a third opening strip, which is arranged on the sleeve along the sleeve opening to the elbow, and is arranged in parallel with the first chain;

the fixing piece is arranged near the shoulder, the lower side part of the first chain and the third opening and closing strip are opened to form movable strip cloth, and the movable strip cloth is turned over and is fixed to one end of the movable strip cloth on the fixing piece.
