背景技术
电缆是一种电能或信号传输装置，通常是由几根或几组导线组成，主要用于电力系统和信息传输等行业，目前，电缆生产后，需要对电缆内部的导线进行抽检，确保某批次的电缆的成品质量，现在抽检时，检验员会用小刀将电缆的绝缘层划破来查看内部导线的质量情况，但是这种方法操作起来不够便捷，也不够安全，存在不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种电缆抽检剥皮装置，相比现有技术，本实用新型采用底槽与压槽通过活动铆钉连接的方式，使用时，将待检电缆放置于底槽与压槽之间，然后用切刃将绝缘层划开即可，操作简单而且不易伤到手。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：
一种电缆抽检剥皮装置，包括底槽、压槽、活动铆钉、指套、切刃；其中：底槽通过活动铆钉与压槽连接，切刃与指套均设置在压槽上。

实施例2、请参阅图1，一种电缆抽检剥皮装置，其中：切刃5固定焊接在压槽2上远离活动铆钉3的一端的内侧，指套4固定焊接在压槽2上远离活动铆钉3的一端的外侧。便于切开电缆的绝缘层。其余同实施例1。
工作原理：首先，在待检的电缆上随机截取一段，将其放置到底槽1与压槽2之间，然后拇指伸进指套4内向下按压，使切刃5切入到电缆的绝缘层中，最后，手握住底槽1与压槽2在电缆上滑动一段距离，即可将电缆的绝缘层拨开，就可以检查绝缘层内部线芯的情况。

1.一种电缆抽检剥皮装置，包括底槽（1）、压槽（2）、活动铆钉（3）、指套（4）、切刃（5）；其特征在于：底槽（1）通过活动铆钉（3）与压槽（2）连接，切刃（5）与指套（4）均设置在压槽（2）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电缆抽检剥皮装置，其特征在于：切刃（5）固定焊接在压槽（2）上远离活动铆钉（3）的一端的内侧，指套（4）固定焊接在压槽（2）上远离活动铆钉（3）的一端的外侧。
