In order to facilitate cleaning of the foam breaker body 1, the foam breaker body 1 is detachably connected to the cover plate 220, the foam breaker body 1 and the cover plate 220 may be detachably connected by means of screw connection or snap connection, or the like, or please refer to fig. 2 and 7, in a first embodiment, the cover plate 220 is provided with a mounting hole 16, the inner side of the foam breaker body 1 is convexly provided with a mounting protrusion 17 corresponding to the mounting hole 16, the free end of the mounting protrusion 17 is laterally convexly provided with an annular stop portion, the free end of the mounting protrusion 17 penetrates through the mounting hole 16, and the annular stop portion abuts against the outer side surface of the cover plate 220, so that the cover plate 220 is fixedly connected with the foam breaker body 1. It should be noted that, the foam breaker body 1 may be made of metal material manufactured by stamping and die-casting processes to improve the strength of the foam breaker body 1 and avoid the deformation of the steam channel 21 during the exhaust process, the foam breaker body 1 may also be made of hard material such as ceramic or glass to improve the strength and food sanitation, avoid the deformation of the steam channel 21 during the exhaust process from affecting the cleaning performance, and specifically, in the first embodiment, the foam breaker body 1 is made of sealing material such as silica gel or rubber, so that the foam breaker body 1 not only has low manufacturing cost and easy installation, but also can realize the sealing connection with the lid 201 by the foam breaker body 1 itself because the foam breaker body 1 is made of sealing material, no longer providing a seal at the bubbler body 1).
Further, in order to make the installation of the foam breaker main body 1 more firm, please refer to fig. 2, in the first embodiment, the hole edge of the installation hole 16 is provided with an annular flange, and the side surface of the installation protrusion 17 is provided with an annular positioning slot for the annular flange to be inserted, so that through the insertion and the matching between the annular flange and the annular positioning slot, not only the installation of the foam breaker main body 1 is firmer, but also the installation and the positioning of the foam breaker main body 1 can be realized, and the installation of the foam breaker main body 1 by a user is facilitated.
Similarly, the arrangement mode of installing the foam breaker body 1 is convenient for a user, and referring to fig. 2, in the first embodiment, a gripping protrusion 18 is convexly arranged on the outer side of the foam breaker body 1; and/or the free end of the mounting protrusion 17 is provided with an elastic hole 19, so that the gripping protrusion 18 and the elastic hole 19 are arranged to facilitate the user to assemble and disassemble the foam breaker main body 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a first embodiment, the lid assembly 200 includes an inner lid 210 and a cover plate 220 installed below the inner lid 210, the inner lid 210 and the cover plate 220 together enclose a mounting cavity for mounting the bubble breaker 100, and the bubble breaker 100 is installed to the cover plate 220.
In order to facilitate the return flow of liquid in the vapor passage 21 of the bubble breaker 100, please refer to fig. 1 and 5, in the first embodiment, the cover plate 220 is further provided with a plurality of through holes 221 at the periphery of the bubble breaker 100 (specifically, in the first embodiment, the through holes 221 have a diameter of 0.5 to 5mm, which is too small to be easily blocked, and too large to reduce the steam flowing through the bubble breaker 100), thus, the through hole 221 ensures the balance of the upper and lower pressures, which is beneficial to the liquid in the steam channel 21 flowing back to the pan under the action of gravity, and at the same time, because the through holes 221 are arranged, the flow rate of the steam in the pot is favorably reduced, the time of the steam in the bubble breaker 100 is prolonged, the bubble breaking and overflow preventing effect is improved, and, when the air bubbles pass through the through holes 221, the hole walls of the through holes 221 have the function of squeezing and breaking the air bubbles.
Further, referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the first embodiment, a plurality of through holes 221 are disposed along the circumferential direction of the cover plate 220 and are disposed near the periphery of the cover plate 220, so that the disposition of the plurality of through holes 221 is advantageous to ensure the balance of the upper and lower pressures at various positions of the cover plate 220 (because a plurality of bubble breakers 100 may be disposed along the circumferential direction of the cover plate 220 in order to improve the bubble-breaking and spill-preventing effects of the pot cover assembly 200), and meanwhile, the vent holes 211 of the inner cover 210 are generally located at the center of the inner cover 210, and the through holes 221 are disposed near the periphery of the cover plate 220, so that the path of the steam flowing from the through holes 221 to the vent holes 211 is relatively long, and thus the problem of spilling is not likely to occur.
When the cooking appliance 300 is exhausted and depressurized, steam flows in the steam channel 21 of the bubble breaker 100, the steam forms liquid after being cooled, and bubbles also form liquid after being broken in the steam channel 21, after the exhaust is finished, the liquid in the steam channel 21 can flow back into the pot through the air inlet 11 under the action of gravity, so as to facilitate the liquid flowing back into the pot, please refer to fig. 4, 6 and 7, in a first embodiment, a water return port 13 communicated with the steam channel 21 is arranged at the bottom of the bubble breaker 100, the water return port 13 is provided with a one-way conduction structure 3, the conduction direction of the one-way conduction structure 3 is from the inside of the bubble breaker 100 to the outside, so that the liquid in the steam channel 21 flows back through the water return port 13, and at the same time, the one-way conduction structure 3 is arranged, so that the steam is prevented from entering the steam channel 21 through the water return port 13 during the exhaust (generally, the path between the water return port 13 and the air outlet 12 is shorter than that of the air inlet 11), thereby affecting the foam breaking and overflow preventing effect of the foam breaker 100.
Further, the one-way conducting structure 3 may be disposed in various ways, for example, the one-way conducting structure 3 may be a one-way valve, and please refer to fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the bottom of the foam breaker body 1 extends downward and laterally to form an elastic arm 31 located right below the water return port 13, a gap is reserved between the elastic arm 31 and the water return port 13 in the vertical direction, and the elastic arm 31 (the elastic arm 31 may be made of a silicone material, specifically, in the first embodiment, the annular blocking portion of the mounting protrusion 17 forms the elastic arm 31, so that the structure is simplified) can be deformed by pressure to abut against the lower edge of the water return port 13 to close the water return port 13 to form the one-way conducting structure 3, so that when the cooking utensil 300 exhausts air, the pressure in the pan deforms the elastic arm 31 upward, and the water return port 13 is closed, after the exhaust and pressure relief in the pan is completed, the elastic arm 31 deforms and recovers, so that the water return port 13 is opened, and the liquid in the steam channel 21 can flow back into the pan through the water return port 13, so that the one-way conduction structure 3 is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
The foam breaker body 1 may be mounted on the cover plate 220 of the lid 201, and please refer to fig. 8 to 10, in the second embodiment, the lid 201 includes an inner lid 210, the foam breaker body 1 is detachably mounted below the inner lid 210, the foam breaker body 1 has the bottom wall 42, a portion of the inner lid 210 covers the opening 14, a foam breaking cavity 2 is formed between the inner lid 210 and the foam breaker body 1, the blocking ribs 22 form the steam channels 21 at intervals in the foam breaking cavity 2, and the inner lid 210 forms a partial structure of the foam breaker 100, which can also achieve the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8 to 10, in the second embodiment, the inner lid 210 has the air vent hole 211, the bubble breaker 100 is installed at the air vent hole 211, the air vent hole 211 constitutes the air outlet 12 of the bubble breaker 100, the bubble breaker body 1 is provided with the air inlet 11, and the air inlet channel 15 is the air inlet 11, so that the steam in the pot of the cooking utensil 300 is exhausted from the air vent hole 211 after passing through the bubble breaker 100 (specifically, in the second embodiment, the air vent hole 211 is provided with the air vent pipe 213, the lower end of the air vent pipe 213 is communicated with the bubble breaking cavity 2, and the upper end of the air vent pipe 213 is provided with the air vent valve 215), so that the bubble breaking and overflow preventing effect of the cooking utensil 300 is relatively good.
The bubble breaker body 1 is detachably connected to the inner cap 210, and, in particular, in the second embodiment, a through hole is formed through the bottom of the bubble breaker body 1, a hanging shaft 212 is provided on the lower surface of the inner lid 210 corresponding to the through hole (specifically, in the second embodiment, the exhaust hole 211 is provided with an exhaust pipe 213, an exhaust valve 215 is installed on the upper end of the exhaust pipe 213, and the lower end of the exhaust pipe 213 is connected with the hanging shaft 212 by screw thread), and the lower end of the hanging shaft 212 extends out of the foam breaker body 1 from the through hole and extends laterally to form a stop part, so as to limit the foam breaker main body 1 downwards (since in the second embodiment, the stopping portion of the hanging shaft 212 is clamped with the inner cover below the foam breaker main body 1, a gap is formed between the stopping portion and the foam breaker main body 1 in the up-down direction), so that the foam breaker main body 1 is relatively convenient and labor-saving to disassemble and assemble.
The cooking utensil 300 is subjected to foam breaking and overflow prevention by arranging the foam breaker 100, when the cooking utensil 300 is a pressure cooker, the foam breaking and overflow prevention effect of the foam breaker 100 is related to the heating power of the cooking utensil 300, specifically, the cooking utensil 300 further comprises a heating device, and when the heating power of the heating device is 200-1200W, the foam breaking and overflow prevention effect of the foam breaker 100 is relatively good. Similarly, the cooking appliance 300 further comprises an exhaust device, and when the cooking appliance 300 exhausts and reduces the pressure, the ratio of the power-on time to the intermittent time of the exhaust device is more than 1: 30, the foam breaking and overflow preventing effect of the foam breaker 100 is relatively good.

Claims (20)

1. A bubble breaker is characterized by comprising a bubble breaker main body, wherein one of a top wall and a bottom wall of the bubble breaker is formed on the bubble breaker main body, and the other of the top wall and the bottom wall is in an open shape and is formed into an opening;
the bubble breaker main part also comprises more than two blocking ribs arranged at intervals, the blocking ribs are connected with one of the top wall or the bottom wall and extend towards the opening, a steam channel is formed between every two adjacent blocking ribs, and an air inlet channel is arranged on the bubble breaker main part.
2. The bubble breaker according to claim 1, further comprising a lid, wherein the bubble breaker body is mounted on the lid, and the lid contacts with and covers the opening, a portion of the lid contacting with the opening is formed as the other of the top wall or the bottom wall of the bubble breaker, and the lid is provided with an air inlet or an air outlet communicating with the air inlet channel.
3. The bubble breaker according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the steam passage is formed with a bubble breaking slit; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

The bubble breaker according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the blocking ribs are arranged in a plurality of inner and outer circles to form a plurality of steam passages arranged in the inner and outer circles, the blocking ribs are provided with notches to communicate the adjacent steam passages with each other, a connecting rib is connected between the two adjacent circles of blocking ribs, and the notches on the two adjacent circles of blocking ribs are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the connecting rib.
5. The foam breaker according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a water return port communicating with the steam channel is provided at the bottom of the foam breaker, the water return port is provided with a one-way conduction structure, and the conduction direction of the one-way conduction structure is from the inside of the foam breaker to the outside.
6. The foam breaker according to claim 5, wherein the bottom of the foam breaker body extends downward and laterally to form a resilient arm located right below the water return port, the resilient arm and the water return port are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, and the resilient arm is deformable by pressure to abut against a lower edge of the water return port to close the water return port, thereby forming the one-way conduction structure.
7. The bubble breaker according to claim 2, wherein the lid comprises a cover plate, the bubble breaker body is detachably connected to the cover plate, one of the bubble breaker body and the cover plate is located above, the other is located below, a part of the cover plate covers the opening to form a bubble breaking cavity, and the blocking ribs are spaced in the bubble breaking cavity to form the steam channel.
8. The bubble breaker of claim 7, wherein the cover plate is provided with a recess recessed downward, the bubble breaker body has the top wall and is mounted in the recess, and the opening is covered by the bottom wall of the recess.
9. The bubble breaker according to claim 7, wherein the cover plate is provided with a mounting hole, a mounting protrusion is protruded on the inner side of the breaker body corresponding to the mounting hole, and an annular stop part is protruded on the free end side of the mounting protrusion;
the free end of the mounting protrusion penetrates through the mounting hole, and the annular stop part is abutted against the outer side face of the cover plate, so that the cover plate is fixedly connected with the foam breaker main body.
10. The bubble breaker according to claim 9, wherein the hole edge of the mounting hole is provided with an annular flange, and the side surface of the mounting protrusion is provided with an annular positioning groove for inserting the annular flange; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the outer side of the foam breaker main body is convexly provided with a gripping bulge.
11. The bubble breaker according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein said breaker body has said top wall and is mounted above said cover plate; the apron is equipped with the air inlet, the inlet channel of bubble breaker main part does uncovered and with the air inlet intercommunication, bubble breaker main part is equipped with the gas outlet.
12. The bubble breaker of claim 2, wherein the lid comprises an inner lid, the breaker body is detachably mounted below the inner lid, the breaker body has the bottom wall, a portion of the inner lid covers the opening, a breaking cavity is formed between the inner lid and the breaker body, and the blocking ribs are spaced in the breaking cavity to form the steam channel.
13. The bubble breaker of claim 12, wherein the inner lid has a vent hole, the bubble breaker being mounted to the vent hole, the vent hole constituting an air outlet of the bubble breaker;
the bubble breaker main part is equipped with the air inlet, inlet channel is the air inlet.
14. The bubble breaker of claim 13, wherein an exhaust pipe is provided at the exhaust hole, a lower end of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the bubble breaking chamber, and an upper end of the exhaust pipe is provided with an exhaust valve.
15. The bubble breaker of claim 1, wherein the material of the breaker body is a sealing material.
16. A lid assembly comprising at least one bubble-breaker according to any one of claims 1 to 15.
17. The lid assembly of claim 16, wherein the lid assembly comprises an inner lid and a cover plate mounted below the inner lid, the inner lid and the cover plate together enclosing a mounting cavity for mounting the bubble breaker;
the bubble breaker is mounted to the cover plate.
18. The lid assembly of claim 17, wherein the lid plate further defines a plurality of through holes at the periphery of the bubble breaker.
19. The pot lid assembly of claim 18, wherein the aperture of the through hole is 0.5-5 mm; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the through holes are distributed along the circumferential direction of the cover plate and are arranged close to the periphery of the cover plate.
20. A cooking appliance comprising a lid assembly according to any one of claims 16 to 19.
