Example (b):
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a bench drill according to the present invention. The bench drill comprises a support frame 100; a work table 200 disposed on the support stand 100; a clamping assembly 300 and a lifting assembly 400 disposed on the work table 200; a power box 500 connected to the lifting assembly 400; a drilling assembly 600 vertically connected to the power box 500 and disposed opposite to the clamping assembly 300; and a sanding assembly 700 vertically connected to the power box 500 and disposed in parallel with the drilling assembly 600.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting frame 100 is used to support the working platform 200, so that the working platform 200 is kept balanced. The lifting assembly 400 is vertically arranged on the workbench 200, the clamping assembly 300 is movably connected with the workbench 200, and the clamping assembly 300 is used for clamping a workpiece (not shown in the figure); the power box 500 is used for providing power for the drilling assembly 600 and the grinding assembly 700, and the drilling assembly 600 is vertically arranged downwards and faces the clamping assembly 300. In actual use, a workpiece needs to be processed, clamped by the clamping assembly 300, and then moved downward (i.e., toward the workbench 200) by the lifting assembly 400 with the power box 500. The drilling assembly 600 is started to drill a workpiece, and after drilling is completed, the lifting assembly 400 is rotated, so that the grinding assembly 700 corresponds to the upper part of the clamping assembly 300. The grinding assembly 700 is started to grind burrs on the workpiece, so that the burrs caused by drilling are removed, and the machining error of the next procedure caused by the burrs is avoided.
Specifically, the drilling assembly 600 includes a first motor (not shown) disposed in the power box 500, a first rotating shaft 610 connected to the first motor, and a drill bit 620 connected to the first rotating shaft 610. Wherein, one end of the first rotating shaft 610 is connected with the first motor, and the other end is detachably connected with the drill bit 620, so as to replace different kinds of drill bits 620.
More specifically, the grinding assembly 700 includes a second motor 710 disposed in the power box 500, a second rotating shaft 720 connected to the second motor 710, and a grinding wheel 730 connected to the second rotating shaft 720. The second rotating shaft 720 is disposed inside the grinding wheel 730 and connected to the second motor 710 to drive the grinding wheel 730 to rotate.
It should be noted that the structures of the power box 500, the first motor and the second motor 710 are all the prior art, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted; meanwhile, the specific models of the drill bit 620 and the grinding wheel 730 are not limited by the present invention.
Further, the clamping assembly 300 includes a first moving panel 310, a second moving panel 320 perpendicularly connected to the first moving panel 310, and a clamping portion 330 provided on the second moving panel 320; wherein the clamping portion comprises a first clamping block 331 and a second clamping block 332, the first clamping block 331 and the second clamping block 332 forming a clamping area, the clamping area corresponding to the drilling assembly 600. Specifically, the first movable panel 310 and the second movable panel 320 can move in the vertical direction in the same plane, so that drilling or polishing at different positions can be met, meanwhile, the first clamping block 331 and the second clamping block 332 are movably connected with the second movable panel 320, and the size of the whole clamping area can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the first clamping block 331 and the second clamping block 332, so that clamping of workpieces with different sizes can be met. Optionally, the clamping portion 330 is a vise.
Correspondingly, a moving groove 510 is formed in the power box 500, and the first rotating shaft 610 is movably connected with the moving groove 510. In practical use, if the clamped workpiece has a large volume, drilling machining is required to be performed on a plurality of positions on the workpiece, and at this time, if the first moving panel 310 and the second moving panel 320 do not need to be moved, machining of different positions of the workpiece can be achieved by moving the first rotating shaft 610 at different positions in the moving groove 510. Of course, the moving groove 510 can only move in a linear direction in the same plane, and therefore, in actual use, the position of the first moving panel and the second moving panel or the position of the first rotating shaft 610 in the moving groove 510 should be selected according to needs.
Further, the lifting assembly 400 includes a lifting base 410 disposed on the working platform 200, a lifting arm 420 disposed on the lifting base 410, and a movable block 430 having one end connected to the lifting arm 420 and the other end connected to the power box 500. The lifting arm 420 is a screw rod or a hydraulic rod, and the lifting base 410 is a gear box or a hydraulic tank.
In order to facilitate the rapid alignment of the grinding assembly 700 with the clamping assembly 300, the distance from the drilling assembly 600 to the lifting assembly 400 is equal to the distance from the grinding assembly 700 to the lifting assembly 400. Specifically, the distance from the drill 620 to the lifting arm 420 is equal to the distance from the grinding wheel 730 to the lifting arm 420.
The working principle of the bench drill in the embodiment of the present invention is explained in detail as follows:
firstly, when a workpiece needs to be drilled, the workpiece is placed in the clamping area, and the distance between the first clamping block 331 and the second clamping block 332 is adjusted, so that the first clamping block 331 and the second clamping block 332 stably clamp the workpiece.
Subsequently, the lifting assembly 400 is operated to lower the lifting arm 420, so as to move the power box 500 downward (i.e., toward the working platform 200). And simultaneously, starting the second motor, and enabling the drill bit 620 to drill the workpiece under the driving of the first motor.
After drilling, the lifting assembly 400 is driven again to rotate the movable block 430, so as to rotate the power box 500, and the grinding assembly 700 at the other side is rotated above the clamping assembly 300. The second motor 710 is started, and the grinding wheel 730 is driven by the second motor 710 to grind burrs on the workpiece, so that the burrs caused by drilling are removed.
To sum up, the utility model provides a bench drill, wherein, include: a support frame; the workbench is arranged on the support frame; the clamping assembly and the lifting assembly are arranged on the workbench; the power box is connected with the lifting assembly; the drilling assembly is vertically connected with the power box and is arranged relative to the clamping assembly; and the polishing assembly is vertically connected with the power box and is parallel to the drilling assembly. The drilling assembly can be used for drilling holes in the workpiece, and further, the workpiece is polished through the polishing assembly after the drilling of the workpiece is finished. The utility model discloses embodiment provides a bench drill polishes the work piece after the work piece drilling finishes, effectively removes the burr of work piece.
