Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a door that vehicle was used.
Background
In general, a door for a vehicle includes a door frame and a door panel attached to the door frame, an outer seal member is attached to a base region of a vertical column of the door frame, and a trim covering the outer seal member is attached to an upper edge portion of an outer panel of the door panel corresponding to the base region. The decorative strip is provided with claw parts which are buckled on the inner side of the upper edge part of the outer plate. The outer seal member is formed with an opening into which the claw portion of the trim is inserted.
However, in the above structure, since the opening is formed in the outer sealing member, sound outside the vehicle compartment easily enters the vehicle compartment to cause noise and vibration, thereby causing a reduction in noise and vibration prevention performance of the vehicle.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle door that can improve noise damping performance and vibration damping performance of a vehicle.
As a technical solution to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, the present invention provides a door for a vehicle, which includes a door frame, and a door panel and a glass window provided on the door frame, wherein an outer seal member is installed in a root region of a longitudinal pillar of the door frame; a trim is attached to an upper edge portion of the outer panel of the door panel corresponding to the root region, the trim covering the outer seal member, the trim being provided with a claw portion that is engaged with an inner side of the upper edge portion of the outer panel, the outer seal member being formed with an opening into which the claw portion of the trim is inserted, wherein: the opening of the outer seal member is provided with a flap which is folded down to open the opening when the claw portion is inserted, and which is restored to close the opening after the claw portion is inserted.
The door for a vehicle of the present invention has an advantage that, when the trim strip is mounted on the upper edge portion of the outer panel, when the claw portion of the trim strip is inserted into the opening of the outer seal member, the claw portion can pass through the opening while pressing down the flap of the outer seal member and then be fastened to the inner side of the upper edge portion of the outer panel; after the jaw portion passes through the opening, the flap is reset to block the opening. Thus, the mounting of the trim strip can be performed easily without being hindered. Further, since the opening in the outer seal member is closed by the flap in the state where the trim is attached, it is possible to prevent sound outside the door (outside the vehicle compartment) from entering the door (inside the vehicle compartment).
In the vehicle door of the present invention, it is preferable that a protruding piece protruding upward is provided on an upper edge portion of the outer panel, and a hole into which the protruding piece is fitted is formed in the outer seal member. With this configuration, the work of attaching the outer seal member can be performed more easily.
In the vehicle door according to the present invention, it is preferable that the claw portion of the trim is formed of a plate piece that extends downward and is bent obliquely upward into a V shape, the opening and the flap are formed in a rectangular shape, the opening has a size that allows the claw portion to pass therethrough, and the flap has a size that is smaller than the size of the opening, so that a tip of the flap and an end edge of the opening face each other with a gap therebetween, and the gap has a size that is larger than a plate thickness of an extending portion of the claw portion that extends downward. With this structure, in a state in which the opening is closed by the flap after the claw portion has passed through the opening, the downwardly extending portion of the claw portion is located between the leading end of the flap and the end edge of the opening, so that the opening is substantially entirely closed. Thus, the effect of preventing sound outside the door from entering the door through the opening can be further enhanced.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the present embodiment, a vehicle rear door will be described as a door for a vehicle according to the present invention as an example. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a rear door of the present embodiment, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the arrow direction of the cross-section taken along the line (2) - (2) in fig. 1. In fig. 1 and 2, the direction of arrow Fr indicates the vehicle front side, the direction of arrow Rh indicates the vehicle right side, and the direction of arrow Up indicates the vehicle upper side.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the rear door is configured by attaching a door panel 2 and a glass window, not shown, to a door frame 1. The door panel 2 is composed of an outer panel 21 and an inner panel 22.
The outer seal member 3 is attached to a root region (corner region) of the vertical column 11 of the door frame 1. A trim 4 covering the outer seal member 3 is attached to an upper edge portion of the outer panel 21 corresponding to a base region of the vertical column 11. Further, a projecting piece 23 projecting upward is provided at the upper edge of the outer panel 21.
As shown in fig. 2, the trim 4 is provided with a claw portion 41 that is snapped inside the upper edge portion of the outer panel 21. Specifically, the tip end portion 43 of the claw portion 41 is caught inside the upper edge portion of the outer panel 21.
The outer sealing member 3 is made of, for example, a flexible synthetic resin or the like. Fig. 3 is a rear perspective view of the single piece of the outer sealing member 3, and fig. 4 is a plan view of the outer sealing member 3. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outer seal member 3 is provided with a hole 31 into which the projecting piece 23 is fitted. In addition, an opening 32 into which the claw portion 41 of the trim 4 is inserted is formed in the outer seal member 3. The opening 32 is provided on one side in the longitudinal direction of the outer seal member 3. A flap 33 is also provided in the opening 32.
The flap 33 is configured such that the claw portion 41 falls down when inserted to open the opening 32; the claw portion 41 is reset after insertion to close the opening 32.
The claw portion 41 is formed of an elastically deformable plate which is formed to extend downward and then to be bent obliquely upward in a V-shape.
The opening 32 and the flap 33 are formed in a rectangular shape. The size of the opening 32 is set to a size that allows the claw portion 41 to pass through.
The size of the flap 33 is set smaller than the size of the opening 32 so that the front end of the flap 33 faces the end edge of the opening 32 with a gap. The size of the gap is larger than the thickness of the extension portion 42 extending downward of the claw portion 41.
Further, at one end in the longitudinal direction of the outer seal member 3, a convex portion 34 protruding upward is provided. The projection 34 supports a lip 44 (see fig. 2) provided on the upper edge of the trim strip 4. The lip 44 of the trim 4 abuts against the decorative member 5 attached to the door frame 1 of the vehicle, and the decorative member 5 can be prevented from rattling.
Next, the operation and effect of the back door (door for a vehicle) having the structure of the present invention will be described.
When the trim 4 is attached to the upper edge portion of the outer panel 21, if the claw portion 41 of the trim 4 is inserted into the opening 32, the claw portion 41 presses down the flap 33 of the outer sealing member 3 and enters the opening 32, and when the front end portion 43 of the claw portion 41 is entirely inserted through the opening 32, the front end portion 43 moves to the inside of the upper edge portion of the outer panel 21 and is caught, and only the extension portion 42 of the claw portion 41 is located in the opening 32, and therefore, the flap 33 can be returned to close the opening 32, and at this time, the extension portion 42 of the claw portion 41 is located between the front end of the flap 33 and the end edge of the opening 32.
Thus, the mounting of the trim 4 can be performed relatively easily without hindrance, and moreover, the opening 32 is blocked by the flap 33 in the state where the trim 4 is mounted, so that it is possible to prevent sound from entering the door from the outside. As a result, the noise-proof performance and vibration-proof performance of the vehicle can be improved.
In the above embodiment, the vehicle rear door is used as the vehicle door, but the structure of the present invention is also applicable to the vehicle front door.
