A sound-insulating door and window frame structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said shock absorber assembly (5) comprises a male seat (51) and a female seat (52), said male seat (51) being fixedly connected to said first door and window frame (1), one end of said female seat (52) being fixedly connected to said second door and window frame (4), the other end of said female seat (52) being threadedly connected to said male seat (51).
3. A soundproof door and window frame structure as set forth in claim 2, wherein said female seat (52) has a first female screw hole (521) at a middle portion thereof, and said male seat (51) has an externally threaded post (511) formed at one end thereof to be screw-coupled to said first female screw hole (521).
4. A soundproof door and window frame structure according to claim 3, wherein the damper assembly (5) further includes a fastening member (53), the externally threaded stud (511) is a hollow stud, a second internally threaded hole (512) is formed at an inner side of the externally threaded stud (511), one end of the fastening member (53) has an external thread, and the fastening member (53) is threadedly coupled to the second internally threaded hole (512) after passing through the first door and window frame (1).
5. Acoustic door and window frame structure, according to claim 4, characterized in that said fasteners (53) are bolts or screws.
6. Soundproof door and window frame structure according to claim 4, characterized in that the female seat (52) has a filling groove (522) outside the first internally threaded hole (521), and a shock absorbing material (54) is provided in the filling groove (522).

Soundproof door and window frame structure according to claim 4, wherein the female seat (52) is provided with a fixing portion (523) at an outer edge of a side close to the second door and window frame (4), and the fixing portion (523) is fixedly connected to the second door and window frame (4) by a bolt or a screw.
8. A sound-insulating door and window frame structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein a positioning plate (513) is provided on the outer edge of the male housing (51) on the side close to the first door and window frame (1), and the positioning plate (513) is closely attached to the first door and window frame (1) after assembly.
9. The soundproof door and window frame structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a vibration buffering space (6) accommodating the damper assembly (5) is formed between the first door and window frame (1) and the second door and window frame (4), and a soundproof filling material located outside the damper assembly (5) is filled in the vibration buffering space (6).
10. Soundproof door and window comprising a structure of the soundproof door and window frame according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first door and window frame (1) is movably connected with a door and window body (2).
