A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 1, wherein: the hat shell (1) is arranged to comprise a left ear protection part (14), a right ear protection part (11), a tensioning belt (13) and a rear ear protection part (12), the peripheral part of the rear ear protection part (12) is respectively arranged to be the rear side part of the left ear protection part (14) through a sewing thread, the rear side part of the right ear protection part (11) is connected with a rear flap (4), the side part of the lower end edge of the left ear protection part (14) is arranged to be connected with a left shoulder part (2) through a sewing thread, the side part of the lower end edge of the right ear protection part (11) is arranged to be connected with a right shoulder part (3) through a sewing thread, the upper end part of the left ear protection part (14) and the upper end part of the right ear protection part (11) are respectively arranged to be connected with the tensioning belt (13) through a sewing thread, the left ear protection part (14) and the right ear protection part (11) are respectively arranged to be rectangular strip-shaped bodies, the tensioning belt (13) is a rubber band, the hook of the left ear protection part (14) is an L-shaped rod-shaped body, and the hanging buckle of the right ear protection part (11) is a U-shaped rod-shaped body.
4. A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 3, wherein: the width of the left ear protection part (14), the width of the right ear protection part (11) and the width of the tensioning belt (13) are respectively set to be 42-53 mm.

A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 3, wherein: the lower end part of the left ear protection part (14) is provided with a hook, the lower end part of the right ear protection part (11) is provided with a hanging buckle, and the lower end part of the left ear protection part (14) is connected with the lower end part of the right ear protection part (11) through the hook and the hanging buckle.

A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 1, wherein: the left shoulder part (2) is arranged to be a rectangular strip-shaped body, the inner end edge part of the left shoulder part (2) is arranged to be connected with the hat shell (1) through a sewing thread, the front side edge part of the left shoulder part (2) is arranged to be connected with the front flap (5) through a sewing thread, and the rear side edge part of the left shoulder part (2) is arranged to be connected with the rear flap (4) through a sewing thread.

A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 1, wherein: the right shoulder portion (3) is arranged to be a rectangular strip-shaped body, the inner end edge portion of the right shoulder portion (3) is arranged to be coupled with the hat shell (1) through a sewing thread, the front side edge portion of the right shoulder portion (3) is arranged to be coupled with the front flap (5) through a sewing thread, and the rear side edge portion of the right shoulder portion (3) is arranged to be coupled with the rear flap (4) through a sewing thread.

A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 1, wherein: the rear flap (4) is arranged to be connected with the rectangular sheet-shaped body and an arc notch body is arranged in the middle of the edge of the upper end face of the rear flap (4), the edge part of the arc notch body of the rear flap (4) is connected with the hat shell (1) through a sewing thread and the left edge part of the arc notch body of the rear flap (4) is connected with the left shoulder (2) through a sewing thread, the right edge part of the arc notch body of the rear flap (4) is connected with the right shoulder (3) through a sewing thread and the lower sections of the left edge and the right edge of the rear flap (4) are respectively connected with the front flap (5),
or the front flap (5) is arranged to be connected with the rectangular sheet body and the middle part of the edge of the upper end surface of the front flap (5) is provided with an arc notch body, the left edge part of the arc notch body of the front flap (5) is arranged to be connected with the left shoulder (2) through a sewing thread, the right edge part of the arc notch body of the front flap (5) is arranged to be connected with the right shoulder (3) through a sewing thread and the lower segment part of the left edge and the right edge of the front flap (5) is respectively arranged to be connected with the rear flap (4), the front flap (5) is arranged to comprise a left sheet part and a right sheet part and a zipper (8) is arranged between the left sheet part of the front flap (5) and the right sheet part of the front flap (5),
or the outer end edge part of the left shoulder part (2), the upper section part of the left edge of the front flap (5) and the upper section part of the left edge of the back flap (4) are arranged to form a left cuff body (7), and the outer end edge part of the right shoulder part (3), the upper section part of the right edge of the front flap (5) and the upper section part of the right edge of the back flap (4) are arranged to form a right cuff body (6).

A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 1, wherein: one of the edges of the zipper (8) is arranged to be coupled with one of the front panels (5) by a sewing thread and the other edge of the zipper (8) is arranged to be coupled with the other of the front panels (5) by a sewing thread.

A swimming cap device for newborns according to claim 1, wherein: the hat shell (1), the left shoulder (2), the right shoulder (3), the rear flap (4), the front flap (5) and the zipper (8) are distributed in a fixed mode according to the jacket, and the center line of the hat shell (1), the center line of the rear flap (4), the center line of the front flap (5) and the center line of the zipper (8) are arranged on the same straight line.
