Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

A pot lid 10 and a cooking apparatus 1 according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 22.
An embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a pot lid 10, including: the cover body 100, the first operating member 200, the locking member 300 and the cover-closing self-locking mechanism 400.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 17, and 18, an opening 101 is provided on a surface of the cover body 100; the first operation element 200 is disposed on the cover 100, and a portion of the first operation element 200 is exposed from the opening 101. The locking member 300 is disposed on the cover 100 and is configured to be locked with (as shown in fig. 13) or unlocked with (as shown in fig. 14) the cooking pot 30.
As shown in fig. 2, the lid self-locking mechanism 400 is disposed on the lid 100, and the lid self-locking mechanism 400 is engaged with the locking element 300 and configured to be suitable for driving the locking element 300 to unlock in response to the action of the first operating member 200 and driving the locking element 300 to lock in response to the lid action of the lid 10 and the base 20.

In some embodiments, the lid 10 further includes a fastener 500, the fastener 500 is disposed on the lid 100, and the fastener 500 is configured to be suitable for being fastened to the base 20 to limit the opening of the lid 10 relative to the base 20 (as shown in fig. 4). The fastening part 520 is used for fastening the connection base 20, which is beneficial to further improving the covering strength between the pot cover 10 and the cooking pot 30, thereby further improving the pressure-bearing safety.
In some embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 3, the fastener 500 is adapted to cooperate with the first operating member 200 such that the fastener 500 is capable of performing an unfastening motion adapted to unfasten the fastened connection in response to the actuation of the first operating member 200. Thus, the user can control the locking element 300 to unlock the cooking pot 30 and the cover 100 and control the locking element 500 to release the fastening connection with the base 20 by operating the first operating element 200, so that the one-key cover opening of the product is realized, and the use operation is simplified.
Of course, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the fastening member 500 may be designed not to be matched with the first operating member 200 according to requirements, and a structural form that a transmission structure is disposed between the fastening member 500 and the first operating member 200 for transmission is adopted.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14 and 16, the first operating member 200 is provided with a first fitting portion 221 and a second fitting portion 222; the first matching part 221 is matched with the cover self-locking mechanism 400 and is suitable for driving the cover self-locking mechanism 400 to unlock; the second mating portion 222 mates with the fastener 500 and is adapted to drive the fastener 500 to perform a disengagement motion. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, a structure with one buckling portion 520 may also be adopted, for example, the buckling portion 520 is distributed at the middle position of the buckle plate 510, and further, the matching holes 513 are arranged at the two sides of the middle portion of the buckle plate 510, so that the first operating element 200 passes through the buckle plate 510 from the two sides of the buckling portion 520 to match with the cover-closing self-locking mechanism 400.
In some embodiments, the lid-closing self-locking mechanism 400 comprises a self-locking device 410, the self-locking device 410 is matched with the locking piece 300, and the self-locking device 410 is configured and adapted to respond to the action of the first operating member 200 to drive the locking piece 300 to unlock; the engaging member 420 is configured and adapted to release the position of the self-locking device 410 in response to the closing action of the lid 10 and the base 20, wherein when the position of the self-locking device 410 released by the engaging member 420, the self-locking device 410 drives the locking member 300 to lock.
Thus, when the lid 10 is closed with the base 20, the engaging piece 420 responds to the position limitation of the self-locking device 410 by releasing the position limitation, so that the self-locking device 410 drives the locking element 300 to be locked after releasing the position limitation, and in the structure, the locking element 300 is driven to be locked by adopting the self-locking device 410 while the locking element 300 is triggered by the closing action of the lid, so that the driving force requirement of the locking element 300 can be better met, the locking element 300 is better ensured to be locked in place, and the reliability of the product is improved.
In detail, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the self-locking device 410 includes a transmission member 411, the transmission member 411 is disposed on the cover body 100 and is movable relative to the cover body 100, wherein the transmission member 411 is engaged with the locking element 300, and the transmission member 411 moves relative to the cover body 100 in response to the action of the first operation member 200 and is unlocked by the movement-linked locking element 300.
Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 15, when the transmission member 411 moves in the x1 direction in response to the operation of the first operation member 200, the two locking members 300 are linked to move in the x21 direction and the x22 direction respectively, so that the locking members 300 move to both sides to release the cooking pot 30 for unlocking.

In certain embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, transmission piece 411 is provided with an adaptation portion 4111. More specifically, the adapting portion 4111 may be specifically, for example, a flange protruding forward from the transmission member 411.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the fitting member 420 is provided with a fitting groove 421, and the fitting groove 421 is adapted to allow the fitting portion 4111 to extend into and movably fit with the fitting portion 4111. The fitting groove 421 actually has an avoiding effect on the adapting portion 4111, so that the transmission member 411 can move to control the locking of the locking member 300 accordingly. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the matching member 420 is movably disposed, and the matching member 420 moves to make the matching groove 421 and the matching portion 4111 relatively or dislocated. For example, the fitting member 420 is movable up and down relative to the cover body 100, and the fitting member 420 changes the position of the fitting groove 421 by moving up and down, so that the fitting groove 421 and the fitting portion 4111 are switched to be in a relative or offset position.
Further, the mating member 420 moves in response to the covering action of the lid 10 and the base 20, so that the mating groove 421 and the mating portion 4111 are opposite to each other.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the cover closing self-locking mechanism 400 further includes a second elastic member 430, the second elastic member 430 is engaged with the engaging member 420, when the engaging groove 421 is opposite to the adapting portion 4111, the engaging member 420 is linked with the second elastic member 430 to deform, and when the second elastic member 430 elastically returns, the elastic force of the second elastic member 430 drives the engaging member 420 to move, so that the engaging groove 421 and the adapting portion 4111 are dislocated.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 6, the seat body 20 is provided with a trigger 22. In more detail, the housing body 20 has an outer housing cover 21, and the triggering portion 22 is embodied as a boss protruding from a surface of the outer housing cover 21.
As shown in fig. 8, when the lid 10 is closed with the base 20, the trigger portion 22 jacks up the mating member 420, so that the mating groove 421 and the mating portion 4111 are shifted from a staggered position to a position opposite to each other, and thus, when the transmission member 411 moves forward to pass through the mating groove 421, the transmission member 411 is linked with the locking member 300 for locking, thereby realizing a self-locking function of closing.
When the first operating member 200 is operated, the action of the first operating member 200 drives the transmission member 411 to move backwards, so that the adapting portion 4111 of the transmission member 411 is withdrawn out of the matching groove 421 along the matching groove 421, and during the movement of the transmission member 411, the linkage locking member 300 is unlocked. The matching piece 420 falls down to make the matching groove 421 and the matching portion 4111 dislocate, so that the matching portion 4111 and the surrounding portion of the matching groove 421 form a stop, and the stop abuts against the transmission piece 411 to limit the transmission piece 411 through the stop of the matching piece 420, so that the transmission piece 411 cannot move forwards to interlock the locking piece 300 for locking, and thus the locking piece 300 is maintained in an unlocking state, the pot cover 10 can be conveniently closed next time, and the locking piece 300 does not need to be controlled to be unlocked first before the lid is closed next time.
In some embodiments, the transmission member 411 is slidably connected to the cover 100. The operation stability of the transmission member 411 can be better guaranteed, the transmission stability of the transmission member 411 can be better guaranteed, and power loss and clamping stagnation are reduced, so that the operation experience of a user is better, labor is saved, the locking member 300 can move more stably to lock or unlock, and the locking precision is higher.
In some embodiments, one of the locking element 300 and the transmission member 411 is provided with a sliding portion 310, the other is provided with a sliding groove 4112, the extending direction of the sliding groove 4112 is inclined relative to the moving direction of the transmission member 411, the sliding portion 310 extends into the sliding groove 4112, and the sliding portion 310 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 4112 and guided by the sliding groove 4112. In detail, for example, two sliding grooves 4112 are disposed on the transmission member 411, the pot lid 10 has two locking members 300, the two locking members 300 have sliding portions 310 respectively, the two locking members 300 are engaged with the sliding grooves 4112 respectively through the sliding portions 310, and the two sliding grooves 4112 are arranged in a shape of a Chinese character 'ba'. In this way, when the transmission member 411 moves, the locking members 300 corresponding to the two sliding grooves 4112 can move in the opposite direction (as shown in fig. 21) or in the opposite direction (as shown in fig. 15 or fig. 22), so that the two locking members 300 are controlled to approach each other to lock the cooking pot 30, and the two locking members 300 are controlled to move away from each other to avoid the cooking pot 30 to unlock, thereby simplifying the movement form of the locking members 300 while ensuring the reliability of locking and unlocking functions.
Certainly, the present invention is not limited to this, in other embodiments, two sliding portions 310 may be disposed on the transmission member 411, the pot cover 10 has two locking members 300, the two locking members 300 are respectively disposed with a sliding groove 4112, the two locking members 300 are respectively matched with the sliding portions 310 through the sliding grooves 4112, and the two sliding grooves 4112 are arranged in a splayed structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 13 and 15, the self-locking device 410 further includes a third elastic member 412, and the third elastic member 412 is engaged with the transmission member 411; when the transmission member 411 drives the locking member 300 to unlock, the transmission member 411 is linked with the third elastic member 412 to deform; when the third elastic member 412 is elastically restored, the elastic force of the third elastic member 412 drives the transmission member 411 to move, so that the transmission member 411 drives the locking member 300 to be locked. Thus, the transmission member 411 can maintain the movement trend of driving the locking of the locking member 300 by using elastic force, so that when the cover body 100 is covered with the pot body to match the matching groove 421 with the matching portion 4111, since the matching portion 4111 is avoided by the matching groove 421, the elastic force can rapidly drive the transmission member 411 to move so as to switch the locking member 300 to locking, thereby realizing the linkage matching of high efficiency, high precision and high reliability of the locking member 300 during the covering and locking.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, the cover 100 includes a cover plate 120. The cooking pan 30 has a pan rim 31 (of course, pan teeth are also possible). The locking element 300 is configured and adapted to lock the cover plate 120 with the rim 31 of the cooking pan 30 such that the cooking pan 30 and the cover plate 120 form a pressure-bearing structure.
In more detail, the locking element 300 comprises a slider 301 and a catch 302, the catch 302 being arranged on the slider 301 and moving with the slider 301. The slider 301 is engaged with the transmission member 411 to move by the driving of the transmission member 411.
The lock 302 is provided with a lock groove, as shown in fig. 13, when the lock groove locks the edge of the cover plate 120 and the rim 31 together, the cover plate 120 and the cooking pan 30 are locked, as shown in fig. 15, when the lock groove moves, the edge of the cover plate 120 and the rim 31 are separated from the lock groove, and the cover plate 120 and the cooking pan 30 are unlocked.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 17, the cover body 100 has a face cover 130, a side cover 140, an inner cover 110, and the like. The cooking pot 30 is assembled on the base 20, the base 20 is provided with the trigger portion 22, when the pot cover 10 is covered with the base 20, the trigger portion 22 is linked with the cover-closing self-locking mechanism 400 of the pot cover 10, so that the cover-closing self-locking mechanism 400 drives the locking member 300 of the pot cover 10 to be locked.

The other end of the transmission member 411 is provided with a driving spring (i.e., a third elastic member 412), and the driving spring (i.e., the third elastic member 412) is used for resetting the transmission member 411.
As shown in fig. 21 and 22, the locking element 300 of the covering self-locking mechanism 400 includes a metal locking buckle (i.e., the locking buckle 302) and a sliding block 301, the upper cover assembly specifically includes the inner cover 110, the cover plate 120, and the like, and the inner cover 110 is provided with a limiting block (i.e., the engaging element 420) and a return spring (i.e., the second elastic element 430). When the upper cover assembly is closed, the stop block (i.e., the engaging member 420) contacts with the boss disposed on the housing cover 21, and the stop block (i.e., the engaging member 420) compresses the return spring (i.e., the second elastic member 430) to move upward along with the closing action. After the limiting block (also, the matching piece 420) moves a certain position, the limiting block (also, the matching piece 420) loses the limiting effect on the transmission piece 411, for example, the matching groove 421 corresponds to the position of the adapting portion 4111 of the transmission piece 411, and the matching groove 421 forms an avoiding effect on the adapting portion 4111, so that the limiting effect of the matching piece 420 on the transmission piece 411 is lost. At this time, as shown in fig. 21, the driving spring (i.e., the third elastic member 412) moves the driving member 411 in the direction x1 shown in fig. 21, and the sliding groove 4112 disposed on the driving member 411 drives the sliding block 301 to move towards the center of the cooking pan 30 by a predetermined distance (i.e., the locking member 300 moves in the direction x21 and the direction x22 shown in fig. 21) by cooperating with the sliding portion 310, so that the locking portion 520 of the metal lock catch and the rim of the cooking pan 30 complete the locking. As shown in fig. 22, when a user needs to open the lid, the unlocking button (i.e., the first operating element 200) is pressed first, the push rod of the unlocking button pushes the transmission element 411 to move forward (i.e., the transmission element 411 moves in the direction x1 shown in fig. 22), the sliding slot 4112 arranged on the transmission element 411 moves the slider 301 a set distance in a direction away from the center of the inner lid 110 (i.e., the locking element 300 moves a set distance in the directions x21 and x22 shown in fig. 22) by cooperating with the sliding portion 310, and finally the engaging portion 520 of the metal lock catch is separated from the rim of the cooking pot 30, the limiting block (i.e., the engaging element 420) is reset by the reset spring (i.e., the second resilient element 430), and the stopping portion arranged on the limiting block (i.e., the engaging element 420) and the protruding portion (i.e., the adapting portion 4111). At this time, the user presses the switch button (i.e., the second operating member 40) to complete the opening of the cover.
It can be understood that, in the pressure-bearing structure of the pressure rice cooker in the related art, a metal bridge is mostly arranged on the cooker cover 10 and the base 20, and the metal bridge generally consists of two longitudinally distributed metal pieces and at least one transversely distributed metal piece, so that the problems of complex parts, low assembly efficiency and the like of the base 20 exist.
In the scheme, the cooking pot 30 is buckled by the lock catch 302 of the locking piece 300, so that the metal pressure-bearing structure is improved, and the bridge structure can be eliminated. More specifically, for example, the cover plate 120 (preferably made of metal) and the rim (also referred to as rim 31) of the cooking pan 30 are fastened together by using more than two fasteners 302 (preferably made of metal) to form a pressure-bearing structure.
