Referring to fig. 6 and 7 again, in the present embodiment, the housing 138 further defines a third opening 128 spaced apart from the second opening 126, and the third opening 128 is opposite to the first opening 124 and located above the second opening 126. Meanwhile, the interaction control assembly 156 further comprises a camera 134, and the camera 134 is opposite to the third opening 128, so that when the casing 138 is located at the open position, a worker can maintain the camera 134 through the first opening 124, and the maintainability of the human-computer interaction device 118 is further ensured. Of course, in other embodiments, the position of the third opening 128 may also be adjusted according to requirements, for example, the third opening may be set to be communicated with the second opening 126, and the like, and the embodiment is not limited.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in the present embodiment, the interactive control assembly 156 further includes a mounting plate 154 and a control assembly 156, the mounting plate 154 is disposed on a side of the display assembly 130 adjacent to the first opening 124 and is fixedly connected to the housing 138, the control assembly 156 is mounted on a side of the mounting plate 154 adjacent to the first opening 124, so that the control assembly 156 can be integrally detached by detaching the mounting plate 154, thereby improving maintainability of the control assembly 156; meanwhile, the display assembly 130 can be protected by the mounting plate 154, so as to ensure the service life of the human-computer interaction device 118.
Preferably, a second limiting groove (not shown) is disposed on a side of the mounting plate 154 away from the first opening 124, and the display module 130 is further inserted into the second limiting groove to limit the display module 130, and further improve the stability and reliability of the display module 130 after being mounted.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the interactive control component 156 includes a keyboard, a scanner, and an identification card recognition component, the keyboard can be used for the user to input a password, the scanner can scan the card or the identification card information to facilitate identification, and the identification card recognition component can perform identification of the identification card to ensure the safety and reliability of the human-computer interaction device 118 and the vending apparatus 100 during the maintenance operation. Meanwhile, in other embodiments, the interactive control component 156 may also be one or a combination of several of the display component 130, the camera 134, the keyboard, the scanner, the identification card identifying component, and the control component 156, so as to meet the required operation requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7 again, in the embodiment, the housing 138 further includes a first reinforcing plate 158 and a second reinforcing plate 160 disposed at two sides of the second opening 126 at an interval along a second direction, the second direction is a horizontal direction perpendicular to the first direction, and the first reinforcing plate 158 and the second reinforcing plate 160 are both disposed in an extending manner along a vertical direction, so that when the display assembly 130 is located between the first reinforcing plate 158 and the second reinforcing plate 160, two ends of each supporting frame 142 along the second direction can be respectively fixedly connected with the first reinforcing plate 158 and the second reinforcing plate 160, thereby effectively improving the overall strength of the housing 138, and facilitating the installation and positioning of the display assembly 130.
Preferably, the housing 138 further includes a third reinforcing plate 164 and a fourth reinforcing plate 166, the third reinforcing plate 164 and the fourth reinforcing plate 166 are disposed at intervals on two sides of the second opening 126 along the first direction, that is, along the vertical direction, the third reinforcing plate 164 and the fourth reinforcing plate 166 are disposed to extend along the horizontal direction, and the first reinforcing plate 158, the third reinforcing plate 164, the second reinforcing plate 160 and the fourth reinforcing plate 166 are sequentially connected end to form an installation space, so that the display screen 132 of the whole display assembly 130 can be embedded in the installation space, thereby further improving the overall strength of the housing 138, and facilitating the installation and positioning of the display assembly 130.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the second direction may also be a direction forming another included angle with the first direction, and is not necessarily perpendicular to the first direction, and this embodiment is not limited.
Referring to fig. 3 again, in the present embodiment, the human-computer interaction device 118 further includes a lock device, which is one of an electronic lock or a mechanical lock, and specifically includes a lock body 172 and a lock catch 174, the lock body 172 is disposed on the housing 138, the lock catch 174 is disposed on the third sidewall 110, when the housing 138 is located at the closed position, the lock body 172 can cooperate with the lock catch 174 to lock the housing 138 at the closed position, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the human-computer interaction device 118 during normal operation, and simultaneously prevent a lawbreaker from damaging the human-computer interaction device 118, thereby ensuring the service life of the human-computer interaction device 118. Of course, in other embodiments, the lock body 172 may be disposed on the third sidewall 110, and the lock catch 174 may be disposed on the casing 138, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the lock body 172 is disposed at an end of the housing 138. Meanwhile, a fixing plate 176 is further specifically disposed on the third side wall 110, the fixing plate 176 extends in the horizontal direction and is fixedly connected to the second mounting frame 180, and the latch 174 is disposed at an end of the fixing plate 176 and is matched with a lock body 172 disposed on the housing 138 to lock and unlock the housing 138. Of course, in other embodiments, the position of the lock body 172 disposed on the housing 138 and the position of the lock catch 174 disposed on the fixing plate 176 may be adjusted according to the requirement, so that the lock body and the lock catch can be matched to lock and unlock the housing 138, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The following describes the operation of the vending apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention in detail:
when the goods purchasing operation is performed by using the vending apparatus 100, the information of the goods in the storage device 121 can be checked through the transparent plate 170, and meanwhile, the goods to be purchased can be confirmed and input through the man-machine interaction device 118; the control assembly 156 may then control the pickup mechanism to pick up the goods pushed from the storage shelf and then deliver the goods to the pickup opening 116 for easy removal by the user.
In the above process, if the human-computer interaction device 118 needs to be maintained, the lock body 172 can be separated from the lock catch 174, so that the human-computer interaction device 118 of the vending apparatus 100 can move between the open position and the closed position, when the human-computer interaction device 118 needs to be maintained, the interaction control assembly 156 can be exposed through the first opening 124 only by moving the casing 138 to the open position, and the interaction control assembly 156 in the casing 138 can be maintained through the first opening 124, so that the maintainability of the vending apparatus 100 can be improved.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a vending apparatus 100 with easy maintenance and long service life.

a cabinet comprising a sidewall;
the human-computer interaction device comprises a shell and an interaction control assembly arranged in the shell, wherein the shell is movably arranged on the outer side of the side wall and is opposite to the side wall, the side wall is provided with an opening position and a closing position, the shell is provided with a first opening, when the shell is positioned in the closing position, the side wall is sealed with the first opening, when the shell is positioned in the opening position, the first opening is opened, and the first opening is exposed out of the interaction control assembly.
2. A vending apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the shell is rotatably arranged on the side wall, when the shell is positioned at the closed position, the shell and the side wall are stacked, and when the shell is positioned at the open position, an included angle is formed between the shell and the side wall;
or,
the housing is slidably disposed on the sidewall, and when the housing is in the closed position, the housing is stacked with the sidewall, and when the housing is in the open position, at least a portion of the housing is staggered with the sidewall.
3. A vending apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
