Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of still further embodiments of portable pet litter monitoring devices according to the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4 and 1, the above-mentioned odor extraction module includes an air pump, an air tube 42, and an air bag 43. The air bag 43 is provided to the inner wall of the housing 1 and covers the odor sensor. Both ends of the air pump communicate with the air bag 43 and the smell storage section 25 through the air tube 42, and in an operating state, the air pump pumps air into the air bag 43, the smell sensor monitors the air, and in response to completion of the monitoring operation by the smell sensor, the air pump pumps the air in the air bag 43 into the smell storage section 25. In this way, the odor of the pet excrement enters the air bag 43 from the initial odor storage section 25 for odor monitoring, and after the odor monitoring is completed, the odor in the air bag 43 returns to the odor storage section 25 through the air pump. Above-mentioned smell moves in sealed environment all the time, can not take place the problem of leaking, and then has avoided the smell to spread in this equipment, has improved user experience, makes this equipment security higher. After monitoring is complete, the sample presentation assembly 3 is ejected and the user can dispose of the sample collection assembly 2. The odor is in the closed environment of the odor storage section 25 at this time, and the diffusion of the odor can be avoided as well. Furthermore, the sample collection assembly 2 can still ensure that gas does not leak out after the monitoring is completed, thereby enhancing the reliability of the device and improving the user experience. At the same time, the sealed environment provided by the monitoring section 24 can also ensure that pet feces do not leak out.
The structure of the odor extraction component and the sample collection component is the invention of the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the user puts the collected pet excrement into the monitoring section 24 through the putting-in opening 21, and the odor of the pet excrement enters the odor storage section 25 through the breathable film. Alternatively, the above-mentioned scent storage section 25 may be vacuum-set so that the scent storage section 25 may attract scent. In this way, after the pet feces are placed in the monitoring section 24, the odor can enter the odor storage section 25 through the gas permeable membrane, and the odor storage section 25 can collect the odor of the pet feces because the gas permeable membrane can prevent the liquid from passing through. Further, the air pump 41 pumps the air into the air bag 43, the odor sensor monitors the air, and the air pump 41 pumps the air in the air bag 43 to the odor storage section 25 in response to the odor sensor completing the monitoring operation. In this way, the odor of the pet excrement enters the air bag 43 from the initial odor storage section 25 for odor monitoring, and after the odor monitoring is completed, the odor in the air bag 43 returns to the odor storage section 25 through the air pump 41. Above-mentioned smell moves in sealed environment all the time, can not take place the problem of leaking, and then has avoided the smell to spread in this equipment, has improved user experience, makes this equipment security higher. The peculiar smell generated in the process of carrying out routine examination on the pet excrement is solved, and the negative influence on the user is avoided.
Optionally, in order to make the odor sensor better monitor the odor, a gas concentration sensor for monitoring the gas concentration in the airbag may be further provided in the airbag. The apparatus may further include a controller in communication with the air pump. The concentration sensor responds to the fact that the collected gas concentration in the air bag is lower than a preset threshold value, and the air pump continues to pump the gas in the smell storage section so as to improve the gas concentration in the air bag. It should be noted that, a person skilled in the art may determine the preset threshold according to the monitoring accuracy of the odor sensor and other indicators.
The amount of gas pumped by the gas pump is obtained by analyzing the gas concentration through an artificial intelligence chip included in the controller. The machine learning model carried by the artificial intelligence chip is obtained by training a training sample set.
As an example, the machine learning model may be derived by performing the following training steps based on a set of training samples: respectively inputting the sample gas concentration of at least one training sample in the training sample set to the initial machine learning model to obtain the gas amount extracted by the corresponding gas pump; comparing the amount of gas pumped by the gas pump corresponding to the concentration of the gas in each sample in the at least one training sample with the amount of gas pumped by the corresponding sample gas pump; determining the prediction accuracy of the initial machine learning model according to the comparison result; determining whether the prediction accuracy is greater than a preset accuracy threshold; in response to determining that the accuracy is greater than the preset accuracy threshold, taking the initial machine learning model as a trained machine learning model; and adjusting parameters of the initial machine learning model in response to the determination that the accuracy is not greater than the preset accuracy threshold, forming a training sample set by using unused training samples, using the adjusted initial machine learning model as the initial machine learning model, and executing the training step again. It will be appreciated that after the above training, the machine learning model can be used to characterize the correspondence between the gas concentration and the amount of gas pumped by the gas pump. The above-mentioned machine learning model may be a convolutional neural network model.
As an example, the machine learning model described above may include a gas concentration and correspondence table. The correspondence table may be a correspondence table based on the correspondence between the concentrations of a plurality of gases and the amount of gas pumped by the gas pump by those skilled in the art. In this way, the gas concentration is sequentially compared with the plurality of gas concentrations in the correspondence table, and when any one of the gas concentrations in the correspondence table is the same as or close to the gas concentration, the gas amount pumped by the gas pump corresponding to the gas concentration in the correspondence table is set as the gas amount pumped by the gas pump indicated by the gas concentration. The controller can determine the amount of gas pumped by the gas pump for the gas concentration.
As another example, the initial machine learning model may be an untrained deep learning model or an untrained deep learning model, and each layer of the initial deep learning model may be provided with initial parameters, and the parameters may be continuously adjusted during the training of the deep learning model. The initial deep learning model may be various types of untrained or untrained artificial neural networks or a model obtained by combining various types of untrained or untrained artificial neural networks, for example, the initial deep learning model may be an untrained convolutional neural network, an untrained cyclic neural network, or a model obtained by combining an untrained convolutional neural network, an untrained cyclic neural network, and an untrained full-connected layer. In this way, the gas concentration can be input from the input side of the deep learning model, and the gas concentration can be output from the output side of the deep learning model after being sequentially processed by the parameters of each layer in the deep learning model, wherein the information output by the output side is the gas amount extracted by the gas pump.
Therefore, the gas concentration is analyzed, the gas quantity pumped by the gas pump is further adjusted, the gas concentration in the air bag can be adjusted, and the monitoring result of the odor sensor on the odor of the gas can be more accurate.
In order to prevent the odor extraction assembly from affecting the movement of the sample feeding assembly 3, the odor extraction assembly further comprises an air pipe 42 connecting assembly, and the odor storage section 25 is provided with an air valve 22. The air tube 42 connector assembly includes a connector 44 in removable communication with the air valve 22 and a lifting device that, in operation, moves the connector 44 toward and away from the air valve 22 to open and close the air valve 22 to draw or fill air into the odor storage section 25. Wherein, the lifting device comprises a beam 45 and a slide rail 46, the slide rail 46 is vertically disposed on the inner wall of the housing 1, one end of the beam 45 is slidably connected with the slide rail 46, the other end of the beam 45 is fixedly connected with the connector 44, and in response to the sample feeding assembly 3 being inserted into the housing 1, the beam 45 drives the connector 44 to move towards the air valve 22. By way of example, the air valve 22 may include a body and a valve, and the fitting 44 may push the valve open to communicate with the odor storage section 25. In this way, the odor extraction component does not affect the movement of the sample feeding component 3, and when the sample feeding component 3 is inserted into the housing 1, the lifting device driving joint 44 is communicated with the air valve 22, and the air in the odor storage section 25 is conveyed to the air bag 43 through the air pump. When the gas detection is completed, the above-mentioned air pump transfers the gas in the air bag 43 back to the smell storage section 25. Eventually, the pile child drives the connector 44 away from the air valve 22 and the sample presentation assembly 3 ejects. The arrangement can ensure that the odor extraction component does not influence the movement of the sample feeding component 3, so that the device is more reasonable and reliable.
Further, in order to disperse the pet excrement in the monitoring section 24 for improving the image collection and microscopic observation, the sample feeding assembly 3 may include a sample groove 31 for accommodating the sample collection assembly 2, and a separating member provided to the bottom of the sample groove, the separating member including one or more rollers 32 provided to the bottom of the sample groove, the rollers 32 being rotated in their own axial direction to uniformly contain the pet excrement in the monitoring section 24. Pet litter may be spread by the action of the roller 32 on the monitoring zone 24, thereby improving the image acquisition and microscopic observation. Alternatively, a member such as a vibrator may be provided at the bottom of the sample tank 31 to disperse the pet excrement.

The sample presentation assembly is then pushed into the housing. And then, acquiring the index information of the pet excrement through an index monitoring component. And finally, transmitting the index information to a server through a data transmission component. And then, the server analyzes the index information to obtain the health condition of the pet. Therefore, the pet owner can detect the pet at any time through the device, and the trouble of going to the animal hospital regularly is solved. The pet health care device provides convenience for pet owners, and can know the physical conditions of the pets in time.
In addition, by providing the conducting member, it is possible to realize that the sample application assembly can be detachably inserted to the above-described housing. Thereby providing convenience for the user to replace new pet excrement.
In addition, by providing the sample collection assembly with a monitoring section, an odor storage section and a gas permeable membrane, odor can be passed through the gas permeable membrane into the odor storage section, and since the gas permeable membrane can prevent liquid from passing through, the odor storage section can collect odor from the pet feces, and the monitoring section collects the pet feces. Because monitoring section and smell storage section all can provide sealed environment, consequently can ensure that pet excrement and gas can not reveal, have strengthened the reliability of this equipment, have improved user experience.
Further, the smell extraction component can enable smell of the pet excrement to enter the air bag from the beginning smell storage section for smell monitoring, and after the smell monitoring is completed, the smell in the air bag returns to the smell storage section through the air pump. After the sample collection assembly completes monitoring, gas can still be ensured not to leak, the reliability of the device is enhanced, and the user experience is improved
Further, through setting up elevating gear, can make the smell extract the subassembly and do not influence the motion of above-mentioned assembly of sending a sample, make this equipment more reasonable, reliable.
Finally, the pet excrement can be dispersed through the effect of the roller on the monitoring section, so that the image acquisition and microscopic observation effects are improved, and the monitoring quality is improved.
