技术领域
本实用新型涉及散热装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种整流器的水冷散热装置。
背景技术
整流器是把交流电转换成直流电的装置,可用于供电装置及侦测无线电信号等。整流器可以由真空管,引燃管,固态矽半导体二极管,汞弧等制成。相反,一套把直流电转换成交流电的装置,则称为“逆变器”,在备用UPS中只需要给蓄电池充电,不需要给负载供电,故只有充电机。在双变换UPS中,此装置既为逆变器供电,又给蓄电池充电,故称为整流器/充电机。
整流器在工作时一般都会产生一定的电损耗,这种电损耗通常转换为热量使得整流器的工作温度上升,整流器长时间处于高温条件下工作不仅直接影响到整流器的性能,还极易烧毁整流元件,导致整流器损坏,而现有技术的整流器散热装置多为铜散热器和铝散热器,散热器的散热并不均匀,散热效果差。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种整流器的水冷散热装置。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种整流器的水冷散热装置,通过设置的进液管、储液箱、出液管和冷却管,能够将冷却油进行循环,当冷却油进入到冷却管,在导热板的作用下,将整流器外壳内部的热量进行传导,冷却油带走热量重新进入到储液箱内部,再通过设置的散热鳍片和风扇,能够利用外界空气对冷却油进行冷却,从而形成循环,对整流器进行持续水冷散热。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种整流器的水冷散热装置,包括整流器外壳,所述整流器外壳内部设置有导热板,所述导热板内部设置有冷却管,所述冷却管一端连接有进液管,所述冷却管另一端连接有出液管,所述进液管与出液管一端均连接有储液箱,所述储液箱一侧设置有散热鳍片;所述散热鳍片一侧设置有风扇,所述风扇一侧设置有电机,所述电机一侧传动连接有传动轴,所述传动轴表面连接有扇叶。
优选的,所述进液管与出液管一端均连接有接口,所述进液管与出液管通过接口与冷却管连接。
优选的,所述进液管中段设置有循环泵。
优选的,所述风扇一侧连接有风扇支架,所述风扇支架一端与储液箱连接。
优选的,所述储液箱内部设置有半导体制冷板。
优选的,所述进液管、储液箱、出液管和冷却管内部均设置有冷却油。
优选的,所述散热鳍片和导热板均由纯铜材质制成。

通过设置的进液管、储液箱、出液管和冷却管,能够将冷却油进行循环,当冷却油进入到冷却管,在导热板的作用下,将整流器外壳内部的热量进行传导,冷却油带走热量重新进入到储液箱内部,再通过设置的散热鳍片和风扇,能够利用外界空气对冷却油进行冷却,从而形成循环,对整流器进行持续水冷散热,散热鳍片,能够增加储液箱与空气的接触面积,增加储液箱的散热效率,当工作环境内温度过高,风扇所带来的空气不足以进行散热,此时通过设置的半导体制冷板,能够对冷却油进行有效的降温操作,半导体制冷片是指利用半导体的热-电效应制取冷量的器件,又称热电制冷器,用导体连接两块不同的金属,接通直流电,则一个接点处温度降低,另一个接点处温度升高,通过设置的循环泵,能够使冷却油进行循环,经过热传导之前的冷却油由进液管进入到冷却管,经过热传导之后的冷却油由出液管重新回流至储液箱。

如图1-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种整流器的水冷散热装置,包括整流器外壳1,所述整流器外壳1内部设置有导热板14,所述导热板14内部设置有冷却管12,所述冷却管12一端连接有进液管2,所述冷却管12另一端连接有出液管4,所述进液管2与出液管4一端均连接有储液箱3,所述储液箱3一侧设置有散热鳍片5;
所述散热鳍片5一侧设置有风扇7,所述风扇7一侧设置有电机8,所述电机8一侧传动连接有传动轴9,所述传动轴9表面连接有扇叶10。
本实施例中,所述进液管2与出液管4一端均连接有接口13,所述进液管2与出液管4通过接口13与冷却管12连接,所述进液管2中段设置有循环泵11。
需要说明的是,通过设置的进液管2、储液箱3、出液管4和冷却管12,能够将冷却油进行循环,当冷却油进入到冷却管12,在导热板14的作用下,将整流器外壳1内部的热量进行传导,冷却油带走热量重新进入到储液箱3内部,再通过设置的散热鳍片5和风扇7,能够利用外界空气对冷却油进行冷却,从而形成循环,对整流器进行持续水冷散热,散热鳍片5,能够增加储液箱3与空气的接触面积,增加储液箱3的散热效率。
如图3-4所示,所述风扇7一侧连接有风扇支架6,所述风扇支架6一端与储液箱3连接,所述储液箱3内部设置有半导体制冷板15,所述进液管2、储液箱3、出液管4和冷却管12内部均设置有冷却油。
本实施例中,所述散热鳍片5和导热板14均由纯铜材质制成。
需要说明的是,当工作环境内温度过高,风扇7所带来的空气不足以进行散热,此时通过设置的半导体制冷板15,能够对冷却油进行有效的降温操作,半导体制冷板15是指利用半导体的热-电效应制取冷量的器件,又称热电制冷器,用导体连接两块不同的金属,接通直流电,则一个接点处温度降低,另一个接点处温度升高,通过设置的循环泵11,能够使冷却油进行循环,经过热传导之前的冷却油由进液管2进入到冷却管12,经过热传导之后的冷却油由出液管4重新回流至储液箱3。

1.一种整流器的水冷散热装置,包括整流器外壳(1),其特征在于,所述整流器外壳(1)内部设置有导热板(14),所述导热板(14)内部设置有冷却管(12),所述冷却管(12)一端连接有进液管(2),所述冷却管(12)另一端连接有出液管(4),所述进液管(2)与出液管(4)一端均连接有储液箱(3),所述储液箱(3)一侧设置有散热鳍片(5);
所述散热鳍片(5)一侧设置有风扇(7),所述风扇(7)一侧设置有电机(8),所述电机(8)一侧传动连接有传动轴(9),所述传动轴(9)表面连接有扇叶(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种整流器的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述进液管(2)与出液管(4)一端均连接有接口(13),所述进液管(2)与出液管(4)通过接口(13)与冷却管(12)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种整流器的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述进液管(2)中段设置有循环泵(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种整流器的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述风扇(7)一侧连接有风扇支架(6),所述风扇支架(6)一端与储液箱(3)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种整流器的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述储液箱(3)内部设置有半导体制冷板(15)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种整流器的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述进液管(2)、储液箱(3)、出液管(4)和冷却管(12)内部均设置有冷却油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种整流器的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述散热鳍片(5)和导热板(14)均由纯铜材质制成。
