The toy of claim 4, wherein the body is formed in a cylindrical shape, the number of the second insertion portions is two, the two second insertion portions are respectively disposed at two axial ends of the body, and the second insertion hole extends in an axial direction of the second insertion portion.

8. The multi-functional splicing pen assembly toy according to claim 7, wherein the first splicing hole penetrates through the second splicing part in a radial direction of the second splicing part, and the first splicing part is provided at one axial end of the second splicing part.
9. The multi-functional splicing pen assembly toy according to claim 6, wherein the pen tail end is provided with a third splicing part adapted to be matched with the opening of the slot.
