背景技术
目前，在电极螺纹孔加工完成后，一般用刷子清扫，死角清理困难，与电极接头的旋合度低，在电弧炼钢的高温下，电极组合体因为旋合不严密出现氧化而易折断掉落钢炉，导致事故的发生。同时清扫后的粉尘会落到设备上或是弥散在空气中，造成周围电气设备的短路或对工人健康形成不利。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种石墨电极螺纹孔吹扫装置，解决了现有石墨电极螺纹孔清扫困难的技术问题。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种石墨电极螺纹孔吹扫装置，其中：包括外管和吹扫内管，所述外管一端开口，所述外管另一端与除尘管道连接；
所述外管开口端设有与石墨电极螺纹孔相配合的锥形口，所述锥形口后侧的外管外壁圆周方向设有挡圈，所述外管中间位置处侧壁设有内管过孔；
所述吹扫内管设置在外管内腔中，所述吹扫内管前端由外管开口端伸出，所述吹扫内管前端伸出端装有吹扫喷嘴；所述吹扫内管后端由内管过孔向外伸出，所述吹扫内管后端伸出端与压缩空气连接；所述吹扫内管设在外管内部的管道外壁与外管内壁之间设有连接固定筋条，所述吹扫内管设在外管外部的管道上安装有球阀。
进一步，所述内管过孔处设有密封胶圈。
本实用新型采用了上述技术方案，吹扫内管通入压缩空气对螺纹孔内进行吹扫，使孔内碎屑及粉尘通过气流悬浮，气流的通断由球阀控制；外管接入除尘管道，悬浮的颗粒及粉尘被吸入除尘管道，从而实现螺纹孔内的清洁。与现有技术相比，能够有效清除电极螺纹孔内残留石墨颗粒及粉尘，提高与电极接头的旋合度，降低事故发生率，具有结构简单、方便操作、成本低、工作效率高等优点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述。如图1和图2 所示的一种石墨电极螺纹孔吹扫装置，其中：包括外管1和吹扫内管2，所述外管1一端开口，所述外管1另一端与除尘管道连接；
所述外管1开口端设有与石墨电极螺纹孔相配合的锥形口3，所述锥形口3 后侧的外管1外壁圆周方向设有挡圈4，所述外管1中间位置处侧壁设有内管过孔5；
所述吹扫内管2设置在外管1内腔中，所述吹扫内管2前端由外管1开口端伸出，所述吹扫内管2前端伸出端装有吹扫喷嘴6；所述吹扫内管2后端由内管过孔5向外伸出，所述吹扫内管2后端伸出端与压缩空气连接；所述吹扫内管2设在外管1内部的管道外壁与外管1内壁之间设有连接固定筋条7，所述吹扫内管2设在外管1外部的管道上安装有球阀8。
所述内管过孔5处设有密封胶圈9。
本实用新型的工作过程及原理：使用时将本实用新型的前端伸入待清扫的石墨电极螺纹孔中，然后打开球阀8，压缩空气即可进入吹扫内管2中，并由其前端的吹扫喷嘴6吹出，使孔内碎屑及粉尘通过气流悬浮，悬浮的颗粒及粉尘被外管1吸入除尘管道，从而实现螺纹孔内的清洁。

所述外管(1)开口端设有与石墨电极螺纹孔相配合的锥形口(3)，所述锥形口(3)后侧的外管(1)外壁圆周方向设有挡圈(4)，所述外管(1)中间位置处侧壁设有内管过孔(5)；
所述吹扫内管(2)设置在外管(1)内腔中，所述吹扫内管(2)前端由外管(1)开口端伸出，所述吹扫内管(2)前端伸出端装有吹扫喷嘴(6)；所述吹扫内管(2)后端由内管过孔(5)向外伸出，所述吹扫内管(2)后端伸出端与压缩空气连接；所述吹扫内管(2)设在外管(1)内部的管道外壁与外管(1)内壁之间设有连接固定筋条(7)，所述吹扫内管(2)设在外管(1)外部的管道上安装有球阀(8)。
