Abstract

本实用新型为一种用途广泛的粘结磁多对极内 聚磁磁体。该磁体材料是由粘结永磁粉末与塑料,橡 胶等可塑物质混合而成,经压缩(或滚压或注射)等成 型方法制成为整体的环状、管状磁体,再将这些环状、 管状磁体内表面分区域充磁,以形成若干对磁极。本 实用新型外形设计自由度大,能一次成型,磁体内部 空间磁感应强度大,磁力线分布均匀,而磁体外部空 间的磁场强度几乎为零。能广泛应用于磁化保温瓶、 磁化水杯、或制成具有磁化效果的液体输送管道等。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用途广泛的粘结磁多对极内聚磁磁体。
现有的磁体多数为烧结后再经冷加工成型的硬质磁钢,故结构设计的自由度差,磁极又为一对极,磁场外泄漏现象较重,且制作成本高。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种制作简单、性能优良、用途广泛的粘结磁多对极内聚磁磁体。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是,磁体材料由粘结永磁粉末与塑料、橡胶等可塑物质混合而成,经过压缩(或滚压、或注射)等成型方法制成为整体的环状、管状磁体,再将这些环状、管状磁体内表面分区域充磁,以形成若干对磁极。这种多对极磁极分布,缩小磁化面积,增加磁化极数,缩短磁路,从而达到聚合磁力线密度,增加磁体内表面磁感应强度,扩大磁化范围的目的。(参见附图1)
本实用新型为塑性磁体,外形设计具有了较大的自由度,能一次成型,不需冷加工;由于塑性,防震性能好,易安装,适用范围广;多对极、内充磁使得本实用新型内表面空间磁感应强度大,且均匀,而磁体外部磁场强度近似为零;另外,本实用新型的制作成本较低。

实施例一,磁化保温瓶(如附图2所示),采用两个五对极充磁的环状磁体(1),安装在保温瓶胆(2)外部,磁体既能有效磁化保温瓶中的水,又能起到减震,防止瓶胆破碎的作用,而且无污染。
实施例二,流体磁化输送管道,(如附图3所示),采用二对极充磁的管状磁体,制成满足长度要求的流体磁化输送管道,能有效磁化流过的液体,可用于工业中皂化油、农田喷洒水和家用自来水等的磁化。

1、一种粘结磁多对极内聚磁磁体,其特征在于:磁体材料是由粘结永磁粉末与塑料、橡胶等可塑物质混合而成,采用可塑材料的成型方法制成为整体的环状或管状磁体,再将这些环状或管状磁体内表面分区域充磁,以形成若干对磁极。
