Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the food processor 500 includes a main body 200, a reduction box 100, a first stirring assembly 310 and a second stirring assembly 320. The food processor 500 may or may not include a cup. The main body 200 includes a motor (not shown). The reduction gearbox 100 is a separate component that is removably mounted to the main frame 200. The reduction box 100 can provide different rotation speeds for the first stirring assembly 310 and the second stirring assembly 320, thereby meeting different requirements.
The reduction gearbox 100 includes a housing 10, a transmission assembly 20, a first clutch 30 and a second clutch 40. The transmission assembly 20 is installed in the housing 10, and the transmission assembly 20 includes a transmission shaft 21, a driving gear 22 disposed on the transmission shaft 21, a driven gear 23 engaged with the driving gear 22, and an inner gear ring 24 engaged with the driven gear 23. The first clutch 30 is fitted to the driven gear 23. The second clutch 40 is engaged with the driven gear 23, and the second clutch 40 includes an opening 45 corresponding to the first clutch 30. When the reduction box 100 is installed on the main machine 200, the transmission shaft 21 is connected with an output shaft of the motor 210.
The driving gear 22 may be fixed to the transmission shaft 21, or may be integrally formed with the transmission shaft 21. The number of the transmission gears 23 may be 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, and is not limited thereto. In the illustrated embodiment, the number of drive gears is 3.
The first stirring assembly 310 is used for connecting with the first clutch 30. The second stirring assembly 320 is used for connecting with the second clutch 40. In use, the first stirring assembly 310 or the second stirring assembly 320 can be selected as desired. In the illustrated embodiment, the first stirring assembly 310 is an egg-breaking bar and the second stirring assembly 320 is a mashed potato stirring bar.
When eggs need to be beaten, the first stirring component 310 is installed on the host 200, the first stirring component 310 is connected with the first clutch 30, the first stirring component 310 extends into a cup body or other containers filled with the eggs, and the food processor 500 is started, so that the eggs can be beaten. Similarly, when mashed potato production is required, the second stirring assembly 320 is installed to the main body 200.
In other embodiments, the first stirring assembly 310 and the second stirring assembly 320 can also be stirring assemblies that implement other stirring functions. For example, the first stirring assembly 310 may also be a meat cutter assembly or a bread cutter assembly. Likewise, the second agitating assembly 320 may also be a meat or bread cutter assembly. In the illustrated embodiment, the ring gear 24 is fixed to the housing 10. Specifically, the inner gear ring 24 may be fixed to the housing 10 by a fastener, a snap, or the like. In other embodiments, the ring gear 24 is integrally formed with the housing 10.
The driven gear 23 includes a first gear part 231 and a second gear part 232 arranged in an up-down direction, the first gear part 231 is engaged with the ring gear 24, and the second gear part 232 is engaged with the second clutch 40. Thus, the structure is simple and compact. The diameters of the first gear 231 and the second gear 232 may be the same or different. In the illustrated embodiment, the diameter of the first gear portion 231 is greater than the diameter of the second gear portion 232.
The second clutch 40 includes a clutch portion 41 located above the first clutch 30 and a ring gear portion 42 engaged with the second ring gear portion 232, and the opening 45 is provided in the clutch portion 41. Teeth engaged with the second gear unit 232 are provided inside the rim portion 42. In this way, the second clutch 40 can be rotated by the driven gear 23 rotating due to the engagement of the ring gear portion 42 with the second gear portion 232.
The transmission assembly 20 further includes a carrier 50 fixed to the first clutch 30, and the driven gear 23 includes a gear shaft 231 engaged with the first clutch 30 and the carrier 50. In this way, the driven gear 23 is made more stable in use. Specifically, the upper end of the gear shaft 235 of the driven gear 23 is fitted into the shaft hole of the first clutch 30, and the lower end of the gear shaft 235 is fitted into the shaft hole of the carrier 50. The first clutch 30 and the carrier 50 may be fixed by a fastening member, a tight fit, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The reduction ratio of the first clutch 30 ranges between 8 and 20. Thus, the requirements of the whipping function of the first whipping assembly 310 can be better satisfied. In some embodiments, the reduction ratio of the first clutch 30 may be 8, 12, 16, 20 or some value between any adjacent values, but is not limited thereto.
The reduction ratio of the second clutch 40 ranges from 50 to 300. Therefore, the requirements of the stirring function of the second stirring assembly 320 can be better met. In some embodiments, the reduction ratio of the second clutch 40 may be 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 or some value between any adjacent values, but is not limited thereto.
The housing 10 includes a housing 11 and an upper cover 12 installed on the housing 11, the transmission assembly 20, the first clutch 30 and the second clutch 40 are installed between the housing 11 and the upper cover 12, and the upper cover 12 is provided with an opening 121 corresponding to the first clutch 30 and the second clutch 40. Thus, the assembly is convenient.
In the illustrated embodiment, the housing 11 is substantially cylindrical, the housing 11 includes a side wall 111 and an inner wall 112 extending inward from the side wall 111, the inner gear ring 24 is fixed above the inner wall 112, and the transmission shaft 21 passes through the inner wall 112. A bearing 113 is arranged between the transmission shaft 21 and the inner wall 112, and the transmission shaft 21 is further provided with a gasket 114 for limiting the bearing 113.
During assembly, the transmission assembly 20, the first clutch 30 and the second clutch 40 are first installed in the housing 11, and then the upper cover 12 is installed in the housing 11. The upper cover 12 and the housing 11 can be mounted together by means of a snap, a fastener, etc.

2. A reduction gearbox according to claim 1, characterised in that: the inner gear ring (24) is fixed on the shell (10); or the inner gear ring (24) and the shell (10) are integrally formed.

A reduction gearbox according to claim 2, characterised in that: the driven gear (23) comprises a first gear part (231) and a second gear part (232) which are arranged along the up-down direction, the first gear part (231) is meshed with the inner gear ring (24), and the second gear part (232) is meshed with the second clutch (40).
4. A reduction gearbox according to claim 3, characterised in that: the second clutch (40) includes a clutch portion (41) located above the first clutch (30) and a ring gear portion (42) engaged with the second gear portion (232), and the aperture (45) is provided in the clutch portion (41).
5. A reduction gearbox according to claim 2, characterised in that: the transmission assembly (20) further includes a carrier (50) fixed to the first clutch (30), and the driven gear (23) includes a gear shaft (235) engaged with the first clutch (30) and the carrier (50).
6. A reduction gearbox according to claim 1, characterised in that: the reduction ratio of the first clutch (30) ranges between 8 and 20.
7. A reduction gearbox according to claim 2, characterised in that: the reduction ratio of the second clutch (40) ranges between 50 and 300.

A reduction gearbox according to claim 1, characterised in that: the shell (10) comprises a shell (11) and an upper cover (12) arranged on the shell (11), the transmission assembly (20), the first clutch (30) and the second clutch (40) are arranged between the shell (11) and the upper cover (12), and the upper cover (12) is provided with an opening (121) corresponding to the first clutch (30) and the second clutch (40).
