The portable pile pulling product adopting the clamp and the clutch structure is convenient and reliable to operate, and the assembling and using processes of the pile pulling product are described as follows.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the assembly process of the pile extractor of the present invention is as follows:
(1) the bearing 4 is mounted on the driven disk case 6 and fixed by the circlip 3 for hole. The driven plate 2 is mounted on a bearing 4 and fixed by a shaft circlip 5. The engine 1 is installed and fixed on a driven disc shell 6 and is fixed by four socket head cap screws 7; the bearing 12 is mounted in the sprocket housing 14 and fixed by the circlip 11 for hole. The drive sprocket 10 is mounted in a bearing 12 and fixed by a shaft circlip 13. The driven disc housing 6 is mounted on a reduction gearbox 9 and fixed by four socket head cap screws 8. The reduction gearbox 9 is arranged on the fixed chain wheel shell 14 and is fixed on the chain wheel shell 14 by four cylindrical-head hexagon socket head cap screws 8.
(2) The slider stopper 17 is mounted on the main housing 19 and fixed by two socket head cap screws 18. The pile extractor handle 15 is mounted on the main housing 19 and fixed by four socket head cap screws 16.
(3) The blank cap 20 and the engine throttle handle 21 are attached to positions corresponding to the engine guard 22. The engine protector 22 is mounted on the main case 19 and fixed by two socket head cap screws 23.
(4) The clutch pawls 27 are mounted in a clutch housing 28 and fixed by pawl pins 29, ensuring their rotational flexibility. Further, the slide bar 37 is installed in the clutch housing 28 so as to be movable up and down.
(5) The slide plate 35 is mounted and fixed to the chain 24 and is fixed by two socket head cap screws 33. The first and second upper jaw arm clips 31 and 32 are mounted on the lower jaw plate 34 via two jaw plate pins 36, and the jaw plate pins 36 are fixed by two elastic collars 30.
(6) The chain 24 is disengaged through the clutch housing 28 and then its lock is restored. The chain 24 and its components are mounted in the main housing 19, and the clutch housing 28, lower jaw plate 34, and slide plate 35 components are mounted on the track grooves of the main housing 19. And a chain 24 is mounted on sprocket 10.
(7) The base 39 is mounted in the corresponding position of the main housing 19 and fixed by the chain bottom support shaft 38 and the hexagonal flange locking nut 40. Two rubber wheels 41 are fixed on the wheel 19 by a rubber wheel mounting shaft 42.
(8) The first cover 25 is fixedly mounted on the main housing 19 by means of two cross pan head screws 26. The second cover 44 is fixed on the main shell 19 through two inner hexagon pan head screws 43
(9) If necessary, a pile pulling auxiliary 45 is further installed, and the pile pulling auxiliary 45 is installed in an auxiliary accommodating cavity of the pile pulling machine base and can be used for assisting in clamping the pile 100 to be pulled, of which the exposed ground surface height is lower than a preset value. The pile pulling auxiliary part comprises a vertical column 452, a cross beam 453, two bottom beams 451a and 451b and the like, wherein the cross beam 453 is arranged at the top end of the vertical column 451 and is fixedly connected with a base of a frame through an auxiliary part fixing part 454 during assembly, the two bottom beams 451a and 451 are arranged at the bottom end of the vertical column 451 in a splayed mode to assist clamping of a pile to be pulled, and the assembly is easy. And finally, the complete machine assembly of the pile extractor is finished.
The assembly process described above uses a greater number of screws, collars, etc., and it will be appreciated that other components may be used to effect the connection between the components. Of course, the connection of the main components in the present application is not limited to the above-mentioned screw connection and bayonet connection, and will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 13-20, the pile extractor of the present invention is convenient and reliable to use, and the basic working principle and working process thereof are as follows.
Pile pulling is prepared: as shown in fig. 14 to 15, one side of the lower end of the clutch pawl 27 is brought into contact with the lower slope of the slide bar slit at point a, and the chain 24 is brought into contact with the other side of the lower end of the clutch pawl 27 at point B, whereby the ratchet surface of the pawl pin 27 is engaged with the link pin in the chain 24. By controlling the engine throttle handle 21, power is transmitted to the transmission 9 through the engine 1, and after the speed change, the power is transmitted to the chain 24 through the driving sprocket 10 to rotate the chain (in the direction R). Since the clutch pawls 27 are caught on the chain 24, the upward movement of the chain 24 will inevitably move the clutch housing 28 together, since the second upper jaw 32 is connected to the housing pin 281 of the clutch housing 28 through the sliding slot 321 (the same applies to the first upper jaw 31). The second upper jaw arm clamp 32 and the first upper jaw arm clamp 31 are connected together through the lower jaw plate 34 to form a closed body, so that when the lower jaw plate 34 moves up and down under the driving of the sliding plate 35, the second upper jaw arm clamp 32 and the first upper jaw arm clamp 31 are necessarily driven to translate together. Because the clutch housing pin 281 is arranged in the arc-shaped sliding grooves of the first jaw arm clamp 31 and the second jaw arm clamp 32, when the clutch housing 28 moves, the first jaw arm clamp 31 and the second jaw arm clamp 32 also rotate, so that the two clamp force generate opposite clamping force through the sliding grooves of the two clamp members, and the pile body 100 to be pulled out is tightly clamped through the arm clamp inserts of the first jaw arm clamp 31 and the second jaw arm clamp 32.
Pile pulling operation: as shown in fig. 16-17, it can be seen that the sliding bar 37 ascends along with the clutch housing 28 and contacts the sliding bar stopper 17 at point D, and since the sliding bar 37 can no longer move, the clutch housing 28 and the clutch pawl 27 continue to move upward, and the inclined surface of the clutch pawl 27 contacts the inclined surface of the sliding bar 37 at point E. At this time, the clutch pawls 27 rotate about the pawl pins 29, the clutch pawls 27 disengage from the chain 24, and the clutch housing 28 loses upward tension. The jaw plate automatically descends due to self weight, and simultaneously the clamping force of the first jaw arm clamp 31 and the second jaw arm clamp 32 disappears, and the jaw plate 34 descends to the bottom together with the jaw plate. And returning to the position state before pile pulling, and continuing the next pile pulling process. And controlling whether pile pulling is required to be continued or not through an accelerator handle according to whether the length of the pile is pulled out or not. When the pile is pulled out and lifted, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the power can be interrupted by controlling the accelerator handle, the clutch shell 28, the first jaw arm clamp 31, the second jaw arm clamp 32 and the lower jaw plate 34 automatically descend due to the dead weight, and simultaneously the clamping force of the first jaw arm clamp 31 and the second jaw arm clamp 32 disappears and descends to the bottom. And returning to the position state before pile pulling, and continuing the next pile pulling process.
It should be noted that the height of the pile 100 to be extracted from the ground may be determined as to whether the pile extraction auxiliary 45 is installed or not, as will be described below.
As shown in fig. 18, when the height H0 of the pile exposed to the ground is high, that is, the height H2 of the pile top is greater than the set height H1, the pile 100 can be pulled out without installing the pile pulling auxiliary 45.
As shown in fig. 19-20, if the height H0 of the exposed ground of the pile body is lower, the pile-pulling auxiliary 45 can be installed, and at this time, the pile-pulling auxiliary 45 is installed in the auxiliary accommodating cavity of the pile-pulling machine base, so as to assist in clamping the pile 100 to be pulled, whose exposed ground surface height is lower than the preset value.
Above pile pulling process, the arm that comes drive and locking clamp through chain clutch presss from both sides, can lock the pile body automatically during pile pulling, therefore the operation is got up convenient reliable, and the multiplicable stroke of chain drive is longer, also helps reducing equipment price, and this makes this practical embodiment have better market prospect.
It should be noted that the above embodiments all use the pile 100 to be pulled as a workpiece to explain the structure, principle and operation of the clamp and its locking mechanism. It will be appreciated that the pliers and their locking mechanism may be used in other similar applications where gripping a corresponding workpiece is required for operation and will not be described in detail.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these modifications and adaptations should be considered within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A clutch is characterized by comprising a clutch shell and a clutch pawl, wherein the first end of the clutch pawl is hinged to the clutch shell through a pawl pin, the second end of the clutch pawl is provided with a ratchet surface matched with a chain link pin shaft, the ratchet surface can be connected with the chain link pin shaft in a combined/separated mode to connect power, the clutch shell is provided with two clamping arm driving pins, and the two clamping driving pins are respectively arranged in sliding grooves of two upper jaw arm clamps of a clamp in a penetrating mode so as to drive the two upper jaw arm clamps to slide on the clutch shell and limit the position of the two upper jaw arm clamps; one end of the chain is arranged on the driving chain wheel, the other end of the chain penetrates through the clutch shell, is suspended in the main shell and is tensioned, and the clutch shell is slidably arranged in the main shell.
2. The clutch of claim 1, wherein the clutch housing includes a first clutch housing plate, a second clutch housing plate, a third clutch housing plate, and a fourth clutch housing plate, wherein the first clutch housing plate is disposed and fixed in parallel with the second clutch housing plate and the third clutch housing plate, and the fourth clutch housing plate is disposed and fixed perpendicular to the second clutch housing plate and the third clutch housing plate, respectively.

The clutch as claimed in claim 2, wherein the clutch housing plate has two arm clamp driving pins mounted thereon, and the two arm clamp driving pins are horizontally arranged and inserted into the sliding grooves of the two upper jaw arm clamps of the tongs; and/or a clutch pawl is clamped between the second clutch housing plate and the third clutch housing plate, and the clutch pawl is rotatably connected with the second clutch housing plate and the third clutch housing plate.
4. The clutch of claim 2, wherein the second clutch housing plate is slidably mounted to the track groove of the main housing; and/or a chain guide plate is vertically fixed between the second clutch housing plate and the third clutch housing plate, and a chain penetrates through the space between the second clutch housing plate and the third clutch housing plate and is installed on the main shell in a hanging manner; and/or welding reinforcing ribs are arranged between the second clutch housing plate and the third clutch housing plate to increase the strength.
5. The clutch according to claim 1, wherein the clutch is provided with a sliding strip, both ends of one side of the sliding strip are respectively provided with a limiting plate so that the upper end and the lower end of the middle part of the sliding strip are respectively provided with a sliding strip notch with a notch inclined plane, and the sliding strip is movably arranged in the clutch shell through the sliding strip notch; the upper end of the clutch pawl is provided with a clutch pawl inclined plane, and the opening inclined plane at the upper end of the sliding strip is matched with the clutch pawl inclined plane so as to drive the clutch pawl to rotate positively when the clutch pawl and the clutch pawl are in contact with each other, so that the clutch pawl is separated from the chain link pin shaft; one side of the lower end of the clutch pawl is provided with a clutch pawl inclined plane, and the other side of the lower end of the clutch pawl is matched with the sliding strip notch inclined plane at the lower end, so that the clutch pawl is driven to rotate reversely when the clutch pawl and the sliding strip notch inclined plane are abutted against each other, and the clutch pawl is combined with the chain link pin shaft.
6. The clutch of claim 5, wherein the slip bar is provided with a slip bar stopper fixedly mounted to a top end of the main housing to limit an upward stroke of the slip bar.
7. The clutch of claim 1, wherein the top of the chain is threaded through the clutch housing and suspended in the main housing, and the bottom of the chain is supported and tensioned by a chain bottom support shaft on the main housing.
8. The clutch of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the two arm clamp driving pins are symmetrically arranged on both sides of a center line between the two upper jaw arm clamps, and sliding groove arc tops of the two upper jaw arm clamps face the center line between the two upper jaw arm clamps respectively.
9. A pile extractor comprises a frame, and is characterized in that the frame is provided with a clutch according to any one of claims 1-8, and during operation, the clutch is used for connecting power to drive two upper jaw arm clamps of a clamp to clamp a pile to be extracted so as to extract the pile.
10. The pile extractor of claim 9, wherein the pile extractor is configured with a pile extracting auxiliary, the pile extracting auxiliary comprises a column, a beam and two bottom beams, the beam is disposed on the top end of the column to be fixedly connected with the base, the two bottom beams are disposed on the bottom end of the column in a splayed manner, and the pile extracting auxiliary is mounted in an auxiliary accommodating cavity of the base of the pile extractor to assist in clamping a pile to be extracted, which is exposed from the ground and has a height lower than a preset value.
