When in use, the fruit rack 53 comprises a bracket 531 with an annular structure, and the lower surface of the bracket 531 is provided with two convex plate-shaped structures which are connected with the output end of the cylinder 52; the inner wall of the bracket 531 is connected with three electric push rods 532 at equal intervals, the output end of each electric push rod 532 is connected with a clamping device 6, and the front end of each clamping device 6 is in contact with the surface of the fruit to form stable clamping of three contact points; the electric push rod 532 can flexibly adjust the space between the clamping devices 6 to adapt to fruits of different sizes and varieties.
When in use, the clamping device 6 comprises a hollow shell 61 with an opening and a three-quarter sphere structure, wherein a sphere 62 is arranged in the shell 61; the diameter of the ball 62 is smaller than the diameter of the housing 61 and larger than the diameter of the opening of the housing 61.
When the shell is used, the round opening of the shell 61 is inclined upwards, and the included angle between the round opening of the shell and the horizontal plane is 30-45 degrees; the gap between the shell 61 and the ball 62 is filled with balls, the surface of the fruit is contacted with the ball 62 of the clamping device 6, the ball 62 can freely rotate in the shell 61 for 360 degrees, and therefore the fruit can also freely rotate on the fruit rack 53; the outer surface of the ball 62 can be wrapped with a material such as rubber for increasing friction force, so as to increase the friction force with the surface of the fruit.
When the fruit spraying device is used, the upper surface of the base 51 is further rotatably connected with a roller 54 through a connecting rod, the roller 54 comprises a driving cylinder and a driven cylinder, one end of the axis of the driving cylinder is connected with a motor 55, the axes of the driving cylinder and the driven cylinder are connected with a belt pulley through a belt, the lower surface of a fruit is contacted with the roller 54, the roller 54 rotates under the action of the motor 55, the fruit is driven to rotate under the action of friction force, and the roller 54 can drive the fruit to rotate through the friction force by matching with the structure of the ball 62 in the clamping device 6, so that all parts on the surface of the fruit can be covered by paint sprayed from the spraying branch pipe 34 above in the spraying; the outer surface of the roller 54 can be wrapped with a material such as rubber for increasing friction force, so as to increase the friction force with the surface of the fruit.
When in use, the heating system comprises a heating pipe 71 embedded in the top plate of the spraying box 2, a hollow heating box 72 is arranged between the heating pipe 71 and the fan 4, and a plurality of electric heating rods are connected inside the heating box 72.
During the use, the lower surface of heating pipe 71 is connected with many hot-blast spray pipes 73 that extend to conveyer belt 11 top, and hot-blast spray pipe 73 is inside to be provided with the filter screen, and hot-blast spray pipe 73 bottom is connected with the gas distribution board 74 of convex spherical structure, and a plurality of round holes have been seted up on gas distribution board 74 surface, and hot-blast spray pipe 73 is sent heat at conveyer belt 11 position below in the spraying process, and the cladding that makes coating can be better is on the fruit surface.
During the use, cooling system is including burying the cooling tube 81 in 2 roofs of spraying case underground, and cooling tube 81 lower surface is connected with many cold wind spray tubes 82, and cold wind spray tube 82 extends to conveyer belt 11 top, with the fruit cooperation of placing on the device 5 that rolls, after accomplishing the spraying, cold wind spray tube 82 dispels the heat to the fruit surface to make the coating cooling design, firmly the cladding is on the fruit surface, promotes the spraying and accomplishes the effect, avoids rubbing off the not dry coating in surface because of friction etc. in follow-up process.
When the cooling device is used, the heat dissipation holes are formed in one side of the box body of the cooling cavity, the exhaust fans 9 are arranged in the heat dissipation holes, and the exhaust fans 9 can enhance the heat dissipation effect and play a role in assisting heat dissipation.
