With continued reference to fig. 1-7, the cable reeling mechanism 30 includes a reeling base 31, a conductive slip ring 32, and a reeling drum 33. Claims (36)

1. An excrement ditch belt cleaning device which is characterized by comprising:
the water pipe reeling mechanism is used for reeling a water pipe;
the cable coiling mechanism is used for coiling a cable; and
a cleaning body, wherein the cleaning body comprises a walking part and at least one spraying part, wherein the walking part further comprises a frame, a set of driving wheels, a set of universal wheels, a driving motor, a gear box and a plurality of transmission elements, the set of driving wheels are arranged at the rear part of the frame at intervals, the set of universal wheels are arranged at the front part of the frame at intervals, the driving motor and the gear box connected with the driving motor are respectively arranged at the upper part of the frame, each spraying part is respectively arranged at the front part of the frame at intervals, and the set of driving wheels are respectively connected with the gear box in a driving way through the transmission elements, wherein each spraying part is respectively communicated with the water pipe, the driving motor is electrically connected with the cable, and the water pipe coiled in the water pipe coiling and uncoiling mechanism is coiled and the cable is coiled The winding state of the cable of the winding mechanism changes with the movement of the traveling unit.
2. A manure pit cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each of the injection sections is drivably connected to the gear box through the transmission element, respectively, to allow each of the injection sections to achieve 360 ° rotational cleaning.

A dung gutter cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the cleaning body further includes a distribution portion including a main pipe, a distribution pipe, and at least one branch pipe, the main pipe being disposed along a front-rear direction of the walking portion, the distribution pipe being disposed along a left-right direction of the walking portion, and the distribution pipe communicating with the main pipe, each branch pipe being disposed along a front-rear direction of the walking portion, and each branch pipe communicating with the distribution pipe, wherein each spray portion corresponds to and communicates with each branch pipe, respectively.
5. A dung gutter cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the water pipe and pipe reeling mechanism includes a reeling pipe base, a water outlet and a reeling pipe reel, the reeling pipe base is provided to the frame, the water outlet is provided to the reeling pipe base, the reeling pipe reel is provided with a water passage and a water inlet communicated with the water passage, the reeling pipe reel is rotatably provided to the reeling pipe base, and the water passage and the water outlet of the reeling pipe reel are communicated with each other in such a manner that an end surface of the reeling pipe reel and an end surface of the water outlet are sealed, one end of the water pipe is communicated with the water inlet of the reeling pipe reel, and the main pipe of the distribution portion is communicated with the water outlet.

A manure pit cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the cable reeling mechanism comprises a reeling base provided at the frame, a conductive slip ring provided at the reeling base, and a reeling drum having a threading hole, the reeling drum being rotatably provided at the reeling base, and the cable is electrically connected to the conductive slip ring after passing through the threading hole of the reeling drum, the driving motor being electrically connected to the conductive slip ring.

A manure pit cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the cable reeling mechanism comprises a reeling base provided at the frame, a conductive slip ring provided at the reeling base, and a reeling drum having a threading hole, the reeling drum being rotatably provided at the reeling base, and the cable is electrically connected to the conductive slip ring after passing through the threading hole of the reeling drum, the driving motor being electrically connected to the conductive slip ring.
8. A manure pit cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the water outlet port is provided at one side of the pipe reel base.
9. A manure pit cleaning device according to claim 5, wherein the water hose reel mechanism further comprises a reel torsion limiter, wherein the reel torsion limiter is provided at one end of the reel drum.
10. A manure pit cleaning device according to claim 6, wherein the cable reeling mechanism further comprises a reeling torsion limiter, wherein the reeling torsion limiter is provided at one end of the reeling drum.
11. A dung gutter cleaning device according to claim 5, further comprising a wire pressing mechanism including a wire presser and at least one tension spring, the wire presser including two wire pressing arms, a wire pressing member and a pivot shaft, the two wire pressing arms being symmetrically disposed with respect to each other, the wire pressing member being rotatably disposed at one end of the two wire pressing arms, the pivot shaft being fixedly disposed at the other end of the two wire pressing arms, and the pivot shaft being rotatably disposed at the reel base to allow the wire presser to rotate with respect to the reel base, wherein one end of the tension spring is disposed at the wire pressing arm and the other end is disposed at the reel base to allow the wire pressing member of the wire presser to abut against the water pipe wound on the reel drum.
12. A dung gutter cleaning device according to claim 6, further comprising a wire pressing mechanism including a wire presser and at least one tension spring, the wire presser including two wire pressing arms, a wire pressing member and a pivot shaft, the two wire pressing arms being symmetrically disposed with respect to each other, the wire pressing member being rotatably disposed at one end of the two wire pressing arms, the pivot shaft being fixedly disposed at the other end of the two wire pressing arms, and the pivot shaft being rotatably disposed at the wire winding base to allow the wire presser to rotate with respect to the wire winding base, wherein one end of the tension spring is disposed at the wire pressing arm and the other end is disposed at the wire winding base to allow the wire pressing member of the wire presser to abut against the wire wound on the wire winding drum.
13. A manure pit cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein each of the drive wheels in a set of the drive wheels is mounted to the frame by a non-bridging axle connection, respectively, such that each of the drive wheels can be driven individually.
14. A manure pit cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein each of the drive wheels of a set of the drive wheels is mounted to the frame by a bridge connection, respectively, such that each of the drive wheels can be driven synchronously.
15. A dung gutter cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the walking portion further comprises a set of guide wheel sets, each of the set of guide wheel sets comprising a connecting arm and a guide wheel rotatably mounted to the connecting arm, the other end of the connecting arm being mounted at a corner of the frame.
16. A manure pit cleaning apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the position of the guide wheels relative to the frame is adjustable.
17. A manure pit cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 16, wherein the position at which the connecting arm is mounted to the frame is adjustable to adjust the position of the guide wheel relative to the frame by adjusting the position at which the connecting arm is mounted to the frame.

A manure pit cleaning apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the position at which the guide wheel is mounted on the connecting arm is adjustable to adjust the position of the guide wheel relative to the frame by adjusting the position at which the guide wheel is mounted on the connecting arm.
19. A manure pit cleaning apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the link arm is telescopic to adjust the position of the guide wheel relative to the frame by adjusting the telescopic state of the link arm.
