the first sealing ring body 21, wherein the second abutting portion at least realizes sealing between the soundproof cover opening 401 and the center cover main body 11. The elastic portion is used for the second sealing portion 23 to generate elastic deformation and more reliably press the side wall of the soundproof cover opening 401, for example, the second sealing portion is in an inclined N or M shape, and the second elastic portion is an N or M-shaped bent portion. However, in comparison, it is better for the second sealing portion 23 to be in the form of a truncated cone than for the second sealing portion 23 to include the second sealing portion and the second elastic portion because the structure is simpler.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the included angle α 2 of the second sealing portion 23 with respect to the vertical direction is 15 degrees to 45 degrees, for example, 15 degrees, 18 degrees, 20 degrees, 23 degrees, 25 degrees, 27 degrees, 30 degrees, 33 degrees, 35 degrees, 38 degrees, 40 degrees, 43 degrees or 45 degrees, if the included angle α 2 is too small, the elastic force of the second sealing portion 23 is too small or too far from the sidewall of the soundproof cover opening 401 to abut against the sidewall of the soundproof cover opening 401, the sealing effect is not good, if the included angle α 2 is too large, the elastic force of the second sealing portion 23 is too large, a large reaction force is applied to the center cover 1 during the installation of the center cover assembly 10, and thus, a large resistance force (for example, a resilience force applied to the second sealing portion 23) is applied to the center cover assembly 10 during the insertion of the center cover assembly 10, and the included angle α 2 is within the above range, not only the tightness is good, but also the resistance of the center cover assembly 10 is small, and the assembly is easy.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the length L2 of the second sealing portion 23 relative to the first sealing ring body 21 is 3mm to 5 mm. The length L2 of the second sealing portion 23 is too long, the elastic force of the second sealing portion 23 is large, and the resistance (e.g., resilience) applied during the insertion of the center cover assembly 10 is large, so that the center cover assembly 10 is not easily inserted; the length L2 of the second sealing portion 23 is too short, and the second sealing portion 23 may not abut against the side wall of the soundproof cover opening 401 and cannot seal or cannot tightly abut against the side wall of the soundproof cover opening 401, so that the sealing effect is not good, and in sum, the length L2 of the second sealing portion 23 with respect to the first seal ring body 21 in the above range can make it easy to insert the center cover assembly 10, and also make the sealing effect of the second sealing portion 23 good.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the thickness T2 of the second sealing portion 23 is 0.8mm to 1.5 mm. The thickness T2 of the second sealing portion 23 is too small, and the elastic force of the second sealing portion 23 is too small to tightly abut against the side wall of the soundproof cover opening 401, so that the sealing effect is not good; the thickness T2 of the second sealing portion 23 is too large, so that the insertion of the center cover assembly 10 is not easily performed due to the resistance applied to the insertion of the center cover assembly 10, and therefore, the thickness of the second sealing portion 23 is 0.8mm to 1.5mm, which makes it possible to improve the sealing performance and to easily assemble the center cover assembly.
The skilled person will appreciate that the second sealing portion 23 may satisfy at least one of the following characteristics: 1) the second sealing portion 23 surrounds the first sealing ring body 21 and is in an inverted truncated cone shape, or comprises a second abutting portion for abutting against the side wall of the sound-proof cover opening 401 and a second elastic portion for connecting the second abutting portion and the first sealing ring body; 2) the included angle alpha 2 of the second sealing part 23 relative to the vertical direction is 15-45 degrees; 3) the length of the second sealing part 23 relative to the first sealing ring body 21 is 3mm to 5 mm; 4) the thickness of the second sealing portion 23 is 0.8mm to 1.5 mm.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the center cap assembly 10 includes a second sealing ring 3, and the second sealing ring 3 includes a second sealing ring body 31 sleeved with the center cap body 11. In fig. 4, the center cover body 11 includes a second mounting portion 112 located below the first mounting portion 111. The second sealing ring 3 is sleeved with the second mounting portion 112. Because the second sealing ring body 31 with the central cover body 11 is sleeved, after the central cover assembly 10 is assembled with the cup cover 20, the second sealing ring body 31 is clamped between the central cover body 11 and the side wall of the cup cover opening 201 by the elasticity of the second sealing ring body 31, and forms double sealing with the first sealing part 22 of the first sealing ring 2, so that the sealing effect on the cup cover 20 is better.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in a use scenario of the center cover assembly 10, whether the food processor is assembled with the sound-proof cover 40, the second sealing ring body 31 is clamped between the center cover body 11 and the sidewall of the cup cover opening 201, so that the sealing effect is good.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the second sealing ring 3 includes a flange 32 disposed on a top edge of the second sealing ring body 31 and a positioning block 33 spaced apart from the flange 32. The flange 32 surrounds the second seal ring body 31. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in practical use, the cup lid opening 201 is provided with corresponding fixture blocks, the flange 32 abuts against the opening of the cup lid opening 201, and the positioning block 33 and the fixture blocks are clamped together, so that the assembly precision of the second sealing ring 3 is enhanced, and further, the effect of the second sealing ring 3 in sealing the cup lid opening 201 and the central lid body 11 is better; under the condition that the flange 32 is located at the edge of the top of the second sealing ring body 31 and surrounds the second sealing ring body 31 for a circle, the flange 32 abuts against the opening of the cup lid 201 to also enhance the sealing effect of the second sealing ring 3. Based on the main role of the flange 32 and the positioning block 33 in mounting and positioning, in some embodiments, the second gasket 3 includes a first positioning block disposed at the top end edge of the second gasket body 31 and a second positioning block vertically spaced apart from the first positioning block. The structure of the first positioning block and the structure of the second positioning block are not limited, and for example, the structure of the first positioning block and the structure of the second positioning block are the same as those of the positioning block 33.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the central cap body 11 includes a central cap passage 113 extending through the central cap body 11. The center cap 1 includes a cap body coupling portion 12 coupled to the center cap body 11. The center cover assembly 10 includes a spacer 4 and a center cover upper 5. Based on the structure of above-mentioned center lid subassembly, this application discloses two kinds of cooking machines, a cooking machine includes sound-proof housing 40, and a cooking machine does not include sound-proof housing 40, and is corresponding, will not include sound-proof housing 40 the structure of cooking machine is said as follows: the food processor comprises a food cup 30, a cup cover 20 and any one of the central cover assemblies 10, wherein the cup cover 20 is covered with the food cup 30 and comprises a cup cover opening 201; the center cover assembly 11 is inserted into the cup opening 201, and the first sealing part 22 seals the cup opening 201; or, the food processor comprises a food processing cup, a cup cover and any one of the above center cover assemblies, and the center cover assembly 10 is inserted into the cup cover opening 201; the first sealing portion 22 and the second gasket body 31 seal the cup lid opening 201. Correspondingly, under the condition that the cooking machine includes sound-proof housing 40, sound-proof housing 40 includes sound-proof housing mouth 401, first sealing washer 2 includes first sealing 22 and second sealing 23, except that first sealing 22 seals cup lid mouth 201, center lid subassembly 10 inserts sound-proof housing mouth 401, second sealing 23 seals sound-proof housing mouth 401. The construction of the second sealing portion 23 and its assembly relationship with the soundproof cover 40 are as described above and will not be described in detail.
In the food processer, no matter whether the food processer comprises the sound-proof housing 40, the interference magnitude of the first sealing part 22 and the outer surface of the top of the cup cover 20 is 0.2 mm-0.5 mm. So set up, except making the leakproofness good, the power that inserts or extract central cover subassembly 10 is little, and user experience is good.
When the food processor includes the soundproof cover 40, the interference between the second sealing portion 23 and the side wall of the soundproof cover opening 401 is 0.8mm to 1.2 mm. 10. The food processor of claim 9, wherein the interference between the first sealing portion (22) and the outer surface of the top of the cup cover (20) is 0.2 mm-0.5 mm.

The food processor of claim 9, wherein the center cover assembly (10) comprises a second sealing ring (3), the second sealing ring (3) comprises a second sealing ring body (31) sleeved with the center cover body (11), and the second sealing ring body (31) is clamped between the side wall of the cup cover opening (201) and the center cover body (11) to seal the cup cover opening (201).

A food processor, comprising a food processing cup (30), a cup cover (20), a sound-proof shield (40), a main machine assembly (50) and the center cover assembly (10) of any one of claims 1, 2, 5 and 6, wherein the cup cover (20) comprises a cup cover opening (201) communicated with the interior of the food processing cup (30);
the first seal ring (2) includes a second seal portion (23) extending obliquely upward from the first seal ring body (21) to the outside of the first seal ring body (21);
the sound-proof cover (40) is assembled on the host machine component (50), surrounds the cooking cup (30) and the cup cover (20), and is provided with a sound-proof cover opening (401);
the center cover assembly (10) is inserted into the sound-proof cover opening (401) and the cup cover opening (201), the second sealing part (23) abuts against the side wall of the sound-proof cover opening (401) to seal the sound-proof cover opening (401), and the first sealing part (22) is in contact with the outer surface of the top of the cup cover (20) to seal the cup cover opening (201).

The food processor of claim 13, wherein the interference between the second sealing portion (23) and the side wall of the sound-proof cover opening (401) is 0.8 mm-1.2 mm, and/or the interference between the first sealing portion (22) and the outer surface of the top of the cup cover (20) is 0.2 mm-0.5 mm.

The food processor of claim 17, wherein the second sealing ring (3) comprises a flange (32) disposed at a top end edge of the second sealing ring body (31) and a positioning block (33) vertically spaced from the flange, the flange (32) surrounds the second sealing ring body (31) for a circle, or the second sealing ring (3) comprises a first positioning block disposed at the top end edge of the second sealing ring body (31) and a second positioning block vertically spaced from the first positioning block.
