The face cover 14 has an air outlet, the baking cover 10 further includes an air outlet cover 15, and the air outlet cover 15 is covered at the air outlet to open the air outlet cover 15 when necessary.
As shown in fig. 8, the front cover 14 further has a mounting hole, the baking cover 10 further includes a top cover 16, the mounting hole is convenient for mounting and dismounting the fan 13, the top cover 16 is detachably mounted at the mounting hole to open the mounting hole when necessary, and block the mounting hole when not necessary, so as to reduce dust entering the inside of the baking cover 10.
As shown in fig. 8, the toasting cover 10 further comprises a temperature sensing assembly 25, the temperature sensing assembly 25 is disposed in the ventilation space to detect the temperature in the ventilation space, so as to accurately grasp the toasting timing.
As shown in fig. 8, the protection cover 31 further includes a fixing frame 34, and the fixing frame 34 fixes the heating element 33 on the protection cover 31, so that the protection cover 31 can be integrally detached from the cover assembly 20, thereby saving the operation steps, and meanwhile, the heating element 33 can be fixed, thereby increasing the working stability of the heating element 33.
As shown in fig. 8, the toasting cover 10 further includes a sealing gasket 11, and the sealing gasket 11 is disposed on the second coupling structure 35 to seal the gap between the second coupling structure 35 and the wind scooper 26.
As shown in FIG. 8, the toasting lid 10 further comprises a third coupling structure 12, wherein the third coupling structure 12 is coupled to the pan body 50 such that the pan body 50 is electrically powered by the toasting lid 10.

Claims (13)

1. A baking lid, comprising:
a cover assembly (20);
a heating element (33);
a protective cover (31), the protective cover (31) being detachably provided below the heat generating element (33);
a locking structure (40), wherein the locking structure (40) is detachably arranged on the protective cover (31), and the protective cover (31) is connected with the cover body assembly (20) through the locking structure (40).
2. The toasting lid according to claim 1, wherein the locking structure (40) is a plurality of locking structures (40), which are arranged at intervals around the circumference of the protective cover (31).
3. The roaster cover of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the locking structure (40) slides relative to the protective cover (31) to facilitate the removal of the protective cover (31) from the cover assembly (20).
4. The roaster cover of claim 1, wherein the cover assembly (20) has a catch (21), the locking structure (40) is snapped into the catch (21), the locking structure (40) comprises:
a connecting plate (41), the connecting plate (41) being detachably connected with the protective cover (31);
a return spring (42), one end of the return spring (42) is abutted with the connecting plate (41);
the pushing piece (43) is connected with the connecting plate (41) in a sliding mode, the other end of the return spring (42) is abutted to the pushing piece (43) to achieve the return of the pushing piece (43), the pushing piece (43) is provided with a clasp (44), and the clasp (44) is buckled with the buckling position (21).
5. The cooking lid as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the side of the connecting plate (41) facing the pusher (43) has a limiting rib (411), the return spring (42) fitting over the limiting rib (411).

The toasting lid according to claim 4, characterized in that the connecting plate (41) comprises a first plate section (412), a second plate section (413) and a third plate section (414) connected in series, the first plate section (412) and the third plate section (414) being parallel and perpendicular to the second plate section (413), the bottom surfaces of the first plate section (412) and the third plate section (414) having oppositely projecting mounting plate sections (415), the mounting plate sections (415) having mounting holes (416), through which fasteners are passed to connect the protective shield (31).
7. The toasting lid according to claim 6, characterized in that the first and third plate sections (412, 414) have a slide (417), at least a portion of the pusher (43) sliding within the slide (417).

The baking lid according to claim 7, characterized in that in the direction of extension of the chute (417), the end of the chute (417) close to the second plate section (413) has a blocking end (418), the end of the chute (417) remote from the second plate section (413) penetrating to the edge of the first plate section (412) for moving the pusher (43) between the protective hood (31) and the blocking end (418).
9. The toasting lid according to claim 4, wherein the pusher (43) comprises:
the shifting rod (431) comprises a connecting plate section (432) and a handle plate section (433) which are sequentially connected, the handle plate section (433) and the connecting plate section (432) are arranged at an angle, the handle plate section (433) obliquely and upwards extends out from the bottom surface of the connecting plate section (432), and the handle plate section (433) and the connecting plate section (432) are in arc transition;
a hook (434), the hook (434) is detachably disposed on the lever (431) through a fixing member, and the hook (434) has the clasp (44).
10. The roaster cover of claim 9, wherein the opposite side walls of the connecting plate section (432) have outwardly extending ribs (435), the ribs (435) extending into the slide ways (417) of the connecting plate (41) for sliding movement.
11. The toasting lid according to claim 9, wherein the catch (434) comprises:
a main body plate section (436), wherein the main body plate section (436) has a first connection hole (437), the connection plate section (432) has a second connection hole (438), and the fixing piece extends into the first connection hole (437) and the second connection hole (438) to fix the hook (434) and the deflector rod (431);
the clasp (44), the clasp (44) protruding outward from a bottom surface of the body plate segment (436);
an overlapping section (439), wherein the overlapping section (439) extends from the top surface of the body plate section (436) to a direction away from the clasp (44), and the overlapping section (439) overlaps the top surface of the connecting plate section (432);
the guide section (4341), the guide section (4341) is two, two of the guide sections (4341) are extended from two opposite side walls of the main body plate section (436) to a direction away from the overlapping section (439), the guide section (4341) is located above the clasp (44), the guide section (4341) is provided with a guide inclined surface (4342), and the guide inclined surface (4342) is inclined and extended downwards from the top surface of the guide section (4341).

The baking lid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the protective cover (31) has a notch (32) at an outer periphery thereof, the locking structure (40) is detachably provided at the notch (32), the baking lid (10) further comprises a holder (34), the holder (34) is provided above the heat generating element (33), and the holder (34) is fixed on the protective cover (31) to restrain the heat generating element (33) between the protective cover (31) and the holder (34).
13. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the baking lid (10) of any one of claims 1 to 12;
the baking pot comprises a pot body (50), and the baking cover (10) is covered on the pot body (50).
