For the fan 3 adopted in this embodiment, the EC outer rotor integrated axial flow fan 3 can be selected, a digital brushless dc outer rotor motor is adopted, and an axial flow fan with an integrated fan blade and rotor is configured on the motor, so that the EC outer rotor integrated axial flow fan 3 has the advantage of low noise compared with the conventional axial flow fan 3.
In detail, the support frame body for the present embodiment includes a lateral support frame 5 and legs 6 provided below the lateral support frame 5. The silencing wind pipe 7 adopted in the embodiment is a tubular structure with a hollow inner cavity, the top end of the silencing wind pipe 7 is an opening structure communicated with the hollow inner cavity, and the rectifying grating 8 is assembled in the hollow inner cavity of the silencing wind pipe 7. The flow-straightening grid 8 may be adapted to the hollow cavity of the silencing wind pipe 7 by an assembling bracket, or an assembling lug adapted to support and assemble the flow-straightening grid 8 may be pre-fabricated in the silencing wind pipe 7, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, preferably, the rectifying grille 8 is installed at a position half of the overall height of the silencing duct 7, so as to improve the outlet airflow of the fan 3, reduce the airflow loss, and reduce the noise.
Under the optional condition, the height of the silencing air duct 7 is 2 times of the diameter of the fan 3, the silencing air duct 7 is made of stainless steel 304, silencing cotton can be lined in the silencing air duct 7, and small holes with the diameter of 5mm can be formed in the surface of the silencing air duct 7 and used for absorbing noise at an air outlet of the fan 3.
In view of further reducing the vibration problem of the supporting frame during the use process, the present embodiment is further provided with a shock pad 9 at the bottom of the supporting leg 6 of the supporting frame.

the auxiliary baffle plate assembly comprises a plurality of auxiliary baffle plates with the same structure, which are sequentially arranged along the depth direction of the bucket-shaped shell body.
3. The muffler of claim 2, wherein the secondary baffle is of a V-shaped configuration in cross-section with an opening of the V-shaped configuration facing the open mouth of the bucket shell body.
4. The muffler of claim 1, wherein the main baffle is of a V-shaped configuration in cross-section with an opening of the V-shaped configuration facing the open mouth of the bucket shell body.
5. The silencer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the two longitudinal side ends of the bucket-shaped shell body are symmetrically distributed; and
the lateral ends of the two width directions of the bucket-shaped shell body are symmetrically distributed.
6. The muffler of claim 5, wherein an angle of 120 degrees is formed between a width-direction side end and a length-direction side end of the bucket-shaped shell body at a portion away from the open opening.
7. An air cooler, comprising: the support frame body, and the tube bundle and the fan which are arranged on the support frame body; wherein
The fan is positioned above the tube bundle; and
the silencer of any one of claims 1 to 6 is further arranged on the support frame body and below the tube bundle.
8. The air cooler of claim 7, wherein the open mouth of the muffler faces a tube bundle.
9. The air cooler according to any one of claims 7 or 8, further comprising a noise reduction air duct provided on the support frame body and covering the periphery of the fan; and
and a rectifying grating is arranged in the silencing air duct along the direction parallel to the tube bundle.
10. The air cooler according to claim 9, wherein a shock-absorbing pad is provided at a bottom of the leg of the support frame.
