Referring to fig. 3, the battery device 30 includes a hollow battery rod 31 and a battery cell 33 coupled in the battery rod 31. Wherein the cartridge device 10 is coupled to the top of the battery rod 31 and the tail cap device 50 is coupled to the bottom of the battery rod 31; i.e., the electronic cigarette 100 is in normal use, the cartridge device 10 with the mouthpiece is located near one end of the user's mouth, while the tail cap device 50 is located away from the other end of the user's mouth.
The cartridge device 10 includes an atomizing assembly (not shown), and the tail cap device 50 includes a cap body 51, a fastener 53, a pneumatic switch 55, and a one-way switch 57 (shown in fig. 5). The cap body 51 is detachably coupled to the bottom of the battery rod 31 and has an air inlet hole 510 (shown in fig. 6) communicating with the outside. The fixing member 53 is coupled to the cap body 51 and has a vent 5301 and an exit 5303, and the vent 5301 is connected between the inlet 510 and the exit 5303. The air inlet 510, the air vent 5301, the air outlet 5303, the inside of the battery rod 31 and the inside of the atomization assembly jointly form an air flow channel through which air flows from the outside to the cigarette holder. The pneumatic switch 55 is connected to the air vent 5301, the electric core 33 is electrically connected to the atomizing assembly and the pneumatic switch 55, and the pneumatic switch 55 can provide a control signal when sensing that external air enters the electronic cigarette 100, so as to control the atomizing device to be connected to the electric core 33, so as to atomize the smoke liquid stored in the cigarette cartridge device 10. The one-way switch 57 is coupled to one side of the gas outlet 5303 and is turned on in one direction when gas flows from the gas inlet 510 to the gas outlet 5303, and allows the gas to flow through and trigger the pneumatic switch 55.
That is, the one-way switch 57 is opened and allows air to flow through the pneumatic switch 55 only when the user inhales the electronic cigarette 100 (when outside air flows from the air inlet 510 to the air outlet 5303), so as to trigger the pneumatic switch 55 to control the operation of the atomizing device. When the user inhales reversely from the tail cap device 50, the one-way switch 57 is turned off, so that the air cannot flow through the pneumatic switch 55, and the pneumatic switch 55 cannot work, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing suck-back and improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, specifically, the fixing member 53 includes a main body 530, the vent 5301 penetrates through two opposite surfaces of the main body 530 and includes an air inlet side a and an air outlet side b, the air inlet 510 is communicated with the air inlet side a, and the air outlet 5303 is disposed on a side of the fixing member 53 adjacent to the battery cell 33 and is communicated with the air outlet side b. The pneumatic switch 55 is located on a gas flow path from the gas inlet side a to the gas outlet side b when fitted in the venthole 5301 to sense the gas flowing therethrough.
The one-way switch 57 is openably and closably disposed between the air outlet 5303 and the interior of the battery shaft 31 in the air flow channel so as to be capable of being opened to allow air to flow through the air switch 55 and then through the air outlet 5303 into the interior of the battery shaft 31 upon a user's suction, and closed to prevent air from flowing from the interior of the battery shaft 31 to the air outlet 5303 and through the air switch 55 upon a user's reverse inhalation from the tail cap device 50.
In one embodiment, the one-way switch 57 is a plurality of silicone valves disposed on one side of the air outlet 5303. The plurality of silica gel valves are mutually unfolded along the airflow direction when the gas flows from the gas inlet holes 510 to the gas outlet holes 5303, so as to be opened and mutually closed along the airflow direction when the gas flows from the gas outlet holes 5303 to the gas inlet holes 510, thereby realizing the unidirectional circulation of the gas. In this embodiment, the fixing member 53 is made of a silicone material.
In another embodiment, the one-way switch 57 is a wind-blocking sheet disposed at one side of the air outlet 5303, the wind-blocking sheet opens the air outlet 5303 in the air flow direction when the air flows from the air inlet 5303 to the air outlet 5303, and closes the air outlet 5303 in the air flow direction when the air flows from the air outlet 5303 to the air inlet 510. In this embodiment, the fixing member 53 is made of a silicone material, and the windshield is a silicone sheet disposed on one side of the air outlet 5303.
Further, the fixing member 53 includes a light guiding column 532, and the light guiding column 532 is disposed transversely on the air inlet side a of the vent 5301 and directly faces the light emitting member on the pneumatic switch 55, so as to better display the working states of the pneumatic switch 55 and the electronic cigarette 100.
Further, the electronic cigarette 100 includes an insulating member 70 (as shown in fig. 3), and the insulating member 70 is disposed between the positive and negative terminals of the battery cell 33 and the battery rod 31 in an insulating manner, so as to prevent the positive and negative terminals of the battery cell 33 from contacting the battery rod 31.
Referring to fig. 6, during use, when the user sucks on the electronic cigarette 100, the external air passes through the air inlet hole 510 of the tail cap device 50 and the air inlet side a of the vent 5301 in the direction indicated by the arrow a, then flows through the pneumatic switch 55, and flows from the air outlet side b of the vent 5301, the air outlet hole 5303 and the inside of the battery rod 31 to the atomizing assembly. Due to the action of the suction force, the one-way switch 57 on the side of the air outlet 5303 is opened, and at the moment, the pneumatic switch 55 starts to work, the battery device 30 supplies electric energy, and the user can suck the food.
