fig. 2 is a block diagram illustrating the operation of a ventilation system according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. However, these embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodical, or functional changes that may be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on these embodiments are all included in the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the ventilation system 100 may be installed in a space above the indoor ceiling 40. The ventilation system 100 includes a ventilation apparatus 10 and an air cleaning device 20. The ventilating device 10 is a total heat type ventilating device, and includes a case 11, an air supply inlet 121 for outdoor air to be introduced, an air discharge outlet 122 for indoor air to be discharged, which are provided at one side of the case 11, and an air discharge inlet 123 for indoor air to be introduced, and an air supply outlet 124 for outdoor air to be discharged, which are provided at the other side of the case 11. In the case 11, an air supply passage 171 for sending outside air from the outside to the inside of the room is defined between the air supply inlet 121 and the air supply outlet 124, and an air discharge passage 172 for sending indoor air from the inside of the room to the outside of the room is defined between the air discharge inlet 123 and the air discharge outlet 122. In the housing 11, an air supply fan 141 for driving an air supply flow is provided in the air supply passage 171, and an exhaust fan 142 for driving an exhaust flow is provided in the exhaust passage 172. An intake air damper 161 is provided in a duct of the intake air inlet 121, and an exhaust air damper 162 is provided in a duct of the exhaust air outlet 122. The supply air valve 161 and the exhaust air valve 162 may be electrically driven to selectively open or close the supply passage 171 and the exhaust passage 172, respectively.
The air supply passage 171 and the air discharge passage 172 are separated from each other by a partition 15 in the housing 11. A heat exchange member 13 is provided in the housing 11 at the intersection of the air supply passage 171 and the air discharge passage 172. The outdoor air introduced from the outdoor through the air supply path 171 and the indoor air discharged from the indoor through the air discharge path 172 are heat exchanged in a non-contact manner in the heat exchange part 13, so that the outdoor air is heated and then supplied into the indoor, and thus, a user does not feel uncomfortable in a cold winter season. A dust collecting filter (not shown) may be further provided in the air supply passage 171 to adsorb dust carried in the introduced outside air.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the air cleaning device 20 is provided outside the housing 11 of the ventilation apparatus 10, and includes a box 21. The box body 21 is provided with an air inlet 31 through which air enters and an air outlet 32 through which air is discharged, and the direction from the air inlet to the air outlet is defined as the air flow direction. The air inlet 31 of the box body 21 is connected to the air supply outlet 124 of the housing 11 of the ventilating device through the duct 30, thereby achieving communication with the air supply passage 171. The air outlet 32 of the box body 21 communicates with an opening (not shown) on the ceiling 40 through the duct 30, thereby sending the outside air into the room. The air cleaning device 20 further includes an ultraviolet ray emitting device 22 and an ion generating device 23 provided in the case 21. In other embodiments, only either one of the ultraviolet-emitting device 22 and the ion generating device 23 may be provided in the cartridge body as required. The ultraviolet ray emitting device 22 may be an ultraviolet LED lamp, which may be disposed at the top inside the box body 21, for irradiating the air entering from the air inlet 31 to destroy the molecular structure of the virus or bacteria carried in the air, thereby achieving a sterilization effect. The ion generating device 23 may be disposed proximate the exhaust port 32. In the present embodiment, the ion generating device 23 can further purify the suspended particulate matter in the indoor space by releasing negative oxygen ions to the air blown into the indoor space through the air outlet 32.
In order to ensure that the air entering the box body 21 can be sufficiently irradiated by the ultraviolet ray emitting device 22 and/or sufficiently mixed with the negative oxygen ions released from the ion generating device 23, the flow rate of the air entering the box body needs to be slowed down. For this reason, the box body 21 may be configured such that the average sectional area thereof in the direction perpendicular to the air flow is larger than 2 times the sectional area of the air inlet 31, so that the air flow velocity V2 inside the box body 21 can be reduced at least to below half with respect to the air flow velocity V1 in the duct 30. The "average cross-sectional area" herein means an average value of cross-sectional areas of the cartridges in the length in the flow direction. It may also be obtained by dividing the volume of the cassette by the length of the cassette in the direction of flow. Preferably, the average cross-sectional area of box 21 perpendicular to the air flow direction is between 3 and 9 times the cross-sectional area of air inlet 31, such that the air flow velocity V2 within box 21 slows to between 1/9 and 1/3 of the air flow velocity V1 in duct 30. In the present embodiment, case 21 has a regular rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has a square top surface and a square bottom surface, a side length a, and a height H between the top surface and the bottom surface, so that the sectional area of case 21 in the direction perpendicular to the air flow direction is constant, that is, the same as the area of side surface 211. The cross-sectional area of the inlet 31 at the side 211 is circular and has a diameter D. Assuming that the air flow velocity in the duct 30 is 2.7 m/s and the velocity inside the box 21 needs to be reduced to 0.6 m/s, the area of the side 211 needs to be 4.5 times the cross-sectional area of the air inlet 31, which can be achieved by selecting the diameter of the duct and adjusting the side length of the box.
A sensor 24 for sensing the air flow, such as an air velocity sensor, an air volume sensor, or a pressure sensor, may also be disposed in the box body 21 of the air purification apparatus. The ultraviolet ray emitting device 22 and/or the ion generating device 23 may be linked with the sensor 24, and when the sensor 24 detects the air flow, the ultraviolet ray emitting device 22 and/or the ion generating device 23 may be triggered to start operating.
Fig. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the above embodiment only in that a sensor is omitted from the case body 21 of the air cleaning device of the ventilation system 200, but a control device 25 which can communicate with the ultraviolet ray emitting device 22 and/or the ion generating device 23 to control the operation thereof is provided outside the case body 21. The control device 25 may be connected to the ultraviolet emitting device 22 and/or the ion generating device 23 by wire or may communicate wirelessly. The communication may also be indirect communication, such as in the case 21, the ultraviolet emitting device 22 and/or the ion generating device 23 may be connected by wires to a circuit board provided with a wireless communication module, by which wireless communication with the control device 25 is achieved. It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the control device 25 may have an operation module, so that the user can control the start and stop of the ultraviolet ray emitting device 22 and/or the ion generating device 23 in real time through the control device. The control device 25 may be a remote controller having a single function, or may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, etc. in which a control application is installed.
Through the separately arranged box body, and the ultraviolet emitting device and/or the ion generating device are arranged in the box body, the air passing through the box body can be purified. In addition, the size of the case may be specially set so that the air flow velocity of the air introduced thereinto is greatly reduced, thereby being sufficiently irradiated by the ultraviolet ray emitting means and/or sufficiently mixed with the negative oxygen ions released from the ion generating means to ensure the purification effect. It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that in other embodiments, the air purification device may be disposed within the housing, in which case it is located in the air supply passage with both the air inlet and the air outlet communicating with the air supply passage; furthermore, the air cleaning device may be disposed outside the housing, but upstream of the air supply passage; in addition, the ventilation apparatus may be an apparatus having only a single blowing function, i.e., capable of blowing only outside air from the outside to the inside. In some embodiments, the ion generating means may be located on the cartridge but outside the cartridge, but it is preferably located close to the air outlet.
It is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the invention is not restricted to details of the above-described exemplary embodiments, but that it can be implemented in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics of the invention. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
