Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a package assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the package assembly 100 may include: the packaging sheet 110 and the easy-to-pull tab 120, the easy-to-pull tab 120 has a tear part 121 and a pull tab 122, the tear part 121 is in a shape of uniform stress, the tear part 121 is adhered and attached to the packaging sheet 110, and the tensile strength of the easy-to-pull tab 120 is greater than that of the packaging sheet 110.
The shape of the tear portion 121 of the pull-tab 120 includes, but is not limited to, a shape with uniform stress at the edges, such as a rectangle, a square, and an oval.
When it is desired to form a tear in the packaging sheet 110, a user can grasp the pull tab 122 of the pull-tab 120 and tear and move the pull tab 122 upward to apply a tearing force to the pull-tab 120, and since the tear portion 121 is completely attached to the packaging sheet 110 and the tensile strength of the pull-tab 120 is greater than that of the packaging sheet 110, the region where the packaging sheet 110 is attached to the tear portion 121 of the pull-tab 120 is torn by the tearing force during the tearing process, thereby forming a tear on the packaging sheet 110 that substantially coincides with the edge of the tear portion 121. Further, since the edge of the tear portion 121 of the pull-tab 120 has a uniform stress shape, when a tearing force is applied to the pull-tab 120, the edge of the tear portion 121 forms a uniform stress edge, and the packaging sheet 110 is torn at a position facing the edge of the tear portion 121, thereby forming a clean tear.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, tab 122 has a width that decreases from end 122A near tear 121 to end 122B away from tear 121, and the portion of tab 122 near tear 121 is adhesively attached to sheet 110. For example, the shape of the pull tab 122 may be semicircular, semi-elliptical, triangular, trapezoidal, etc., and the shape of the pull tab 122 may also be trapezoidal in the portion near the tear portion 121 and semicircular or semi-elliptical in the portion far from the tear portion 121. It should be noted that the dotted line in fig. 1 is used to indicate the connection position of the tear portion 121 and the pull tab 122, so as to show one end 122A of the pull tab 122 close to the tear portion 121, which is not used to limit the specific structure of the tear portion 121 and the pull tab 122.
In the present embodiment, the tearing force is applied to tab 122 by grasping the portion of tab 122 away from tear portion 121, and since the width of tab 122 decreases from end 122A near tear portion 121 to end 122B away from tear portion 121, the area of the fit area on wrapping sheet 110 closest to the initial point of force is minimized, and most of the tearing force is concentrated in this area, so that it is easy to tear wrapping sheet 110; as tab 122 is moved upward in a tearing motion, sheet 110 extends from the tear location to form a tear notch of increasing width that conforms to the shape of the edge of tab 122. This facilitates tearing of sheet 110 and the formation of a tear notch that extends toward the area where sheet 110 is attached to tear portion 121.
In one embodiment, tear portion 121 has a shape that matches the shape of wrapper sheet 110, and the periphery of wrapper sheet 110 is located outside the periphery of tear portion 121. For example, the shape of the tear portion 121 and the shape of the packaging sheet 110 are each any one of rectangular, square, and oval. This is done so that a tear is formed in the middle of wrapping sheet 110.
In one embodiment, the portion of pull tab 122 remote from tear 121 protrudes beyond the peripheral edge of wrapper sheet 110. This facilitates easy grasping of the pull tab 122 and easy application of a tearing force to the pull tab 122.
In one embodiment, the material of the easy-to-pull tab 120 may be plastic, the material of the packaging sheet 110 may include any one of aluminum foil, tin foil and paper, and the materials of the easy-to-pull tab 120 and the packaging sheet 110 may be selected and adjusted according to actual needs as long as the tensile strength of the easy-to-pull tab 120 is greater than that of the packaging sheet 110, which is not limited by the present application.

Wherein, the material of the two sidewalls can be the same as the material of the packaging sheet 110, so that the two sidewalls and the packaging sheet 110 can form an integral structure; it will be appreciated that the material of the two side walls may also be different from the material of the packaging sheet 110.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the tear portion 121 of the pull-tab 120 is located on the inner wall of the sealed space, and the pull tab 122 protrudes from the sealed space. Thus, a notch is formed at the position 123 where the pull tab 122 penetrates out on the packaging sheet 110, a tearing opening is conveniently formed by extending from the notch, and the edge of the easy-to-pull tab 120 can also cut the packaging sheet 110 in the tearing process, so that a neat tearing edge is formed.
It will be appreciated that the tear portion 121 and the pull tab 122 of the pull-tab 120 may also be located on the outer wall of the sealed space, and the pull-tab 120 may also form a tear in the region where the packaging sheet 110 is attached to the tear portion 121 under the tearing force.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2A and 2B, the packaging sheet 110 has a first fold portion 111, a second fold portion 112, a third fold portion 113 and a fourth fold portion 114 connected in sequence; when the bending occurs, the first bending portion 111, the second bending portion 112, the third bending portion 113, and the fourth bending portion 114 are bent to form a rectangular cylinder structure, and an accommodating space is formed among the first bending portion 111, the second bending portion 112, the third bending portion 113, and the fourth bending portion 114. The first bending portion 111 is parallel to the third bending portion 113, the first bending portion 111 is perpendicular to the second bending portion 112 and the fourth bending portion 114, the second bending portion 112 is parallel to the fourth bending portion 114, and the package sheet 110 and the two sidewalls together form a package box having a sealed accommodating space.
In one embodiment, the pull tab 122 and the portion of the tear portion 121 close to the pull tab 122 of the easy-pull tab 120 are located on the first bending portion 111, the middle portion of the tear portion 121 is located on the second bending portion 112, and the portion of the tear portion 121 far from the pull tab 122 is located on the third bending portion 113.
In the present embodiment, by tearing the pull-tab 120 to the connection of the first bent portion 111 and the second bent portion 112, a first tear opening (not shown in the drawings) may be formed in the wall body formed by the first bent portion 111; by tearing the pull tab 120 to the junction of the second bend 112 and the third bend 113, a second tear (not shown in the drawings) can be formed in communication with the adjacent wall formed by the first bend 111 and the second bend 112; by completely tearing the pull tab 120 to the end away from the pull tab 122, a communicative third tear 230 may be formed across the three adjacent walls formed by the first bend 111, the second bend 112, and the third bend 113. So, can form the tear of multiple degree of opening on the packing carton to the flexibility that the tear formed can be improved to adaptation user's different demands.
