Description

Correcting device easy to adjust
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an orthodontic appliance technical field, concretely relates to tooth orthotic devices.
Background
At present, aiming at the problems of teeth or faces such as crowding of teeth, bucking of teeth, uneven arrangement of teeth, malocclusion and the like, an orthodontist treats a patient by adopting an orthodontic appliance, and orthodontic appliances such as a bracket, a buccal tube and the like are main components of the orthodontic treatment appliance. In conventional orthodontic treatment, an orthodontist affixes brackets to a patient's teeth and places an archwire into the archwire slots of the brackets, the archwire applying corrective forces through the brackets to the teeth to move the teeth into the correct positions. Orthodontic appliances are generally made of metal and are affixed to the teeth to affect the appearance of the appearance, so there are some patients who choose to affix orthodontic appliances to the lingual side of the teeth for aesthetic purposes during treatment.
Patent application CN109069229A discloses a tooth repositioning system and method, which includes an arch-shaped member, a plurality of elastic members and a fixing member, wherein the fixing member is used for being stuck on the teeth of a patient, one end of each elastic member is connected with the fixing member, the other end of each elastic member is connected with the arch-shaped member, the fixing member is supported by the arch-shaped member, the elastic members have a memory function and are designed according to a model obtained after the teeth are virtually arranged according to original dentition model data of the patient, so that each fixing member can drive the teeth to be aligned under the action force of the elastic members recovering the original shape, and the correction is realized. Traditional orthodontic device has arch wire and bracket to constitute, in order to guarantee the security of correcting, generally when just beginning to correct, because tooth regularity is lower, adopts the circular arch wire of minor diameter earlier, along with correcting the process, improves the diameter of circular arch wire, then changes circular arch wire into square arch wire, adjusts the torque of tooth. The arch wire needs to be replaced in such a way, because the teeth are not aligned in the initial correction stage, the arch wire is directly upward-shaped, on one hand, the square arch wire is difficult to bend at a large angle and cannot be installed, on the other hand, the torque adjustment of the teeth can be realized due to the square arch wire, the stress of the tooth root is large in the torque adjustment process, the tooth root is easy to absorb, and the square arch wire cannot be directly installed from the safety perspective. In patent application CN109069229A, an elastic member corresponding to each tooth position is used to replace an arch wire in a conventional orthodontic device, because the elastic member has a structure different from that of an arch wire and has some bent portions, it can be directly made into a square shape, so that torque adjustment is achieved, but in order to ensure safety, the orthodontic force of the elastic member still needs to be adjusted according to actual conditions in the process of correction, while the method adopted in patent application CN109069229A is to design the elastic member according to conditions and then customize the elastic member, i.e. to produce a plurality of elastic members to adjust the orthodontic force in the whole orthodontic process, by adopting the scheme, independent mold opening production needs to be performed on the elastic member at each stage, the production cost is high, and the elastic member needs to be detached from the orthodontic device and then reinstalled on a new one in the process of adjustment, for doctors, the operation is complicated, and for patients, the diagnosis and treatment process takes a long time.
Some patients have teeth that need to be moved with large displacement and need to be moved step by step, and when the movement position needs to be adjusted by using the orthodontic device in CN109069229A, the adjustment is performed by replacing the elastic members, and increasing the number of the elastic members firstly increases the production cost of the elastic members, and in addition, the operation of the process of replacing the elastic members is complicated, and the diagnosis and treatment time of doctors is increased.
In view of the above, the present application aims to provide an orthodontic device that facilitates adjustment of an orthodontic force or adjustment of a tooth movement position.
