The winding and unwinding device with adjustable angle as claimed in claim 4, wherein four leveling devices are respectively disposed at the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the base plate (1), the leveling devices comprise two sets of supporting frames (28), a third motor (29), a screw rod (30), a threaded sleeve (31), a connecting rod (32), a fixed sleeve (33), a second sliding rod (34) and a second moving plate (35), the two sets of supporting frames (28) are mounted at the bottom end of the base plate (1), the third motor (29) is mounted at the right end of the right supporting frame (28), the left end of the screw rod (30) is rotatably mounted on the left supporting frame (28), the right end of the screw rod (30) passes through the right supporting frame (28) to be connected with the output end of the third motor (29), the screw rod (30) is rotatably connected with the right supporting frame (28), the threaded sleeve (31) is threadedly connected with, the connecting rod (32) can be rotatably installed at the bottom end of the threaded sleeve (31), the fixing sleeve (33) is installed at the bottom end of the bottom plate (1), the second sliding rod (34) is slidably connected with the fixing sleeve (33), the second moving plate (35) is installed at the bottom end of the second sliding rod (34), and the second moving plate (35) is rotatably connected with the left lower side of the connecting rod (32).
