1. A stirring cutter head assembly which is characterized in that: the stirring cutter head assembly comprises:
a chassis (10);
the cutter shaft (15) penetrates through the chassis (10), and an upper stirring cutter (11) is fixed at the upper end of the cutter shaft (15); and
the transmission case comprises a mounting seat (16), a transmission gear (21) fixed on the cutter shaft (15), a driven gear (22) meshed with the transmission gear (21) and a cutter seat (24), the mounting seat (16) is matched and fixed with the chassis (10), the driven gear (22) is mounted on the mounting seat (16) through a gear shaft (23), the cutter seat (24) comprises an inner gear ring (25) meshed with the driven gear (22), and a lower stirring cutter (26) is fixed on the cutter seat (24).
2. A blending cutter head assembly according to claim 1, wherein: part of the blades (269) of the lower stirring blade (26) is bent downward.
